Hi Sachin,
The SMTP node which you see in SCOT comes with SAPconnect only.
You can not delete it. Nor you can add any more.
Refer below link.

But I don't understand why do you want to delete it.

    HI,
    There is always one SMTP node in each client. This node is created by the SAP system and cannot be deleted. Try to view in T-code: SCON /  SCOT> View> system status ( Press F5)  or Node  (Press F7).
    For info check http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/en/af/73563c1e734f0fe10000000a114084/content.htm

  • How to delete smtp servers in mail. Figured it out.

    I, like many others had several secondary smtp servers set up and was unable to delete them. After reading similar posts, none of which had a satisfactory resolution, I started experimenting with what I had learned.
    Go into the secondary servers. Disable all of them. Dasable primary server as well. Re name the secondary server. Doesnt matter what name as long as it is different from primary server. Clic done. Re enter same secondary server and the red delete  button will now be present. Delete server and repeat for all other unwanted secondary servers.
    Re enable the primary server and or your preferred secondary server and shazam!

  • How to Delete SMTP Server on iPhone/Can't Add Additional Servers

    How do you delete the primary SMTP server. I'm on 2.2.1 My outgoing mail is not working and I figured since I'm a Mobile Me user I'll change the SMTP setting on the iPhone.
    I can't add a new smtp server. I go into account info for my Mobile Me and select SMTP. I can't see how to delete the primary server and when I try to add server I enter smtp.mac.com then my user name and password. I see 3 check marks after I press Save. I says it verified. But it never shows up on the list. I have secondary server but I can't figure out how to delete that one. Its the ATT smtp server cwmx. All that info is ghosted yet it's not on my desktop account.
    If synced Mobile Me but nothing changes.
    Confused and I can't find any help on Apples website.

    I have the same problem.
    Not sure, but I think the iPhone won't let you modify certain email settings of accounts created by syncing to your laptop or PC.
    Delete the account on your iPhone and create it again manually (on the phone itself.)
    This worked for me.

  • How to delete a node in an XML document

    Hi,
    My flex plugin loads an XML document that is passed in from
    the ExternalInterace. I have a List control that displays data from
    this XML document.
    The XML looks like:
    <document>
    <response>
    <objectlist>
    <list type="typeValue">
    <object type="typeValue" name="Name Value" id="GUID
    Value1">
    <params>
    <params>
    </object>
    <!-- more objects in this list -->
    </list>
    </objectlist>
    </response>
    </document>
    I set the list dataProvider to
    xmlDoc.response.objectlist.list.object
    Thing is, I want to remove one of the object nodes before I
    display the data (that is, i dont want one of the nodes in the XML
    document to appear in the list).
    How do I do this? I could not find any way to delete an
    existing node in the XML api.
    -Gaurav

    You can either use the "delete" operator:
    delete xmlDoc.response.objectlist.list.object[5]
    where the object to be deleted might be the fifth down
    (you'll have to play with your xml in debug to get the actual
    values down) or convert to xmlListCollection. The xmlListCollection
    provides easy methods to remove the offending nodes or you may
    provide a filterFunction for the collection which will "hide" the
    node.

    You need to first delete the Position (employee) assignment from the territory. then save and then you can delete the territory node.

  • SMTP Node for GFI Faxmaker

    GFI Faxmaker setup in ECC 6.0
    Hi,
    We are using a old Version of GFI Faxmaker. Its connected via RFC and a little Program called "SAP FAX Gateway".
    Now we updated the Faxmaker and GFI said that they can communicate with SAP directly via SMTP.
    SAP Fax Gateway is out of date.
    But my problem is that we are also using Exchange via SMTP and I can created a second SMTP Node in SCOT!?
    I found a sap note that is saying "only one smtp node per system"!?
    In this GFI Notes the screenshot shows 2 smtp nodes? GFI is giving no support for Faxmaker and SAP.
    http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID003295
    Any Ideas?

    Hi,
    This question has already been answered several times....
    It is not possible to install several SMTP nodes in SCOT. Therefore the solution is to install an SMTP relay software which is able to use rules to route the mails to different SMTP servers (Exchange or GFI Faxmlaker).
    There is a lot of choices for SMTP relay softwares whether commercial or freeware.

    I would like to delete one of the node <ROW> which contains the value 1 for the child node <part_num_ref >
    Is it possible?
    Thanks in advance for your answers.

    The following is a possibility on database version 10.2.x (what database version are you using?):
    Example from XMLDB Developers Guide 10.2
    Example 4-26 Deleting LineItem Element Number 222
    SELECT extract(OBJECT_VALUE,
                   '/PurchaseOrder/LineItems/LineItem[@ItemNumber="222"]')
      FROM purchaseorder
      WHERE existsNode(OBJECT_VALUE,
                       '/PurchaseOrder[Reference="AMCEWEN-20021009123336171PDT"]')
            = 1;
    EXTRACT(OBJECT_VALUE,'/PURCHASEORDER/LINEITEMS/LINEITEM[@ITEMNUMBER="222"]')
    <LineItem ItemNumber="222">
      <Description>The Harder They Come</Description>
      <Part Id="953562951413" UnitPrice="22.95" Quantity="1"/>
    </LineItem>
    1 row selected.
    UPDATE purchaseorder
      SET OBJECT_VALUE =
          deleteXML(OBJECT_VALUE,
                    '/PurchaseOrder/LineItems/LineItem[@ItemNumber="222"]')
      WHERE existsNode(OBJECT_VALUE,
                       '/PurchaseOrder[Reference="AMCEWEN-20021009123336171PDT"]')
            = 1;
    SELECT extract(OBJECT_VALUE,
                   '/PurchaseOrder/LineItems/LineItem[@ItemNumber="222"]')
      FROM purchaseorder
      WHERE existsNode(OBJECT_VALUE,
                       '/PurchaseOrder[Reference="AMCEWEN-20021009123336171PDT"]')
            = 1;
    EXTRACT(OBJECT_VALUE,'/PURCHASEORDER/LINEITEMS/LINEITEM[@ITEMNUMBER="222"]')
    1 row selected.

  • SCOT - SMTP-node for FAX

    Hi all,
    I'm trying to configure transaction SCOT for the Fax-part.
    I'm rather new at this, so I looked trough the doc. Apparanetly, we need a SMTP-node for fax also, and in the doc, it's stated that this node will be created automatically. Unfortunately, this is not the case, so I'm wondering how to solve this ?
    kr,
    Björn

    Hi Demol,
    Try with the below procedure :
    Go for transaction  SCOT
    1. View Node .
    2.u will see SMTP .
    3.a node INT internet ( switched off ) .
    4.And now try to double click the node SMTP (or click 'edit' pencil icon), and in next screen in 'general information', mark 'node in use' .

    Refer to this guide to set up SCOT,
