How to define the datafile output_Name when output a report as spreatsheet

Hi,
in 10gR2 env. with AS 10 g / Reports work with RWSERVLET
i do output a Report as a SPREADSHEET, that works fine,
but
to save this file there is a file_name like 'getjobid1234.xls'
I tried to work with the report - title with boilerplate B_OR$REPORT_TITLE placed in margin ,
but it doesn't work, no change in output_file_name
and : how to change the B_OR$REPORT_TITLE dynamic while runtime ?
any Help ?

with a 'name' as getjobid<jobid>
desname doesn't work in CACHE - Mode ?

there is the file my_variable_report_namet.xls saved on host-file-system
ok, but can I call this with my_variable_report_name from cache without to save it everytime on server before ?

Hi,
When u wrote yr query at that time save yr query
Now yr query is save in "Query Manager"
Open Query Manager > select yr query
There is a button "Create Report"
Create USer Report Window is display "define yr name" and select "Base Temple"
once u save it double click and edit yr PLD....
Hope it a best way to create uer PLD

How to skip the alv list when submit a report by SUBMIT statement?

I have to submit a report(RMVKON00) for a special request in my add-on program, I use the following statment:
SUBMIT RMVKON00
AND RETURN EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY.
CALL FUNCTION 'LIST_FROM_MEMORY'

    LISTOBJECT = ABAPLIST_TAB
EXCEPTIONS
    NOT_FOUND = 1

But it still display the alv list , and I must click button 'BACK' ,then it return my add on program.
I hope to skip the alv list (does not display the alv list ) .

Hi Colin,
I dont think you would be able to skip the ALV output using SUBMIT. However try changing the value of sy-lsind after the submit statement.
SUBMIT RMVKON00
AND RETURN EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY.
sy-lsind = sy-lsind - 1.
If that doesnt work then try using JOB_START JOB_SUBMIT, JOB_CLOSE...

How to set the default name when exporting a report ?

I use crystal reports in my C# asp application, with the CrystalReportViewer class. When the end user exports the reports by clicking on the toolbar button, the "save as" dialog box appears, with default name "_viewer.pdf" or "_viewer.xls" etc. "_viewer" being the CrystalReportViewer's instance name. Has anyone an idea to change this default name ? The end user would like at least the report name. Thanks

I looked around and I it appears that you have found the only way to set this.Â There doesn't seem to be dynamic support for the exported file names.

How to get the Useru2019s position when the user doesnu2019t have CP relation

We have a custom program which will add / delete attributes (In transaction PPOSA_BBP). It is working fine for users which were assigned with CP relation But it fails for users which doesnu2019t have CP relation (since we are getting the position of users form HRP1001 then we are retrieving the existing attributes based on the position after that updating the attributes) as we are getting the position from HRP1001 it fails for users were no CP relation.
Help us how to get the Useru2019s position when the user doesnu2019t have CP relation. Suggest us any function module or how to query the HRP1001 or some other table if exists

Have a look at these tables.
Using table BUT000 the central business partner data are stored, f.e. partner type, partner names, partner number, partner guid, person number, etc. In table BUTBKK the bank data to a business partner are stored.
Central business partner address data
The table ADRC is used for the address of a business partner. Table BUT020 links the business partner number with the address number. Using table BUT021 several addresses to a business partner with different usages (modes), f.e. correspondence or delivery address, can be stored. The personal data of a business partner person are stored with key person number in table ADRP. The person number is assignd to a business partner person in table BUT000. Communication data of business partners as e-mail, telephone, fax, etc. are stored in the tables ADDR1 u2013 ADDR12. The business address of a contact person or an employee consists of the organization address (company resp. org.-unit) and of an address addition, which describes f.e. a building, a room number, etc. The address addition is stored in table ADCP and is identified by the keys address number of the organization address and person number.
Relationships between business partners
Table BUT050 contains the relationships between a business partner organization and a business partner person using relation types. The relation types are defined in table TBZ9, f.e. the relation type u2018has employeeu2019 corresponds to identifier u2018BUR010u2019, the relation type u2018has contact personu2019 corresponds to identifier u2018BUR001u2019. Table BUT051 stores communication data of a contact person relationship (compare to table ADCP). Table BUT052 stores several address numbers to one business partner relationship (including a standard flag).

Pick a representative file.
Get info. (Command-i)
There you will see a place "Open with" where you can select the application for that file.
Hit the "Change all..." button to do this for all files of this type.

If you previously had Numbers 2.3 (Numbers '09) it now lives in a folder called iWork '09 inside your Applications folder. It works just as well as it used to, and has a proper Print View.

How to define the memory leak in stability test

Usually, we run our system with 70% CPU load for 72 hours for stability test (on solaris 10), because some plugin of our system is using mtmalloc, and we use prstat to monitor the memory of each plugin. But because of the complex memory usage of our application, we don't know when the application will use the Max memory, and because of the "mtmalloc", the memory showed by "prstat" will not released but continually increased.
So fro the test point of view, there is the risk of memory leak, but actually, there may be no memory leak, so my question is how to define the memory leak in such condition.

i have installed j2sdk1.5.0 then installed j2ee1.4,then installed Weblogic6.1 which use jdk1.3
Now the JRE is jdk1.3\bin
When run class that was compiled with jdk1.5,throw:
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError
How can i change the jre to 1.5?

There is a workaround to move from 1.5 version to the older 1.4 version. But this could be specific to the browser setting the JRE version.

However, a user can still run older versions. To do so, launch the Java Plug-in Control Panel for the older version, then (re)select the browser in the Browser tab.
Example:
Assume you are running on Microsoft Windows with Microsoft Internet Explorer, have first installed version 1.4.2, then version 5.0, and you want to run 1.4.2.
Go to the j2re1.4.2\bin directory where JRE 1.4.2 was installed. On a Windows default installation, this would be here: C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2\bin

My system (Windows XP) has the version 1.5_09 set as the default. However i just installed JRE 1.5_06 and would like to revert back to _06 as the default JRE..
