How to create true Procurement Document and production order instead of PO

Hello - I have learned how to make purchase orders from out the sales order, but it only generates PO's but some items are produced in our factories. So I don't need a PO for surtent items but Production orders. How can I do this?

Hello Gordon, tha is working perfect now I finaly get the forecasted items in my MRP window If I click on show recommendations I see he recommends he wants to order some pcs, and Indd what I split in to Buy or Make is separated in an Production order. But how do I change the recommendations into orders?

I want to create wave pick document based on delivery and correspondingly want to create transfer order for that. My requirement is that if in 3 delivery i have to pick material M1 as 100, 50, 100 qty then when i create wave pick for these deliveries and create Transfer order by this wave pick doc it should pick from single bin of warehouse , currently it is picking from 3 different bins though qty in each bin is more than 250 in each bin. How to Create a PDF Document and apply Digital Signature in C# using the Adobe SDK?

I have to do two distinct tasks here:
1) How can I create a PDF document using the Adobe SDK in my .NET Applications(C# - 2.0)?
I just need a basic sample to create a document with a simple text, for example. I did not find any useful information in the adobe documentation. I have the Acrobat Professional 8.0 in my computer, but it's very dificult to work whith de Acrobat.dll and .NET with a poor documentaion.
2)How can I apply digital signature in a existent pdf document?
I need to sign documents using the SDK, just a basic sample in c# would be helpful to start!

I will explain better my problem:
I have an ASP.NET WebPAge (C# - 2.0). In this page, the user make a request. The request should generate a PDF document with the informations of the request and with a field to add a digital signature. The document created will be send to a approver that will confirm the approval applying his digital signature (I need to do too, a webpage where the approver open the page, choose the pdf document, and sign, just selecting his own certificate and clicking in the button SIGN... but this is another problem).
That's the reason that I have to create a PDF document. If I create a WORD or HTML document, and then convert to PDF, how can I add a field to digital signature in this pdf document?
Is there any solution using Acrobat SDK?

When you create and release production order, the reservation is created for that order. Now you should first activate the Avelability check in production order.
It is PP configuration
Then you need to activate dynamic aveailability check in goods issue in MM configuration.
Hence if the stock is reserved for your production order, then no one can issue and system will give error message.

How to:Create a blank document, and how to make a font available for editin

Two questions:
1: How do I create a new PDF document? All I see is to create from an existing document or scanner. If I'm creating something from scratch, do I really have to load an existing PDF, delete everything and then start my new document? That's the way it seems, which is nuts!
2: I have tried to edit the text in a document. I did not not create it, but it is open to editing. The font used in the document is "Arial", a very common font that comes with windows. The font is installed and I use it all the time in other Adobe apps. However when I try to edit a ducument using that font, I get a message that "the font is unavailable for editing" and it substitutes some random font. So why is it not available, and how do I make it available?

Copy it into a text file and give it a name with a "*.js" file extension.

How to create fill-able document and enable signature in it ?

I have Adobe Acrobat X Pro version 10.0
I want to create a fill-able form with signature feature that I want to put on windows tablet.
So that anyone with the table can got o customer and ask the customer to fill out the form and sign in and then I should be able to save that PDF document.
Please help me with the process - Also, if I remember correctly digital sign in PDF form is a process of importing the signature file ? if yes, t hen is there any other way to just sign it by stylus or digital pen ? because importing a signature will protected with a password is just a long process and might be annoying for the customer to go throught the whole process for only signature.

In my requirement, a person will go with tablet to the customer and tablet will have a document that needs to be filled by each customer.
The person will fill out the form and customer will sign it on the tablet. I just want to make the process easy, digital signing in not a very easy process and not very secured because customer might thing why we are saving the sign on our tablet. Also, if we have 1000s of signs saved, it will be dificult to manage all the signs and every time customer have to put the password (and remember the password). This process is way too long and not efficient.
Do I have EchoSign feature in Adobe Acrobat X Pro version 10.0 ?
By looking at the Echosign feature online it seems like anybody can sign the document by just typing the name and the sign is based on the name, what if someone's sign is different ? Also the document needs to be emailed to echosign website then to receiver. It takes times, what if customer is on site and now in front of computer ?
Also I am thinking about adding ink pen on my document so that anybody can sign it, what do you think about this alternative ?

Production order created through procurement wizard but purchase order connected in SO

SBO Version:SAP Business One 8.82 (8.82.073) PL: 10
Production order created through procurement confirmation wizard on the base of sales order. In sales order "Procurement document" field production order number showing correct. But if click on document arrow then same number of purchase order opening where as we expect that production order should open. This is something like connection bug. This happens only if sales order approval workflow is active. In relationship map we can see production order is connected. See details in attached pic.
I have also tested this case in Belgium localization the result is almost same. The difference is only if clicked on procurement document number arrow (from sales order document) then different number of purchase order opens.
Is this known issue? Could someone please provide me the solution?

Basicly the subject tells the question, how can you create links between Sales orders and Purchase orders? Sounds simple but how to do it?

You can may be do the easy way out then,
1) Open the Sales Order for which you have created the Procurement Document.
2) Go to the 'Form Settings' of the Sales Order and 'Table Format'.
3) In the list, select the Procurement Doc field and make it visible.
You will be able to see the Procurement Document for the Sales Order raised without using the query.
Check if this is what you are looking for and the same helps.

In Flash, all we need to do is create a MovieClip and assign it a class name in the library.
Instantiation is a simple matter of:

At this current point in time, my understanding of creating custom UIView in xcode is limited to the understanding that you have to:
1: Forward declare the class in the header.
2:

and THEN

in the header file also.
3: Nib initialization in the implementation file in viewDidLoad and do "addSubview".

one workaround i could think of is using the CM views to search for content that belongs to a category and display it in a custom way.

this only allows you to search for the meta-data available in the CM views but not the content of an item that is available when doing a search.
in the next major portal release we will have a publich search API that can be used for these type of requirements. you can execute your search and format the results in the way you want.

Exactly which USB device are you referring to? Is the device a NI product?
The Product ID for National Instruments DAQPad-6020E is 0x12C0. The USB vendor ID is 0x3923. This is a 16-bit hexadecimal number(1093) (that is decimal 4243).

May I please know how to create the change document functionality for a dependent objects?
I have done it follow the same process as for business process objects. But when i try to test it in BOBT, there is no records under "FIELD_CHANGE_WITH_FILTER". It seems the change hasn't been recorded.
If the way I did to create change document for dependent object is correct, please also kindly advise the possibilities for why there is no record during testing.

I also have some doubts about the business object.In this case,one abstract BO hase a subnode wihich is root extended.I added the change document for this node under the category "root_extended" and then tested the function in BOBT.I got some error message "can't find the root key".Shall i redefine the method /BOFU/IF_CDO_CREATION~IS_CDO_CREATION_ACTIVE so as to solve the problem?
