How to delete GB if I have nothing in my phone but pictures?
My phone says I have used 4.3GB and I have 2.0 GB available but I don't have any downloaded apps and I only have 1.8GB of pictures. I need help. I want the iOS7 and my old apps back!!!!

Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer.

Where did you download this film from? Is it in your camera roll? If so, then import the video to the computer via whatever program you use to import pictures like a digital camera. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083

After synching, I updated to newer version of iTunes. I do not have contacts on my phone - but I have all the messages and photos there still. How do I find my missing contacts?

My problem, in part, is that I have 2 iphones. I transferred one to another computer that now syncs with iCloud. The other phone I was updating today on my old computer. It was recognised by iTunes, and automatically synched. Then I updated it to a newer version of iTunes, and lost my contacts on that iPhone. I have trawled to Windows Contacts but to no avail. -

i have music on my phone but not in itunes and i cant get it off my phone .I dont know how it got there , but i suspect it came from icloud.
if it doesnt match that means your iPhone is not provisioned for the carrier you are trying to use. Your iPhone would need to be unlocked in order to use on other carriers. You will need to contact your carrier to see if this iPhone is unlocked py providing them the IMEI. If the iPhone is not unlocked you will need to contact the carrier that the iPhone is locked to to see if they will unlock the device to use on another carrier.

A while ago i went to sync music onto my Ipod Touch. Not only did the computer erase my music i had no idea how to get it back I contacted Apple on the phone but the name was american and i found it really hard to understand him. Respond please!Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then see if you can redownload your past music purchases (those that are still in the store) via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you are not in a country where music can currently be re-downloaded, then have you not got it on your computer and/or on a backup ? Do you have any backup at all for your device? If you do, then you can restore from that backup and get any photos that were on it. If you have imported your photos to your computer, you can sync them back to your device via an iTunes sync. If you had Photo Stream turned on, you can recover your Photo Stream for the last 30 days or 1000 photos on that Photo Stream (whichever comes first) by signing onto the iCloud account that the Photo Stream was turned on for.

My phone will not turn on, therefore I have received a replacement phone but am wanting to reset my old device. It is not locating it because it says it is offline however I cannot turn it on at all. That does happen. It depends on how hard the server is being hit, as well as the connection speed of your system. If you are on a windows system, you will want to disable any antivirus or firewall software during the download.

I have synced my IPhone 3GS to the newest iTunes version to get IMessage, it worked for a while but now it doesn't work and I have tried resyncing my phone but it still doesn't work. what should I do?
Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
If you have been through ALL of the troubleshooting steps and you're still having problems, then you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for investigation. -
I would have updates for my phone but they paused like 3/4th of the way.. i would have to turn off my phone just so it could finish.. does that happen to anyone else?
The easiest thing to do is a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After that, go to the app in question and tap on it. This should restart the download and finish it, as long as you have a solid internet connection.

Almost everyone here would suggest you do so on your own computer via iTunes, but you can also do using iCloud. -

You sould be able to sync both ways. Check your default calendar on your phone by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>scroll down to the calendars section to Default Calendar. Check to be sure you have selected your mac calendar as your default (and not, for example, On My iPhone). Then enter a new event on your phone and sync to confirm that it appears on your mac.
