  • How to delete a PS network with status 'Technically Completed' (TECO)?

    Dear all,
    We have Webdynpro application, which will create a PS network in background. In the past it was working fine and many PS network  are created. Now we have a scenario where some of the networks which are with status 'Technically Completed' (TECO) needs to be deleted from system. I tried to delete it from CJ20N, but it was not possible as the status is set to TECO. Please let me know how to delete a PS network which is with status 'Technically Completed'  (TECO).
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Vijay

    The cluster goes out and finds all networks that are available.  This is an automatic process.  As long as there is a network there, it will show it.  If you don't want it to show, disable the interface and it will disappear.
    . : | : . : | : . tim
    Thanks a million Tim! Disabling the correct interface made it disappear!
    Actually, I had disabled the interface before I started this thread. When you posted the suggestion, I went back and looked at the network connections again and found out that I had disabled the wrong interface! My bad!
    However, here is the interesting thing:
    After I disabled the NIC and it disappeared from the FCM I physically disconnected its cable (actually I disconnected all unused / unconfigured NICs) ....then I re-enabled it. Now I see that FCM does NOT pick it up again.
    I think FCM picked up those NICs because at one time I had put that NIC in the production VLAN (from the switch side).
    One observation:
    If you have NICs in a HV machine which are not connected to a switch, they do NOT show up in FCM. Once you connect them to some network, they start showing up. I guess by connecting them to a network, they are able to see NICs in other HV nodes.
    Take a look at this screenshot. I have 6 NICs in there which are disconnected, none show up in FCM

  • How to trace if objects are deleted from a scenario

    Hi Experts,
    Can you please tell me if some of my objects get deleted from my scenario how can I trace? like by which user this is done or any log is there from where we can find this one?
    Thanks
    Sugata B

    Just run the scenario if you are aware of the entire process by disabling target system adapter (if needed)
    then you can easily trace it out.
    If you know details about mapping go to SXI_CACHE and chk there, for  objects of your scenario

    Hi,
    As far as I know First we have to delete the
    1). ID objects
    2). IR objects
    3). SLD objects.
       Because we are using the Software component version in IR and business system in ID these are created in the SLD and we are using the IR objects in the ID.

  • How to delete the number saved in CALL FORWARDING list?

    how to delete the number saved in CALL FORWARDING list? seems like the number cannot be deleted in CALL FORWARDING list, i tried several times...
    he thing is, here are three numbers in the call forwarding list, one of them were set up by mistake, and none of them can be deleted.......it brothers me all the time. i already turn it off, but the number list is still there...

    Hello dennis130915 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
    The image you have uploaded is unable to be displayed.
    Call Forwarding is a carrier controlled feature. Most likely, the number you see could be for the Voice Mail server.
    It's advised you call your mobile service provider to further assist with this feature.
    Thanks!

  • How to delete protlet from the code?

    Hi All,
    I want to delete the portlet at runtime (means from code) so does anyone has any idea how to do it?
    Scenario - I have home page, there I have 5-8 portlets so I want to provide functionality to end user so they can delete and add the same portlet. So, for that I have created one more portlet which is on another page, from that portlet I am deleting one specific portlet by passing it's portlet instance ID.
    I have written following code to delete it but it doesn't work out. I am not getting any exception while executing below code but it doesn't delete the portlet , so when I go back to home page I can see that portlet. FYI, It prints all SOPs.
    I have written following code in backing file which is at page level (not on Home page).
    String LOOKUP_NAME = com.bea.p13n.management.ApplicationHelper.getApplicationName() +"."+
         com.bea.netuix.application.manager.persistence.PortalCustomizationManagerHome.LOOKUP_NAME;
         Object obj = JndiHelper.lookup(LOOKUP_NAME, com.bea.netuix.application.manager.persistence.PortalCustomizationManager.class);
         System.out.println("=========="+obj.getClass().getName());
         com.bea.netuix.application.manager.persistence.PortalCustomizationManagerHome home = (com.bea.netuix.application.manager.persistence.PortalCustomizationManagerHome)obj;
         System.out.println("[HomePageBacking][Home]"+home);
         com.bea.netuix.application.manager.persistence.PortalCustomizationManager portalCustomizationManager = home.create();
         System.out.println("[HomePageBacking][portalCustomizationManager]"+portalCustomizationManager);
         com.bea.netuix.application.manager.CustomizationContext customizationContext = new com.bea.netuix.application.manager.CustomizationContext(request);
         System.out.println("[HomePageBacking][customizationContext]"+customizationContext);
         customizationContext.setVisitorMode(true);
         System.out.println("-------getParameter--------"+request.getParameter("instanceID"));
         String instanceID = request.getParameter("instanceID");
         if(instanceID != null)
              com.bea.netuix.application.identifier.PortletInstanceId portletInstanceId = com.bea.netuix.application.identifier.PortletInstanceId.createPortletInstanceId(Integer.parseInt(instanceID));
              //portletInstanceId.setId(Integer.parseInt(instanceID));
              System.out.println("[HomePageBacking][customizationContext.isVisitorMode()]"+customizationContext.isVisitorMode());
              System.out.println("[HomePageBacking][portletInstanceId.getId()]"+portletInstanceId.getId());
    portalCustomizationManager.deletePortletInstance(customizationContext, portletInstanceId);
    with the last line of above code it should delete that portlet for that user but it doesn't work.
    So, any one has any idea on this?? I appreciate your help.
    Thanks,
    HJ

    Following is the code to delete the portlet at runtime of from your code.
    String webApp = ApplicationHelper.getWebAppName(request);
    ResourceContext resourceContext = ResourceContext.createResourceContext(request, true);
    String deletePortletId = "XXXXXX"; // This you can get it from request or from session
    List<ControlAction> actions = new ArrayList<ControlAction>();
    com.bea.netuix.application.identifier.Id id = new PortletInstanceId(Integer.valueOf(deletePortletId).intValue());
    actions.add(PageInstanceAction.removePlaceableFromPageInstance(pageControl, (PlaceableInstanceId) id, webApp,
                             new PortalPath(portalPath), new DesktopPath(desktopPath)));
    portalControl.executeActions(actions, resourceContext);
    I hope this will help someone who wants to delete portlet at runtime fron code.
    Thanks,
    HJ

  • How to delete work items

    Hi,
    I'm using XI 3.0 and am trying to delete some Work Items that are sitting in Error status.
    I've tried following OSS note 807906 but cannot see the menu items mentioned (specifically the Edit=>Change option) - can someone explain more clearly how to delete them?
    Thx
    Here is summary of OSS Note:
    "First make sure that the process is actually 'irretrieveably lost', that is, that it has not simply encountered a temporary error (for example, the failure of synchronous sending and so on).
    If you are certain that the process is no longer required, call the log of the affected process (using the process selection (SWF_XI_SWI1)) or the SXMB_MONI, ... and display the work item of the process (Workflows).
    Go to the technical work-item display (if this is not displayed by default) and then select Edit => Change there.
    Under 'Services for Administration', select the 'Logical Deletion' function.
    This function is used to set the process to the 'Logically Deleted' status and to delete all outstanding correlations. The process has then reached its final status and can also be archived"

    are u luking into deleting error messages. If yes then,

  • How to delete the queries in  BW Production which are no longer existing.

    Hi,
    How to  delete the queries in BW production which are no longer existing in DEV.
    1. I tried Using RSZDELETE in Production it is not getting deleted and the below message given.
    Query object 4A7V83T3RB4ABIOKSDJT2HWDL is blocked. Deletion has been cancelled.
    2. I tried creating another query in dev with the same technical name and send a transport with deletion
    it is not working.
    Please advise me on this for any function module or any other method.
    Thanks
    Surya

    Hi,
    If you transported the query from DEV and now you want to delete it, you should open a BEx request (Dev Class under which it was originally transported -- or-- Standard - type) in DEV delete the query and move the transport to Production.
    As far as your error is concerned, usually  when you  can delete a query using the delete option in query designer itself,
    Business Explorer> query-> delete objects , when you press execute the system offers you a list of dependent objects on the query(workbook,views), in case the sysytem is unable to delete them i.e.they being used as a input query for a characteristic variable (replacement path),then system throws this error.You can delete these all depndents under there prescribed roles , fav s & then proceed.
    Hope this will be expedite.
    Thax & regards.

  • How to delete all items in the HUB ?

    How to delete all items on shot in the HUB ?

    Hi all,pay attention to the words I've marked in bold in the first answer from the technical support member:  "From the BlackBerry Hub, hold your finger on the date at the top of the list. A side menu will appear. Click on the Garbage Can to delete all messages prior to that date" At first, I also didn't understand how to make it works, but you have to slide until the date is at the top of displayed messages, then you can tap and hold to select all messages preceding that date.

  • How to delete the multiple companies assignement of a employee in SRM

    Hello Friends,
    In business partner maintenance (BP), one employee assigned to multiple companies in relationship tab.
    Following are the entries observed in relationship tab in BP Transaction code.
    Is employee of
    xxx(BP number) u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to -->1st entry
    xxx(BP number) u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to --> 2nd entry
    Ideally one employee should  assigned to one company only.
    Kindly let me know how to delete the relationship.
    We are using release SRM 5.0 with classic extended scenario.
    The organization structure is HR Replicated.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Pithani Suresh

    Hello Ganesh,
    Thank you for providing information.
    The employee is not assigned to multiple companies. The assignment is related to orgnizational unit.
    In organization structure (PPOSA_BBP), the user/position is assigned to one organization unit only
    More details about this issue,
    we find the relationship of the user/position in BP T.code (Relationship Tab), it is showing the relationship with current organizational unit and previous organizational unit. Ideally it should be assigned to one organizational unit. Due to some inconsistency, it is still showing the previous organizational unit.
    Example: Ex: User A is replicated from HR to SRM and assigned to Dept A (org unit 1) and later User A is shifted to Dept B (org unit 2) from HR Replication.
    Following are the entries observed in relationship tab in BP Transaction code.
    Input is BP number assigned to of the user A central person.
    User u201CAu201D is employee of
    BP number of org unit 1u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to -->1st entry
    BP number of org unit 2 u2013 Company(address type) --- xxx(description) u2013valid from --- valid to --> 2nd entry
    Thanks & Regards,

  • How to delete the line item from a sales order

    Hi all,
    how to delete a line item from the sales order for which the production is already happened and it has been delivered. the production order status is DLV.
    Regards
    Kumar

    Hi Kumar,
    I think you can just delete it in the sales order directly, if you are using make-to-order scenario, then there will be special stock left for the sales order as the production has been goods receipt, you need to use MM transaction move the stock to unrestricted use stock. If you are using make-to-stock scenario, there should be no further problem. If you are using assembly order, please try to reject the sales order item to see if it could fullfill your requirement.

  • How to delete rows in the target table using interface

    hi guys,
    I have an Interface with source as src and target as tgt both has company_code column.In the Interface i need like if a record with company_code already exists we need to delete it and insert the new one from the src and if it is not availble we need to insert it.
    plz tell me how to achieve this?
    Regards,
    sai.

    gatha wrote:
    For this do we need to apply CDC?
    I am not clear on how to delete rows under target, Can you please share the steps to be followed.If you are able to track the deletes in your source data then you dont need CDC. If however you cant - then it might be an option.
    I'll give you an example from what im working on currently.
    We have an ODS, some 400+ tables. Some are needed 'Real-Time' so we are using CDC. Some are OK to be batch loaded overnight.
    CDC captures the Deletes no problem so the standard knowledge modules with a little tweaking for performance are doing the job fine, it handles deletes.
    The overnight batch process however cannot track a delete as its phyiscally gone by the time we run the scenarios, so we load all the insert/updates using a last modified date before we pull all the PK's from the source and delete them using a NOT EXISTS looking back at the collection (staging) table. We had to write our own KM for that.
    All im saying to the OP is that whilst you have Insert / Update flags to set on the target datastore to influence the API code, there is nothing stopping you extending this logic with the UD flags if you wish and writing your own routines with what to do with the deletes - It all depends on how efficient you can identify rows that have been deleted.
