How to define different open interval rule for GR and IR?

Hello all
In the beginning of a Fiscal Year (until January 15 u2013 20) I have the following problem:
Users are, mistakenly, posting service entry sheets (SES) or material document, with posting date of a new fiscal year, from purchase order from previous FY. As a result, budget is consumed from the new fiscal year. I do not want to carry forward this PO, I want to post this material document in the previous FY.
I tried to close posting for VT 54 for the new FY (only for the first 2 weeks of the new FY. I used FMMI), but then I can not post invoices, and I do want to post invoices.
I am looking for a way  to close FY in FM for SES or material document only, and not for invoices. Is any one know how?
More details:
I use ECC6 with ENHP 4.
I use Former budget.
PBET is not active.
Value types 51 and 54 are relevant for budget.

I wanted to ask you for some clarification here: I would expect the SES consuming the reference PO, rather than consuming budget.
Also, please have a look at this part of the online help:

In the 'Implementation considerations' part, it's stated:
It is not necessary to carry out closing operations with the fiscal year change in the system if you do not use period-based encumbrance tracking or, whilst using the Budget Control System, have activated multi-year budget execution. If you therefore decide not to carry out closing operations, budget already used remains in the old fiscal year and cannot be used in the new fiscal year. Open commitments are correctly reduced in the old fiscal year if you process them further in the new. (For example, a purchase order from 2005 can be reduced by an invoice arriving in 2006.)
Are you finding those SES actually are consuming budget instead of reducing the reference PO?
On the other hand, you might also think about using Multi-year budget execution, it may also be helpful in your scenario.

    So now we have no idea how to do this after once entering the same id during iOS 5 installation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If you're wanting to share content between multiple apple ids in the family I would suggest to use iTunes match.

    Go to MM42, select basic data view
    In,Units of measure/ EANs /dimensions sub tab
    there u can see four radio buttons
    B.Un    Unit of measure is base unit (used internally only) 
    O.Un    Unit of measure is the order unit                             - Purchasing
    D/L.Un  Unit of measure is delivery unit/issue unit              - Logistics
    S.Un    Unit of measure is the sales unit                             - Sales
    for eg:
    First line enter EA (each) or PC (piece) in Auom for a material and  enter 1 in Number and select radio button for B.Un
    Second line enter CT (carton) in Auom and  enter 10 in Number and select radio button for O.UN (when you creating a PO it UOB automatically picks as CT)
    Third line enter PALin Auom and enter 50 in Number and select radio button for D/l .UN (when u creating a delivery UOB picks as PAL ie pallets)
    Fourth line enter EA or PC and enter 1 in Number and select radio button for S.UN (when u creating a Sales order UOB picks as EA or PC as u defined)

    In ssrs is it possible to define different default parameter values for different subscriptions? In the following example I have a report which has two subscriptions with different start date and end date values:
    Report name – Testsubscription.rdl
    Subscription-1
    Input parameter (default values):
    start_date = first day of current Month
    end_date = till date
    Subscription-2
    Input parameter (default values):
    start_date = first day of current Quarter
    end_date = till date
    I know an alternative way of doing this would be to copy the rdl file with a different name but I am curious whether this can be done within a single report definition file. I am using SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition.

    As per my understanding, there is a report with two parameter: start_date and end_date, you want to configure subscription for the report, and set different default values for start date and end date. And you want to know if it is possible to achieve you
    goal by using a single report definition file.
    Since you are using SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition, we need to achieve your goal by configuring two subscriptions for the report. For detail information, please refer to the following steps:
      1. In design surface, right click start_date and open Parameter Properties dialog box.
      2. In General pane, type Name and Prompt, set Data Type to Date/Time.
      3. Click Available Values in left pane, select Specify Values.
      4. Click Add button, in Label text box, type “First day of Current Month”, click (fx) button in Value section, then type the expression like below:
    =DateSerial(Year(Now()), Month(Now()), 1)
      5. Click Add button, in Label text box, type “First day of Current Quarter”, click (fx) button in Value section, then type the expression like below, then click OK.
    =DateSerial(Year(Now()), (3*DatePart("q",Now()))-2, 1)
      6. Right click end_date and open Parameter Properties dialog box.
      7. In Available Values pane, select Specify Values.
      8. Click Add button, in Label text box, type “Today”, click (fx) button in Value section, then type the expression =Today(), then click OK.
    Now that the parameters are created, we need to configure subscription for the report. For detail information, please follow these steps:

      4. Select the Subscriptions tab, and then click New Subscription.
      5. Select the delivery extension and data source for the subscription.
      6. Select a method of delivery, then choose report delivery options.
      7. Specify conditions that cause the subscription to process and delivery to occur.
      8. Set start_date to First day of Current Month, end_date to Today, then click OK.
      9. Create a new subscription as step4 to 7, set start_date to First day of Current Quarter, end_date to Today, then click OK.

      You need to define the settlement profile and allocation structure.
    next you need to define the  Strategy for settlement rule.
    navigation-PS> costs> automatic and periodic allocations> settlement> Settlement rule for WBS
    --> Define strategy for settlement rule.
    Select the strategy and click on settings. in that new entries, check the Acc Assg element, enter Settlement profile and mention accass category as reposnsible cost center.
    Save this transaction.
    Now create a project assgin responsible costcenter for the WBS element in the project buider and save the transaction.
    Now run CJB2 transaction for the project, settlement rule will generated automatically.
    even you can configure the same for profitability segment.

    We are on BW 3.5 and I'm loading data into the 0FIGL_O10 ODS  and then uploading the data into the cube 0FIGL_C10. The data loads just fine to the ODS but when I try to <u><b>'update the data target'</b></u> I get a date & time stamp' error on the info-package transfer rules.
    I then Replicate the datasource 80FIGL_O01.
    I must then <u><b>'activate' the transfer rules</b></u>.
    However I cannot get the transfer rules for 80FIGL_O10 in CHANGE MODE to activate them.
    How can I activate the transfer rules for the ODS updating a data target.
    The error text is as follows:
    DataSource 80FIGL_O10 has to be replicated (time stamp, see long text)
    Message no. R3016
    Diagnosis
    DataSource 80FIGL_O10 does not have the same status as the source system in the Business Information Warehouse.
    The time stamp in the source system is 02/15/2007 10:42:33.
    The time stamp in the BW system is 11/07/2006 13:11:54.
    System response
    The load process has been terminated.
    <b>Procedure
    Copy the DataSource again and then activate the transfer rules that belong to it. You have to activate the transfer rules in every case, even if they are still active after the DataSource has been copied.</b>

    I need small suggestio for 'How to handle different languages in illustrator for big clients'. For instance; Arabic, this is a language which  needs to be read from right to left instead of left to right. There are  other strange languages as well (Cyrillic, Chinese etc.). It happens  also that when you copy strange languages from a word file it will not  be easy to paste it the correct way in a .ai file. Besides that, it’s  also difficult to do a language check when we are not able to read it!. So,  to make a long story short, I want to figure out how we can deal with multiple language  circles?
    Can you some please give me the solution for this...

    I take it you might come from an arabic background.
    Here is how you can help yourself to some degree.
    Google has a translation feature and service which is at the moment free. It is excellent.
    Secondly if you are working with ME languages you really need the ME version of Illustrator or any other Creative Suites Application in order for it to work properly.
    It, is also best to enable the language and the input for that language for your system on the Mac it is easy you go to the Language and text feature in theSystem Preferences, once enabled you can select the fro the menu bar under the American flag if you are in the US. Thst will appear once you have more than one language selected.
    You select the language input you need and then a font for that language then paste and edit.
    You need fonts on your computer that are of those languages as well.
    How to manage this as a work flow well that is something you will have to work on yourself or hire a consultant who specializes in this area.
    We had a few visit here when they have come across a snafu. So they exists.

    For example, you might want iTunes to only add songs that are by a particular artist, or songs with at least a four-star rating.

    The article says it is archived.  In the current version of iTunes, in step 1 you will select File>New>Smart Playlist.  Also, if you need to edit an existing Smart Playlist, you can right click (or hold command while you click) on it and select Edit Smart Playlist.

    6. Open iTune
    7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"

    Since the upgrade to version 9.0.1 of Firefox, the Bookmarks feature changes are confusing me. They seem to be confusing themselves as well. The list of bookmarks has changed. The font size is so small that my aging eyes cannot read it without fogging the screen with my breath. Some folders are out of alphabetical order (where I know they were previously good), and some are missing altogether (folders to which I frequently add references).
    As for missing or deranged files or folders, was there something that I should have done or now need to do to recover those after the upgrade (or before)?
    With regard to font size,
    1. there is no “Edit Bookmarks” or like option to edit the list in this version
    2. the “zoom” option in the “view” list of functions is greyed out when in “Show All Bookmarks” window
    3. expanding the browser window has no effect on font size
    4. “Preferences” settings for font size has no effect in that window either, including advanced settings
    5. “Help” offers none that I can find.
    Can any of you Help?!?
