I have a Iphone 4s that is sign with someone elses name messenger, I lke to know how to delete this address so I can go to messenger with my own e-mail address because I don't know the password of the address that is now on the phone can any body helpe to delete this address and sign in with my own name?

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on your exact situation or configuration. If you simply need to change the information in Messages, you should be able to do so in the Message Settings outlined in these articles:

If this is a used iPhone that still has the previous owner's information on it or associated with it, you may find it easier to simply reset it as a new device, as noted here:

Add the account back to your phone and enable contacts syncing with the account and the contacts will reappear on your phone. If you want them in iCloud, you'll have to copy them to your iCloud account. If you need assistance doing this, reply back and I'll help you.

Greetings! I hope someone out there can help me. I'm not exactly a genius when it comes to numbers...
My Issue:
I'm attempting to sending out a large e-mail blast via software called hoolie, it seems to be working amazingly well except for the fact that I've reached our Gmail accounts daily limit which I had zero idea existed.
So about 1100 emails were sent and I still have to send about 1500 emails left to be sent. The software has no ability to resend to the failed e-mail addresses, so I'm left to my own devices...
My Goal:
I want to be able to subtract out the 1100 e-mail address from the csv file I have with all the addresses. Once I subtract out the e-mail addresses I can then resend the blast and throttle it so it takes a day or so and won't freak out google gmail...
How can I accomplish this? I have the orginal CSV file with all the names and e-mail addresses and I have a new numbers doc in which I pasted the e-mails that were succesfully sent...
Thoughts? Suggetsions?

Are you suggesting that it sent it to a random sample of the email addresses, that it did not start at the beginning and go row by row until it failed? If that is the case, you can import the CSV file into Numbers, paste your list of sent addresses in another column or another table of that document, then use COUNTIF to look for duplicates.
The best I can do is an example.Your table will no doubt be different so you'll have to rejigger the formula.
Importing your CSV file will create column B
Insert two new columns, C and D
Use Copy/Paste to copy/paste your list of sent addresses from your other document into column D
The formula in column C is =IF(COUNTIF(D,B)>0,"Was Sent","")
Once it has done its thing, sort by column C to get all the "Was Sent" rows together. Delete them. Delete column C, Delete column D. Share as a CSV.

If you are talking about an address in a received mail the easy way to do it is to click the star to the right of the senders email as it displays in the Message Pane or Tab header.
If the sender is not in one of your address books the star is not filled with color. Clicking the empty star will add it to the default Personal Address Book and fill the star with color.
Clicking a filled star will open the contact edit dialog box and there is a drop down list of address books so you can move it.
This is NOT the same star that shows to the left of a message header in the Inbox window.
You can also drag and drop contacts between address books easily.

We now have an active Apple ID which I have used for this iPad. I have tried to reset this iPad but it will not allow me to or to delete and update the iCloud backup as it asks for the old BT internet Apple ID password, even though the iPad is logged in with the new active one. Please advise how I can delete the old account from the iPad.

If the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreated the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Deleting calendars & e-mail addresses from iTunes "info" tab.

When I connect my iphone to my Mac, in iTunes launches when I look at the "info" tab there are calendars and e-mail addresses greyed out. (I use icloud so I don't sync my e-mail & calendars on the Mac.) Is there any way to delete those as one of the e-mail addresses and calendars I no longer use. This is all part of the risk of making yourself a public figure.
Your e-mail address is necessary in your feed file so Apple can communicate with you if needed. Since Apple is not going to manually process that address to remove any bot-blocking characters, you need to keep it "real".
Using a gmail or other somewhat independant address can help limit the visibility of your primary address.

Sorry if this has already been addressed...but since I can't search the forums right now.....
I accidentally typed in an incorrect e-mail address for someone, and actually tried to use it a couple of times. I realized my mistake, and then corrected the e-mail address in my Contacts. Now, when I try to send an e-mail to Tom, when I start to type his name, it still gives me the option of choosing both the bad address, and the correct address. Does anyone know if there is a way to permanently erase the "bad" address? Again, the bad address is no longer anywhere in my contacts. Thanks in advance!

I am asking this question for my mom who is 80 years old. We both use Mac's, but for email, I'm on Entourage so I am unable to help her with her Mac Mail question.
Recently, I signed up for MobileMe, and a few of my emails to her came from my new MobileMe address (which I do not want to use for email---I am using MobileMe for other things). So now that the MobileMe address is somehow "in" her Mail program, whenever she writes a new email to me, it defaults to my MobileMe address. She can't remember to check what the address is every time she sends an email (she's 80 years old!)---she just wants to be able to type my name ("Andy") and have it go to the same Comcast address that it has always gone to.
I've played around with my Mail application, but since I'm unfamiliar with it, I don't know what to tell her. Is there a way to get that MobileMe address of mine OUT of her computer so it won't keep sneaking in there like that?

I have just recvd a new pc and have installed my Thunderbird a/c with my various e.mail a/c's. as before but all previous data, re mails and addresses is still on old pc. How can I best bring these over to new pc ? Have tried with memory stick but didnt work, may have been my fault as I am no expert on pc.
