There are several composites which needs to be deployed and maintained in the server. So, we I'm trying to maintian
by deploying composites into 3 different SOA-INFRA's so if one is not accessible, we can look into it and others can access the
composites from another SOA-INFRA instead of creating domains.

Do we have to Creating an Opaque view for generating the Action Link URL in OBIEE Oracle E-Business Suite integration if we are not using BI Applications(DAC). We built our Repository on Materialized views we were using with Discoverer so I'm not sure if we have to do the part that creates an Opaque view in our integration of EBS 11i with OBIEE.

Protocal between ADF Business Service (ADF -AM) and the ADF Faces Model.

Anyone knows how the communication is happening between ADF-AM and the ADF Faces model ? I mean the protocol? Is it handling by the application server container with the help of ADF libraries?
I knew in ADF Faces and EJB the communication is hap[ping via RMI/IIOP (standard EJB call). But in the ADF BC and application module i am bit confused about the access. I knew we can expose the AM as state full session bean. But by default how that is happening. Experts please help me to understand the architectural concept of this.

Yes, you can. ADF BC allows you to deploy the business service as an EJB 2.1 model and then have the Data Control hooking up to it (JNDI).
Apart from this i would like to know the communication protocol (by default) between ADF BC application module and the view model which is the data control. In ejb when we create the data control we can specify that is Local or remote ( Some people said the EJB binding is not full supported in some cases but for ADF-bc it is). But how this is happening in the ADF-BC.
It would work like a normal EJB client. The ADF BC client interface would reside on the web tier and access the remote business service. So there is nothing different here than when using EJB. However, not that it uses EJB 2.1 still and that we don't see customers using this approach in a web deployment. It made lots of sense (performance) in desktop application development with ADF BC, but in web application development a remote business service access doesn't seem to be state of the art (and even using straight EJB you would use the local interface and have the business service model reside on the same machine as the web module)

I Know that from the where used list one can find the corresponding table but most of the time it wont suffice

How to Create PO using ME21N and generate and IDoc for it???

Hi All,
Could anyone please tell me step by step process of creating purchase order and generating an IDoc for it.
I have given all the Vendor Details, Purchase Org'n, Account Group and Company Code.
I have given Material Details - Material Number , Quantity , Net Price, Delivery Date and Plant No.
What step do i need to further to complete the PO and generate IDoc for it.

Now i am able to Generate the IDoc for the PO. But the Status of IDoc is 30.
What does it mean?
Receiver Exists, No Filters, No Interface , No Version Change.
Why isn't my IDoc Posted ??
It says it is ready for Dispatch.

How to display a mssg on page before the adf lifecycle process has ended?

We have an ADF Application(11.1.1.3). We sign a document with a mobile signature. To do this we use a webservice call. During this call a hash is generated for the user to check and sign the document. Everything is fine but we couldn't find a way to display the generated hash on the page before the adf lifecycle process has finished. The hash should be displayed on the screen while the rest of the method is proceeding. After 2 minutes, the hash is timed out. How can we do this?
The method is as follows:

Here the hash is generated. This should be displayed on the page, as at the same time a mobile message is sent to the user to check it and sign it. And the method shoud go on processing.

Hi,
its a synchronous method execution which means that the display of a popup only works when there is a response to the initial request. What about - as soon as you generated the Hash - show a popup to the user asking him/her to take a note of the hash and then confirm that the document or whatever you want to sign and send to the mobile should be processed. So when the user clicks ok on the message dialog you continue with the remaining of your method

But i want to generate a new file beside the old created file (how can i create separate file althouth the file name take the same name of the report)
