How to create a Custom form Template..

Hi Eperts,
I would like to seek a help from you regarding creating a custom form template on custom BO. could you guide me where i have gone wrong in successfully creating a Print form. I am in dead need of this particular solution for a client. It is hampering my entire scenario......
1. I had created a Custom BO and I am trying to preview the created form on the OIF screen.
2. I had created a form on above of the custom BO. This created form and form group is activated and configured as of needed by opening it through ALD (Adobe Life Cycle Designer).
3. I had created a BAC element with some scoping questions and activated it. After activating it i had deployed the Business configuration.
4. my solution got updated with the created and deployed BAC elements and i had done scoping for those elements to make my created form available.
5. I can see my form template in Form Template maitaince under Application user managment WOC. I had made it to be available for all users and published.
6. All the above steps are done success fully with no errors.
7. When i accessed my custom BO and tried to preview the created form i am unable to view it and i am seeing the following window.
Could you help me out in solving this or send me across any detailed document regarding this what you had done previously.

It looks like system didn't identify the form template. So please check if the required configuration for "Preview" modal dialog is done properly. In the SDK documentation, refer to section "8.4.3.4 Create a Preview Button for a Print Form"
If you have already done the steps mentioned in the section 8.4.3.4, but still facing the issue then let me know.

I want to create a user enrollment template it Web ADI so that I can send the form to the client and they will just fillup the spreadsheet with all the users they want to add to the system then load it using Web Adi.
For example this form is:

1. Add Oracle WEB ADI you your responsibility. Explore how to create document etc
2. Using Oracle General Ledger, go to Enter Journal and click on Launch Journal Wizard..from there you can create document similar to attached

How to create form or tabbed template and import excel data

Hi there
I am wanting to know how I can create a rather comprehensive template that will be copied a number of times on the same page but each time will include different data from an excel spreadsheet.
The template will need to include quite a bit of layout and placement of text and images. The fields range from data type including names, phone number, email, prices, description and address. See attached image below of what I am wanting to acheive.
I'm just not quite sure how to set this up as a form/template in indesign and what the best and fastest way would be.
There will be about 6-8 blocks to a page.
Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

The sample 12 of the UI shows how to create a modal form.
The idea is to add a small code in the sub SBO_Application_MenuEvent and SBO_Application_ItemEvent
you set the UID value of your form in a variable when you open it, then you can add this code after the two above sub

How to create recovery discs for HP notebook with preinstalled Windows ?

I Have just bought the HP ProBook 4530s with preinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
The notebook was purchased in the hipermarket so that it has no Windows installation discs.
There is a Windows 7 label sticked to the machine.
When I try to use standard Windows 7 procedure:
Start > Control Panel > Backup Your Computer > Create a system repair disc
it shows the error:
System Repair disc could not be created
the parameter is incorrect 0x80070057

Hi BH,
I have read the link you suggested and tried to find HP Recovery Manager at my notebook.
1) I typed Start > Search > "Recovery" but it was not installed.
2) I ran the HP Software Setup to check recommended and optional HP applications. HP Recovery Manager was not there.
3) I downloaded HP Recovery Manager for Windows 7 and ran the installation
I accepted the default folder.
C:\SWSetup\sp45415
It showed an installation form for a while and then completed with no message.
4) I repeated action (1) but no HP Recovery Manager.
5) I checked uninstall menu but no HP Recovery Manager.
Please let me know what to do next ?

How to create separate log files for each deployed web application in oc4j

I am using Windows2000, Oracle9iAS(OC4J). Say I have deployed 3 web applications onto this oc4j server. Then how to create 3 different log files so that I can see the log messages(System.out.println's) of each of these web appliations in a different log file.

Where do the messages printed via ServletContext.log() go? Is this configurable separately by web application? If so, you could at least replace your System.out.println() with sc.log() statements. For exceptions, you could trap them and log them since the log() method takes a throwable as well as a String.

I want to set JES messaging 6.0 to accept only mail that scaned from antivirus server. If clients send direct to messaging server it will forward that mail to antivirus server. After mail was scaned it is sent to messaging server and messaging server accept it.
