How to de-authorize a computer you dont have anymore.

I had my itunes account on another computer and it broke before i could de-authorize it and now i cant sync my phone to another computer and downlaod my music. So i cant back-up my phone. Have any ideas on how to back up all of my music and apps on my new laptop?

These are two questions: the first is how to deauthorize your old computer:
  1. Open iTunes on a computer
  2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "Deauthorize All".
  5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "deauthorize all" your authorized computers, authorize each one as required.
The next question concerns syncing your iPhone to a new computer. The right way to recover from this situation is to copy your iTunes Library from the old one's backup. The iPhone is not a backup device, and how you back up your computer is up to you.
If you have no backup, you will need to use third party utilities to recover your iPhone's contents. The iPhone is not designed to be used this way so success is not guaranteed.

Use the Deauthorize All function, or log into it through Virtual Network Computing and individually deauthorize it.

You can try unregistering your old phone with Apple by:
    Going to: https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do
Sign in with your Apple ID
Click on ">" to the right of the phone listing
    Click "unregister"
    Unfortunately, this doesn't always work.

Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article. If that's not an option, use the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.

  • HT201407 how to activate old 3gs if you dont have original sim and it is 3 years old phone?

hi i get old iphone 3gs with serial:86012TPT3NP and now after update to 6.1.3 cant activate it because i dont have original sim.i need to know if apple unlock this device after conctract end or not.Iphone is 3 years old.

Apple cannot unlock iPhones themselves. You must contact the cell carrier to whom the iPhone is locked and ask about their requirements for unlocking and if you qualify arrange the unlocking through the carrier. You will need a valid SIM, either from the original carrier or another carrier, to complete the unlock.
    Regards.

It sounds like two Apple accounts were used in the purchase of songs, yours and hers.  Assuming she won't give you her password, you're kinda stuck.  For $129 or so you can repurchase them all.
By the way, if she has the computer and it has your account info in it, you ought to change your password.
