How to create personnel number as FI Customer in system?

Dear Community,
I am new in HR, and have requirements to create from HR personnel an FI customers fro internal billing. Can you guide me how to do it in HR?

HI,
For HR personnel no. you need to go PA40 tcode here you can update all the fields.
Then one personnel number will be generate.
If you want to create for this perner to vendor account you need to FK01.

ok i understood u want the img path for maintaing
positions ,jobs , Org units
Path:IMG->Personnel Mgmt->OM->Basic Setting->Maintain Number ranges.
IMG go to Personnel Management -> Organizational Management -> Basic Settings
-> Maintain Number Ranges.
Select subgroup $$O to maintain number range for Org Unit and click on Number range Maintenance. Then click on change Intervals. Now you can create both internal and external number range for Org Unit according to your requirement.
Similarly for Position select subgroup $$S and follow the same process.

I went to PA30 and entered some 8 digit number and typed in infotype 0105 and subtype 0001 and clicked on create button, but it returns a error saying personnel number is not yet assigned.
can any one tell me how to create a personnel number and assign it to the user.

As I have checked that Number range for generating a new Employee ID is already created in my system. Gone to TCODE PA04 and check that the number range is already created as below:
Number         From Num      To Num           Current Num              Ex
01               00000001          00069999                                        Tick as right
02               00070000          00079999       70295
03               00080000          09000000                                        Tick as right
04               99990001          99999999                                        Tick as right
05               09000001          99990001                                        Tick as right
But when i am trying to give the personnel no. for maintaining master data in pa30 for actions for new hiring its giving error saying "could not find interval for number range 07". Here i am getting confused that what no. range i have to take? or which no. range i have to choose? or create new no. range? Please help me out..

2.)otherwise....go to PA40 ..it will have some screens ...fill the mandatory fields.....save it and personel no. will automatically geanerated

How to create a navigation bar with custom made buttons?

I'm used to work with a similar program as Muse. In there we can create a single button and link them together into a navigation bar. I have tried all sorts of tutorials but none of them is discussing this possibility.
To summorize. The idea is to create a button in photoshop and to use this as a theme to build a navigation bar. Possible or not and how? Thanks for assistance. Rgds Rufin

Thanks for your reply.
No, not really. I used to work with XARA up till now. And being an Adobe Cloud user I think it a bit silly using two different systems. In XARA I can create a custom button and turn them into a navbar. For your information I include a few links to sites I created with Xara and I would like to know if I can create the same type of navbars with Abobe Muse. I already found out that all the other functions are available and some work a lot better in Muse, but I’m stuck on the navbar issue. I know I can create a button in Adobe PS and use it in Muse. But I didn’t manage to figure out how to create a navbar in Muse on basis of a button created in PS.

In short here's how I did it in 9.3.1 but there are multiple ways to do it.
I'm using MSAD external authentication.
Using EAS right click on database, Edit, Filters. Create your filters.
Then go to Shared Services.
Find the MSAD user/group and provision them to the Essbase database that you have your filters on. Access level is "Filter".
Then go back to EAS and Refresh Security From Shared Services.
Then go back to Shared Services.
Navigate to Projects & then your Essbase server. Find your Essbase database and click on it. To the right it'll populate a list of all the users/groups you provisioned to above. Select all of them and click Next.
Now you should see a drop down at the top showing your filter(s). Click the checkbox(s) next to the users/groups you want to apply that filter to. Click the green checkmark to apply the filter, and repeat for your various filters that you want to apply. Only 1 filter per user/group.
Then go back to EAS and Refresh Security From Shared Services again.

Hi Madhu,
Create a model for the particular bapi in wd java and acess it in your component. Then pernr parameter will be available in the context and u can pass value for the parameter (pernr) to the model and get the output.

1. First of all create function group.
2. Create function module using this function group.
3. If only one kunnr is needed at a time, create import parameter for it. But if many kunnr to be entered at a time,use table.
4. Fetch name1 for each kunnr from KNA1 table.
"->> if many kunnr
if not t_kunnr[] is initial.
select kunnr as kunnr name1 as name1
into table t_kunnr_name1
from kna1
for all entried in table t_kunnr
where kunnr = t_kunnr-kunnr.
endif.
sort t_kunnr_name1 by kunnr name1.
delete adjacent duplicates from t_kunnr_name1 comparing kunnr name1.
table t_kunnr_name1 will contain kunnr and its name1.
