How to delete an user without leaving user's data?

Somebody know how can I to delete a SAP user in order to delete anyone of its tracks???
My problem is this:
There is an user who has something different from the others and it causes that he is not equal to the others.
So I thought that erasing it by SU01 and returning to create it, like a copy of another user, this would be OK...
... but, it didn't work. SAP remembers him, and it inserts some data that the user had before being erased!
What tables I must watch to eliminate these tracks?

It's not possible to delete SAP User, and all of the data regarding this user, this data is stored in change document etc.. in a lot of different application tables and some of it is a crucial part of the audit trail. Further more there are a number of tables e.g. users_ssm etc where you can customize the system behavior based on user id.
In order to fix this issue you need to investigate the differences in detail, try to have a look at the personalization tab, and in the concrete application where encounter the problem, there might be some personalization data in there as well.

I created my users via UME ( User Management Engine of Java Application server). Unfortunately I used the wrong name convention, so I had to recreate all the users in UME. Afterwards I delete all wrong users in UME.
Than I tried to login with my new user in SAP-CPS (users are normally created in SAP-CPS during first login) but I get the error message that I reached the maximum number of 10 users allowed in the basic version. No problem I thougt, I simply delete the wrong ones in SAP-CPS. But I do not know how to delete a user! I could not find any menu item or any describtion in the manualls how to delete an user in SAP-CPS.
I remove the users from any Isolation group, I disabled all the users but still I could not find any way to delete them.
Has any body a hint for mor.

deactivating the unused users made it possible to login with the new ones.

I have created an HTMLB DynPage component.
In That i have created my input screen with textboxes using response.write method.
i have added one onConfirm event on which the data whould validate.
so onConfirm method im trying to get the data with request.getParameter method which returns null...
how to do...how to get the user entered data to do my validations...can anyone plz advice.

inputfield or textbox component entered directly using response.write(...) are not htmlb , but html.
to create portal input field (ie HTMLB), you should do something like
this in the doProcessBeforeOutput member function
InputField field1 = new InputField("Id1");
field1.setSize(8); // 8 characters
this.getForm().addComponent(field1);
and in doProcessAfterInput member function
InputField field1 =
(InputField) this.getComponentByName("Id1");
you can then manipulate the content of the field.

Method 1.
Menu > View > Show Thumbnails
Click on a thumbnail.
If it shows a yellow border around all the pages, they a part on a single section.
Click in your document at the beginning of the page you want to delete, and Menu > Insert > Section Break.
Insert another Section Break at the end of that page.
The page is now isolated in its own section and you can delete its thumbnail.

okay, i just got an iphone4s for my birthday on april 25th. i had no passcode because no one ever goes through or touches my phone. but, i got in trouble and i didnt want my parents to look through it so i added a passcode but accidentally my finger slipped and i added a random code. the finger slipped again when i went to confirm it. since i didnt know how to unlock it i put the require passcode after: to four hours. and the auto lock to never so i thought i could buy some time like that. this morning i saw i left it locked when i went to sleep last night and therefore it was locked for four hours. making it require a passcode. i had already attempted to figure it out 9x and this morning i tried once more. now says its disabled, connect to itunes. how do i unlock it without erasing all my data?

How to delete last user session from backend SQL query?

Sometimes user session gets closed between some work by any reason.
When next time that user logs to P6, he gets some error or particular functionaly dosen't work for that user or system hangs.
In that case if i decided to clear last session history of that user from database, how to write SQL query?
I don't want to delete all user sessions from table USESSION and USESSAUD, i simply want to delete last user session of particular user (E.g XYZ).

Multiple sessions show up for users since different sections of P6 Web have their own sessions associated with them. If a user is authorized to use multiple areas of the software they will have multiple sessions each time they log in. Additionally, if users are closing their browsers before logging out of P6 Web Access you might see some past sessions still appearing in the list. These will eventually be cleared out by background jobs, however you can also reset the sessions in the software by clicking the "Reset User" link (Administer > User Sessions > Manage User Sessions), or by choosing the "Reset All Users" link (Administer > User Sessions > Manage User Sessions) to do this for all past sessions.
Multiple IP addresses for sessions can happen when a user logs in from different machines. For example, a person may login at their desk, but then go to a colleagues workstation to discuss a project, and log in from there. Doing so will leave them with multiple IP addresses in the session records.

I believe you can not delete the user 100% fully since all documents must be closed before.since it had a relation in crmd_partner table. However it has links with business objects..

Hi Chris. I've got 1 pc to share with 2 ipods. I hold shift and click on itunes to select which library I want to use.
I want to delete the other user because when I add music to my library, it does not go into the other persons library. I didn't notice this until I added over 2000 more songs to my library! I think it would be too much hassle trying to find which songs are missing from the 2nd library. I then created another library for the other user and just dragged all of my itunes songs into their library.
I then deleted the first folder I made for them, but then the dreaded '!' appeared in my library. I restored the folder from my bin and this fixed the ! problem. I'm just stuck with a folder in my itunes folder, which I don't need any more> Hope that makes sense!!!

Currently we disable user accounts in AD and then move them to a different OU which they stay for 6 - 12 months.
How can I identify those disabled users accounts and delete them form the SCCM console?

Thanks for the response but there wasn't a process in place so was tasked with a one time cleanup and we don't have Orchestrator in place.
I ended up doing the following:
1.Use a powershell script to output all disabled user ID's
Get-ADUser
-Filter 'Enabled -eq $false'
|Select-Object
samaccountname
2. Setup a Query on a collection to gather all these users ID's
select * from SMS_R_User where SMS_R_User.UserName in ("User1", "user2")
3. Delete the users in the collection

How To Delete a User Folder from the Catalog?

When logged into the Catalog Manager as the Administrator I am not allowed to delete individual user folders, even when the user has been deleted via the 'Manage Presentation Catalog Groups and Users' link in the front end. If the Administrator user cannot do this, who can? I also can't do it if I log into the Catalog Manager as the specific user (and I also can't change the permissions on that users folder, as that user!).

Your second option doesn't work for me. I've got no ability to drill into the individual user folders or change their permissions. The normal padlock button is not next to any of the user folders except the Administrator folder.
I didn't have the ability to take OBI down so I could try using the Catalog Manager offline, so I deleted the user folders in the file system directly.

We're syncing users from AD, and then doing WNA... that all works fine... but it hiccuped. Had a user got married, and somehow, it didn't just synch the user, up, but it created a new one with the new name. (same NT user ID, different DN)
Not knowing that it would cause a problem we nuked the old user, but now we get WWC-41742 which says to delete the user from wwsec_person$... which I can't seem to do...

I'm guessing you are trying to do this from a tool outside portal such as sqlplus, SQL Developer, Toad, ...? If so, I think it is hiccuping because you don't have a lightweight identity -- you need to be logged into portal to access that table. Two choices -- delete the entry via the DBA tab in navigator when logged in as an administrative user (portal or orcladmin for example) or set context in your database session by running "exec PORTAL.wwctx_api.set_context('portal','<portal's lighweight password>');. Note that password is the user password for portal when logging in the portal GUI, not the PORTAL schema password.
