How to delete individual entries in safari

hello people,
i would like to delete some of my entries in safari. safari allows only to delete all of them. but i want to keep some
in firefox i can deleted them by pushing "shift+del"

so does anyone know how to do that or is that not possible in safari?

Right. On IPad I can't delete individual items in the Safari browser history, but I can on my macbook. Since purchasing my new IPad Retina, I feel like I'm retrograding when I come across these simplistic uses of software.

There is no way to delete those records selectively from front end.
The best possible way is to delete the records from MRP_FORECAST_DATES tables from backend.

My requirement is I need to add the entries from program to three custom z-tables . Assume as zabc1,zabc2,zabc3.

Hi Sanjana,
What you can do is to use the ABAP keyword INSERT or MODIFY to add or modify records to a given database table. Here are the syntax taken from SAP documentation:
*Insert Statement
INSERT dbtab
Syntax
INSERT { {INTO target VALUES source }
| { target FROM source } }.
Effect
The INSERT statement inserts one or more rows specified in source in the database table specified in target. The two variants with INTO and VALUES or without INTO with FROM behave identically, with the exception that you cannot specify any internal tables in source after VALUES.
System Fields
The INSERT statement sets the values of the system fields sy-subrc and sy-dbcnt.
sy-subrc Meaning
0 At least one row was inserted.
4 At least one row could not be inserted, because the database table already contains a row with the same primary key or a unique secondary index.
The INSERT statement sets sy-dbcnt to the number of rows inserted.
Note
The inserted rows are finally included in the table in the next database commit. Up until this point, they can still be removed by a database rollback.
*Modify Statement
MODIFY dbtab
Syntax
MODIFY target FROM source.
Effect
The MODIFY statement inserts one or several lines specified in source in the database table specified in target, or overwrites existing lines.
System fields
The MODIFY statement sets the values of the sy-subrc and sy-dbcnt system fields.
sy-subrc Meaning

The MODIFY statement sets sy-dbcnt to the number of processed lines.
Note
The changes are transferred finally to the database table with the next database commit. Up to that point, they can be reversed using a database rollback.

I am trying to download the object DNL_CUST_BASIS2.
In the SMQ2 the status is SYSFAIL.
I checked in the ST22 for dumps.It says about the error while accessing the table T006.
While analysing this,i found some duplicate entries in the related tables of this object.
Can somebody help me how to delete these duplicate entries?

Delete them directly from the table using se16:
select the entries in the classic view (not ALV or grid view).
activate the debugger.
press the view button. --> you'll enter in the debugger
press F7
locate the sy-ucomm variable & change it to "DELE".
press F8
delete the entries.

How to delete Icon file in Safari folder?

In Safari v2.0.4 the Icon file contains the Favicons. In v3.0.4 WebepageIcons.db contains the Favicons. My Safari 3.0.4 folder still has an alias Icon file. SafariSpeed will not remove the Favicons. I assume this is because of the alias Icon. If I trash the Icon, it regenerates on startup. A search does not find the original Icon. Using Force Delete File - Home/Library/Safari, the Icon file is grey. I need to manually trash WebepageIcon.db to remove the Favicons. No reply from Scifience to my e-mails for help. The Icons file has been locked, previously, without any help. When it is locked, I can not open the SafariSpeed preferences to select "delete Favicons". You suggest locking the WebpageIcons.db file, as well, but this does not resolve the problem in my hands. Have I made an incorrect move here?

I have an iPhone where I create new contact details and a MB Air running OX X 10.7.3
In Address Book I see duplicate entries across the whole book. The other day I was traveling without my MB and needed to urgently reach someone who's number I knew was in my iPhone contact list for sure but searched and search and couldn't find it.
Turns out that when I had been going through the Adress Book on the MB Air trying to eliminate some of the duplicates I had chosed --without even knowing it or realzing it-- the card that I guess sync with my iPhone. It was gone. Sure enough, when I got back and looked it up on the MB Air it was still there not syncing to my iPhone.
I have used Address Book / Card / Look for Duplicates ...
I have also followed the Help suggesting and pressed Control / select to highlight two duplicate cards and even though the First / Last / Company / phone numbers / etc. are all the same I get the message: "The cards could not be merged because they came from different accounts."
I have checked with guys from the office who have the exact same problem with no idea how to solve the problem.
Is it that in order to use Address Book on both an iPhone and an OS X machine you've just got to be smarter, more sophisticated, more IT oriented?
Seems like a pretty easy thing not to be struggling with.
I should mention that I was a Mobile Me subscriber and now use iCloud which I'm sure has something to do with all of this.
But it seems pretty basic to me. If I have an Address Book it should synchronize between OX X and IOS.

Enter t-code ML81N.
Enter your service entry sheet number.
Than click on change button of header level.
Than click on Revoke acceptance.
and click on save button.
After click on save button. Second time click on change button.
So system display you deletion flag indicator like dust bin.
Than set it(click on deletion flag button) and click on save button.

How to delete table entries with SE16 in debugging mode?

We are trying to delete some table entries which cause our InfoPackage short dumps in BW system. The problem is that we can only see the Display menu item with SE16 and the Delete menu item is dimmed that we are unable to conduct the deletion. SAP Support suggest to use debug with SE16 to do the deletion, but we can't figure out how!

Then you are not at the right place.   Lets start at the begining.
Go to SE16.
Enter table name.
Hit F7.
Enter selection criteria.
hit F8.
Double click the specific record that you want to delete.
In the transaction code field at the top, enter "/H" and hit enter. Debug is switch on.
Now hit enter again.
You should now be in debug and you should see this code..

Pages deals in sections not separate pages. Open your files & show thumbnails & click on any page. Sections have a yellow border around all of the pages in that section. You need to insert section breaks to make each physical page in a separate section. You can then select the page to delete in the thumbnail pane & choose Delete Pages… from the Edit menu or from the contextual menu when you Control- or right-click on the page.

Activate Macro Recording and then delete the sheet manually. Stop recording and take a look into the script if there are any useful entries.

HT3529 New 7.0 version update changes the way text messages are presented. In the new version, I cannot figure out how to delete individual texts. I can delete entire strings of messages, but I want to delete old texts, but keep the recent texts

The new version of the software for my iPhone 4 changed the way text messages are managed.
I can no longer delete individual texts from a text "conversation." I also have not figured out how to forward texts, which I was able to do in the prior version.

When you have the conversation open, if you tap & hold on a message bubble, you should get a new menu pop-up. It should have 2 options "Copy" and "More..." If you select the "More..." option it will then let you select one or more message bubbles and delete the selected ones by hitting the trach can icon in the lower left corner. As for forwarding, you probably just select the "Copy" option, then paste the contents into a new message...

Put your finger to the right and slide to the left and a red "delete" options should appear. Before doing this, make sure that you don't share iCloud account with another family member or so since this may cause issues for them since the contacts will be deleted for them as well.
