I need to Delete/Reverse/ cancel PS Budget Document created through cj34. Kindly respond me immediately.

Hi,
We can return the budget in the project via CJ38
Enter the necessary data and choose Return. The Change Return: WBS Element Overview screen appears.
Enter the corresponding data.
Note: Only the WBS elements where the Budget Return business transaction is allowed are ready for input.
To select the timeframe for which you want to enter a return, choose Annual values -> Previous or Next.
Enter the returns and choose Continue. And Save the returns.
Also you can return the budget from the project using CJ35.

You can sue the ML81N itself to delete the service entry sheet and once you will delete the SES, system will generate the Material document for reversal of GR.
Go to ML81N and enter the service number and change the screen to change mode.
If release statergy is used for this then cancel the release using the same statergy.
Click Revoke acceptance button or Ctrl + F2.

Please first create an auxiliary program ZDELORBU as an executable program in a customer owned development class and with the source code in the note 1145955.
To delete the budgets of orders and to reset their 'Budgeted' status, please:
- run txn KO32 to deactivate availability control of orders (if active)
- run ZDELORBU for orders.
please test this throughly in a test system first.

How to delete/reverse an A/R Invoice

How can I delete/reverse an A/R Invoice that has been based on an delivery - without changing/adding the items back to the stock (as the credit memo would handle it) - and reopen the delivery note for future invoicing?
The invoice has been posted by mistake for a partial delivery. However, for this customer we must not invoice partial deliveries. Therefore, I need to be able to reverse the invoice and recreate it at a later time when all items of this sales order are completely delivered.
I'm on 2007A SP01 PL09.

I talked to SAP before about the "A/R Correcting Invoices" and pointed out the need for this kind of process for many scenarios. Actually, having a check box in the credit memo to tick/untick posting of stock would be just about perfect for this as I then would be able to do the financial adjustment but not reverting the stock qty. Reopening the delivery note upon this process would be the perfect option to this
Yes, we usually have a complete document chain that starts with a Sales Order, split into multiple partial deliveries and ending in one Invoice after full shipping.
I guess I am going to do a Credit Memo first and then raise another (virtual) delivery note to correct the stock qty.

Reversal of a budget document can't be undone

I have a posted budget document from several months ago that someone tried to reverse recently by preposting a reversal and then decided to reject the reversal. The workflow tried to undo the preposted reversal but got the following error:
"Original document or reversal proposal is missing"
When I try and execute the undo method in BUS0050, I get the same error message.
I looked in FMBH and my reversal document 1000003534 has a document state of 2-Preposted and a reversal state of 1-reversal. The reversal reference number points to the original document 1000002964.
My original document 1000002964 has a document state of 3-Preposted Posted. The reversal state is blank and there is no reversal reference number.
It seems the reversal wasn't created correctly as I assume the original document should have the reversal document number 1000003534 in it as well. If what I've read is correct, it should also have a status of Posted (reset) as soon as the reversal is preposted. In FMEDD, the status of the original document still says Posted.
My FI folks want me to get rid of the reversal document as it was entered in error. According to them, neither side of the budget document has altered any balances and they just want it deleted. I can't find any way to delete it and the undo gets an error. Even when I override the state and reversal reference number fields with the correct values, it fails to undo and gets an exception "Status of document 1000003534 2009 SC01 is not correct."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If this has been occurring for some time it may well be that you have some corrupt documents stopping everything working. It may well be that you can identify and eliminate these documents, but I suspect it would be simpler and less time consuming to remove all your documents and start again.
Save as many documents as you can to your desktop from iCloud.com or from the iCloud document panel in the appropriate Applications.
Any documents that are only available on other devices may be able to be saved using my user tip.
Turn off document syncing on every device.
On your mobile devices make sure document syncing is turned off not only in the iCloud settings, but also in the settings for each app.
Check the apps on your mobile devices no longer have any documents in them. (Removing and reinstalling the iWorks apps on your devices may be useful)
On your computer go to system preferences > iCloud > manage and delete any documents you see in your iCloud storage.
Restart all devices.
Re-enable document syncing device by device, ensuring that syncing is working properly before re-enabling syncing on the next device.

How do I delete some pages in a document? I have 7 pages listed and I want to delete the last two pages of the document and when I do the thumbnail to delete the pages it wants to delete all the pages in the document.

Created a document in Pages, added some shapes, saved document, now a few days later want to delete certain shapes from that document but cannot select shape to remove it. Read Pages Help, searched online but cannot find any information on how to do it, so, please how do I delete a shape?

CJ3A permits changes only to the texts.After posting an budget entry document, you cannot make any changes to the budget values or any other attributes apart from the text, you have to create a new entry document.So as mentioned by Krisap make a supplement of an equivalent amount.

How to delete a page in a document

Hi everyone I am new using mac and I´m having some problems when I use pages. Is there any way to remove a page of a document and how can I paste an image in a document. Can I join two documents? How? I really apreciate any help.

Good questions. You would be best served by taking just a few hours and reading the Pages User Guide, available for download from the Help menu of Pages.
There are two types of Pages documents and the type you choose when you first create a document will persist for the life of the document. The two basic types are Word Processing and Page Layout.
In the Word Processing document, when you open a template and begin to type, text will appear and will flow from page to page as I imagine you would expect. In a Page Layout document, there is no place for text to go until you create a Text Box or other container for your text. Once you fill a Page Layout page, you must create a new page if you wish to continue adding content, and you must indicate a link from the first page to the next.
When it comes time to manipulate pages, it's simple in Page Layout, more difficult in Word Processing. In either case, View > Page Thumbnails. In Page Layout select the page icon for the page or interest and delete it or move it at will. In Word Processing, you must isolate the page you want to delete or move by inserting Section Break characters before and after that page. Then you can delete or move as with the Page Layout page.
Two documents can be joined by Selecting and Copying the Page icons in one document and Pasting them into the Pages pane of the other document.
Images can be added to a document by either Coping and Pasting or by dragging a file to the canvas. When you add an image you will need to visit the Wrap Inspector to set the Inline/Floating, Text Causes Wrap and other parameters which dictate how text flows around the image and whether the image is locked to the text or the page below.

How to delete or cancel a transport order already released to PRD?

I am not a System Administrator / Basis Consultant, but I comitted a serious mistake and I want to get repair ideas. I am an ABAP consultant. A FI Consultant was creating a query, but she left the project. My customer told me they needed more changes in the query. But I noticed a transport request was left by the FI consultant at QAS, not moved to PRD yet. I proved it, and I thought it could be nice to be transported to PRD since it solved an aspect of the customer's complaints. But my customer got angry and told me the change caused by the transport order delivered at PRD had ruined some fields and it set them like blanks. So, I am in truble. Since I was not the original developer of the query, I have to analyze the query's infoset, but it contains 9 tables, and someone set ABAP code. It is going to take time to get fixed, and my customer needs it as soon as possible. Is there a fast way to delete the changes generated by a transport order moved to PRD? The old version (moved with the subsequent older transport) had an acceptable performance, but the ultimate version that I asked to be moved was an error. Can be transported the contents of the penultimate transport order again at PRD to neutralize the wrong transport? Thank you!

You can't reverse a transport... but you could use version management to undo changes in DEV and transport accross. Also If there was a previous version that worked ok then you could reimport that transport accross. Always test an make sure everything is Ok in QA before going to PRD

If billed delivery is to be reversed, Then
1. First cancel the billing with transaction code vf11
2.Then reverse the PGI with the transaction code VL09
3.Cancel or delete the Delivery in vl02n
4.Delete the sales order.
Accounting entries will be reversed by cancellation of the invoice and material movement will get reversed after doing VL09.

You can't delete the invoice document. probably you can reverse(cancel) the invoice document using MIRO or MR8M.
Actual deletion can be done only by archiving.
