How to delete inserted lines

I recently had to create a resume for school and inserted lines to distinguish the various sections. I then got my resume critiqued and was advised to delete the lines so i deleted all of them but the top one since for some reason I cannot select it. It's almost like using the underline, only it goes across the whole page and is thicker. I'm pretty sure I did it by inserting a line, but am not sure and there's no way to delete it now...please help!

Perhaps you have a Paragraph Border set for text either above or below the line. Look in the Text Inspector, More tab. Make sure you have selected None in the box directly below the words Border and Rules. Just cursor through your text and make sure the Paragraph borders are set to None for all the text in the area of the line you are trying to remove.

Just delete the all contents of perticuler(which needs to deleted) line including the tag column(Where you are /*) and save.if you see again than line would not be seen as blank,you will found it has been deleted.

U can do this in two ways one u can short close the order by entering Reason for rejection in VA02 at header level and if yr order is multiple line item order u can enter the reason for rejection in any of the line item which u don't want to deliver.
This is called short close ( as the qty is not delivered fully).

I think you can just delete it in the sales order directly, if you are using make-to-order scenario, then there will be special stock left for the sales order as the production has been goods receipt, you need to use MM transaction move the stock to unrestricted use stock. If you are using make-to-stock scenario, there should be no further problem. If you are using assembly order, please try to reject the sales order item to see if it could fullfill your requirement.

i cancelled one sales order, this salesorder has 3 lines and i cancelled line by line and it came up at the end "order status = close" "lines status =cancelled" but one line stays in backorder that should not be stay there coz it has been cancelled. how delete that line in the backorder. i try to pick realease it and there nothing happen. just warning message that i cannot.

Do you have access to Oracle Support? If you enter a Service Request, they will provide the correct code to make sure everything is updated correctly - the delivery and everything else that is dependent on that. Updating on your own can be risky cause you may miss something that needed to be corrected.

you have to delete the row by a sql statement.
Open a new query and run a script like this:
use <Your SID DB> -- e.g. use PRD
setuser 'your sid in lowercase' --- e.g. setuser 'prd'
delete from USR02 where MANDT = '300' and BNAME = 'sap*'
go
Run a complete backup before deleting data manually.

How can I insert line breaks?

In Pages for iPad the arrow that I used to use, which contained line breaks in its drop down box, has disappeared. How can I add line breaks now? Or where has it gone?

I know this is a really small indent example but if you look to the right of "realm of" on the bottom of the 'top right' page there is space where the text in that line is no longer justified. By the way, in these circumstances, I have to click on insert page break twice - the first click does nothing.

For some of the business documents schedule line item deletion would be partially which means mark for deletion-specially when the case of POs and so on
other in general you need to goto the change document t-code and select the line item and you find the delete row mark in the same screen and select..

How to delete delivery Line item after the Invoice Passed accounting

Hi Experts,
                Outbound delivery was created w.r.t. Purchase order using VL10B.In the current process here batch is determined at delivery level.There was a line item with '0' Quantity which had a batch and another line item with Full Quantity confirmed for a batch and the PGI was done for the delivery.Invoice was created and passed accounting.
                 The problem is that in VF04 in the Billing due list we are able to see the '0' Quantity Line item as shipped but not yet billed.
                 Doing a PGR ,then delete the line item with '0' Quantity and then again doing PGI was suggested by few people but i feel that will be a very tediuos process since the document passed accounting.
                  Can anyone help in getting the line item deleted from the delivery document or suggest with ways to remove the data at VF04.

If you created it using KE21N, then simply post it again but use negative values (if they where originally postive, and vice versa).
If youcreated it through FI, then simply reverse the document FB08.

BufferedReader should probably wrap the FileReader if you will be reading line-by-line. Same with the Writer.
And a simple -
if ( "/*".equals(record.substring(0,1) ) ... should handle the comment locations bit.

i have to print data from col month to 7 in main area of the table in smart forms but it shows the 3rd line as well(an empty extra line) . is there any way that i may be able to delete or truncate third line ? as i have to print total below some where.

i have a solution to ur question.
well u only want to print a line in the smartform Main window table if u have data in the first field of ur internal table lets take name as T_FINAL.
So u want to print lines in Smartform if T_Final-Field1 (which for month) is not empty.
For this go to the Condition tab of the Line (ROW) inside ur MAIN AREA In TABLE which must be there in any window probably in the Main window.
Double click on the Line (ROW) in MAIN AREA, It will contain 2 tabs Output option and Condition.
Click On condition and write under FIELD NAME the field of ur internal table WA u r using in TABLE for eg T_Final-Field1 if its Internal table with header line or if u r using a separate Work area use the work area like WA_Final-FIELD1, then click on the Square button just in front of it to select an RELATIONAL OPERATOR , put there the RELATIONAL OPERATOR as "Not Equal to" and in the comparison value column write a space quoted with single quotation as ' '.
After u do this any line encountered with its first field of WA_FINAL i.e wa_final-field1as empty wont be printed.
This Reloves ur issue.
