Hi
Can anyone help me how to delete my PR which was tied to a sales order that have already PGI and billing?
I tried to delete the PR directly but system don't allow as it said it is tied to SO.
I tried to delete the Schedule Line item in the SO but system not allow.
how?

System wont allow you to delete PR unless billing, PGI, delivery is reversed/deleted.

When I open Firefox and then hit INBOX to see all e-mails in my inbox and then when I have read those I open the subject matter of each e-mail appears opposite the INBOX and in order to delete all of these e-mails I have to click on every one individually to delete them. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

The messages were earlier in System error(Red flag) state so i cancelled it manually.
I want to know how to delete the messages from sxmb_moni which are already cancelled manually using ctrl+f8.
if not possible , then i want to see them in earlier state i.e.., in System error(Red flag).
can any tell me the procedure of doing it.

What is retention period, where can i find this option.
And i don't have authorizations to sxmb_adm --> configure delete procedure
--> Define interfaces for archiving and retention period.
and to RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES in se38 , i don't have authorizations to run
Is there any way to delete the messages or make them to System error( Red flag) which are manually cancelled.

Have you reset the password recently for the email account?
A real simple fix usually is to delete the mail account (settings < mail contacts calendars, tap the affected account and choose delete at the bottom) Then re add the account.
