Hi Ashoke,
Goto the transaction EEWC for setting the system type as development system. This has to be done before you carry out the enhancement.
1. First go to TCode "EEWB".
2. Create the Project and save the same.
3. Open the project and right click on it and create the extension.
4. Give some suitable name and description for your extension.
5. Select the business object for enhancement(for e.g. business transaction orBP).
6. Select the extension type (for e.g.adding new fields).
7. Based on the above selected parameters a wizard will appear.
8. Complete the steps as per wizard.
9. And finally generate the project
Note: Make sure that you check the systems relevant(R/3 or BW)

Fields added through EEWB will comes under custom tab. You can change the name of the tab using VCT.

You can do it using jquery based on Title attribute of the field by adding content editor webpart on the form and writing your jquery there. Will that be fine with you ?

I have rquiremrnt in ALV report.I would need to add the new fileld in the ALV output screen.I have added the field but its appearing in the layout set but not directly displaying in the output screen.
I have written the below logic for field catelog.
CLEAR wa_fieldcatalog.
wa_fieldcatalog-fieldname   = 'LOGGR'.
wa_fieldcatalog-ref_tabname = 'MARC'.
wa_fieldcatalog-col_pos     = l_pos.
wa_fieldcatalog-outputlen   = 13.

Dynamic packaging from MP4 to Smooth, HLS, and DASH only works if you have a Streaming RU turned on. Otherwise, you can only progressive download the MP4 files or use the Smooth Streaming encoding presets only (which will not support dynamic packaging to
HLS and DASH).
Have you tried to use the Azure Media Explorer tool to test this out again? I think you will find that it works just fine through the AME tool.
The tool will show you the existing streaming Locators on your asset and it will give you access to multiple Players that can play the video back.

Once you install it, encode and publish your asset, and then use the Publish->Playback menu to test out the stream.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to trigger a workflow only once when a item is updated.
If you want to set it programmatically, I suggest you can create a Yes/NO column called flag firstly with the default value No and set the workflow start option to manually start.
When updating the list item, you can create a ItemUpdated Event Receiver to track the update action, and in the event, you can judge the flag column value, if the value is No, then you can trigger the workflow programmatically and in the end of code set
the code to Yes ,if the value is Yes, then not trigger the workflow.

Step 1: Create Infotypes
i. Goto Transaction PM01 To create Infotypes:
ii. Enter the Infotype Number and say create all.
iii. The following message would display:

Fill in the short text description and the PS structure of the Infotype.

I'll give a very brief overview but, presuming that you are new to After Effects, understanding and executing on this overview will require learning the basics of After Effects.
You'll be creating a 3D scene based on a few 3D layers: one each for the floor and each wall. Each of those 3D layers will be a precomposition layer; the wall layer with the pictures will be based on a precomposition in which you have placed your pictures as individual layers. You will create some 3D lights shining down from above. You'll create a 3D camera that you will then animate to move down the hallway.
As I said, that is a very brief overview. Understanding each of those pieces will require some learning. After Effects is not a simple application, so you do need to be prepared to put in some learning time if you are going to do this yourself. Here is the place to start: http://adobe.ly/AE_basics
All that said, I would recommend that you hire someone to do this for you. Learning a new and complex creative application under the time pressure (and other pressure) that you are under may be too much to ask.
