How to delete sale view?

but i am unable to delete the sale view of the material ?

i was unable to resolved my problem follow you said.
i explain my problem detailedly:
the guy in my company created a material master data using tcode mm01.
the material type should be semi-manufactured good,but he have already created
the material as finished good.
so i want to change the material type of that material using tcode mmam,
but i was not successful .the system tell me :
the new material type requires that all the follwing deta for the mat. is
first archived and deleled.
sales data (mvke) .
i want to change the material of the finished goods type using tcode oms2 ,but i am afraid there are
other prolems.
what should i do for this problem.

How to delete a view from a enhanced component?

I wish to know the possibility of deleting a view from a enhanced component.
I have two components IUICMD & IUICMRD. I have enhanced 4 views in the first component IUICMD using enhancement set ZCRM_ENHSET. There is no problem with that. But when i try to use the same enhancement set ZCRM_ENHSET for enhancing the second component IUICMRD, it's enhanceable in enhancement set. But 2 views IUICRMD/Meterreading & IUICMRD/MainVS is also copied to first component and available as enhanceable views in First component.
I want to delete those views from the first component. Let me know How to delete a view from a enhanced component?

Hi Raju,
If you do not need those enhancment views in any of the components ( ie IUICMD & IUICMRD ) , then open the BSP application in SE80 , under controller, there will be files with extension .do as yourviewname.do ...delete those !! These will not dele the Z classes....but just deletes their presence from the BSP...
I would suggest following approch :
1) go to SM34 , open BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT....Select you enhancement set and click on enhancement defination in leftside panel.
2) now select the IUICMRD and CLICK ON CONTROLLER SUBSTITUTION...
3) now you will see all the enhancement available for that component...Delete the entries for those two views from there...
This is just deleting the entries...this does not delete any objects from the system.
4)Now click on Back arrow, and delete the entry for IUICMRD...save.
5) Now open BSPWD_CMP_WD for IUICMRD...you will get the enhance component button... You can now freshly enhance this component..
6) We did not touch to the entries for IUICMD in the BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT...So now if you open the component IUICMD in workbench with you enhancement set...you will see all the enhancement..including those two views which you wanted to delete from IUICMRD.
7) If you want to delete the enhancement for these views...then right click on the enhance views and select Delete enhancement...You will get a popup listing IMPL, CTXT and CN classes, select all Z entries in the pop up and those all will be deleted physically from the system...and thus view enhancement will be rolled back...

If you are not sure, you can create copy of IMPL, CTXT and CN classes in se80 and then proceed for deletion..You can also make copy of entire BSP in se 80 before deletion...

How to delete sales area of an Account in Web UI?

Hi All,
I want to delete a sales area associated with an account, (i.e Not entire sales area from Organization structure) just delete the link with account.
I don't have an option to delete sales area associated with account in CRM Web UI. So we refer some SAP recommendations for deleting sales area and then I got these notes SAP Note 1906379 and 725857.
From the above mentioned notes I can only perform deleting sales area dependent data, but not the entire sales area link as such from business partner.
We do not have an ECC system,please suggest me some possible solutions for this issue.

First of all, it is not advicable to delete a sales document from SAP, you can put a reason for rejection and reject the order.
Once you reject the order the orders will not have a requirement and will not be considered for MRP run.

It maily depends on the user departmentt which you have selected in OMS2 Transaction...
Normaly in standard ROH will not be having Sales view selected.
in FERT ( finished) and HALB( semifinished) material type will be having sales views.
If your materrila wihich is having the materila type ROH you cant extend the materila to sales view... you need to change the materila type in this scenario...
or else create one more materila with FERT ( finished) and HALB( semifinished) material type and maintain the details in the required fields in purchase and sales as well.

How to delete Query views

I have created 2 query views on a particular query in BI 7.
Now we don't need those query views , so we need to delete them. How can we delete them ?
1. I tried openeing Bex analyzer and opening query, query view, right click and delete. but the 'Delete' option is disabled.
2. I tried using 'RSZDELETE' but there is no chance to delete query view.

1. Enter into SAP Easy Access or use tcode (SESSION_MANAGER)
2. go into SAP MENU -> INFORMATION SYSTEMS ->BUSSINESS INFORMATION WAREHOUSE -> BUSINESS EXPLORER -> QUERY -> DELETE OBJECTS
3. u will enter into "Deletion of Query objects"
   enter      TYPE -: QUERY
                 INFOCUBE -> name of infocube
                 TECHNICAL NAME -> name of the query
and EXECUTE it.
ur query view will be deleted.

I checked transaction VD06, indeed that it shows details for the sales area of a customer... but how can I delete the sales area data? There is a deletion flag for it? I tried to flagged it to deletion but when I tried to display it again through transaction XD03, it just give me the warning message 'Customer 20000702 is marked for deletion in the sales area selected' then it displayed the sales area...
I checked the KNVV table and the data still exists however the field for deletion flag is raised to 'X'.
I'm not sure if this is the proper way to delete a sales area. Can you please confirm?

How to Delete Sales orders in BW which are Archived in R/3

Hi All,
Sales orders were archived in R/3 But it is still present in BW. I need to Delete the orders.
Moroover i need to schedule a job for every two weeks checking in R/3 for archived and deleting it from BW.
How this can be done.

I guess the only way to proceed it to post the corresponding data reversal in BW. I am interested in this behaviour since we are about to start archiving in R/3.
It looks strange that when archiving a sales doc, the delta extract doesn't report that with a special flag or a ROCANCEL = 'X'.
Could you please ensure that this is really not the case?
Do you have a way to identify if a sales order has been archived in R/3? if yes could you please let me know? I will try to test this.

Material master once created cannot be deleted.Only thing u can do is to mark it for deletion
Go to Logistics > Materials management > Material master > Material > Flag for deletion > Immediately.
Give the necessary data that is needed for the view you want to delete.
Press and flag the view you want to delete.
Now the view is flagged for deletion. This means that it's use is limited and it will be cleaned up or really deleted at the next clean up of the system.

I had gone through the PDF given for Creating a Web Dynpro Application Accessing ABAP Functions.
In that there is a viewset by name FlightListViewSet and 2 views
And the layout of viewset is T Layout .It should have Top,Left,Right.
He named cells as Cell[1][1] and cell[1][2]
and there is no top view.
How to disable Top portion of viewset and how to rename Left as cell[1][1] /Something else

       in ur requirment there is no option available in T layout.
     1.the following option availabe in choosing the Grid layout.
           choose grid layout..then go to grid layout properties(right click in ur layout present in ur window then choose properties.)
    2. then select what u want ?
      select colomns->1
                rows-->2
   otherwise what u want.
3. there is no option available the remaing the cell like cell(1,1)....this is the default name.
   thats alll,

How to delete a View in data source in Essbase Studio

Hi All, I am not able to delete the existing View in datasource as one of the properties of the View has been changed and studio is not picking up those changes. I removed all dependencies(dimensional elements, Alias set, Hierarchies, Schemas). I tried to drop the View and add it again but the option to drop the view is grayed out. I restarted the Studio service as well and tried it in vain. Can anyone help on this issue.

that is one of the problems with Studio. Once added you can't remove a table or view from a datasource connection. This is changed in 11.1.2.

1) To delete sale orders in bulk (subject to no subsequent documents), either you can use LSMW or BDC
2) To print invoices in bulk, two options are there. One is foreground and another one is background
- To schedule foreground, run T.Code VF31
- To schedule background, run T.Code VF06 where you can see a tab [Job started on] If you fix a date and time here, that time, invoice will be printed out in mass

Require to delete sales order

plz to give me a right solution, Req_urjent.
Query:
with PO against Sales order ( indvidual purchase order_ sales process.)
with ref PO- raised sales order, and also delivery with PGI,
but when raised a sls order customer code entered wrongly of other customer code, here i followed vl09 reverse goods entry, and vl02n deleted delivery, but when deleting the sls order in va02 the sls order unable to delete and getting some message of cost management account issue.
so know i want to raise with the same Purchase Order Number with right customer code,
therefore requiring how to delete sales order. plz help out me.

Hi there,
You willnot be able to delete the sales order. You will only be able to reject the line items in the order. Once you enter the reason for rejection, the order line items are not further processed.
