How to delete songs permenently from iTunes and iCloud delete permenently

I have songs that won't go away. It's like they keep popping up. No matter how many times I delete them they show back up. Seriously painful cause, their haunted!

I don't know what you mean. I delete them
then there's a cloud hovering there. I feel
after awhile they find their way back through
iCloud. I wish the songs I delete would
disappear. But even with the iCloud logo
they still play. On my iPhone 4s 64gb.

Since all of your music came from your computer in the first place, then it should still be there and should be included in your backup copy of your computer.

This is not true. You have misunderstood.
You can sync as many ipods/iphones/ipads as you like to one one library.

Go to SETTINGS - IPOD - and turn off "Shake to Shuffle"...

You can remove your Apple ID from a device by going to iTunes on your computer and then Sign In to view your account. You should then see and option that says Manage Devices and then you can remove it from the list.

How do I put music on my iPod from itunes and icloud

I recently uploaded my music from itunes up to icloud.
Today I put my ipod classic to itunes and 'synced' and found that the only songs that are now on the ipod are ones itunes hasnt uploaded to icloud or songs I 'downloaded' icloud to me itunes on my mac
Please dont tell me the only way I can sync the Ipod is to redownload all my songs from icloud onto Itunes again...23000 songs..

Hmm, after you uploaded the music that wasn't already matched in iTunes did you then delete the tracks from your library or are they still there? If you iPod is set for automatic sync and you removed the tracks from the library then naturally they would have been removed from the device. The iPod classic doesn't come with wi-fi so you can't download content directly to it as you can with an iPhone/iPad/iPod touch, but even with those devices it is not necessarily a good idea to remove your own local copy of the content. iCloud isn't really an alternative to a local library, rather an adjunct to it, letting you access stuff on your library on demand from a device that can't hold it all at one time.
If I've misunderstood then if may be that you simply need to restore the device to repopulate it.

Have presentation for my Dad's funeral. Presentation is a little over 1 hour long and was working fine until traveling to funeral. Now several songs do not play. Some songs are fine.
I have tried restarting iMovie, restarting my computer. I have deleted the songs and replaced them with the song from iTunes. I made sure all song volumes are a 100% and my computer volume is normal. I normalized all audio files. Nothing seems to work.
Funeral is in about 3 hours. Desperate for help... any suggestions.

One of teh final steps in the Export to Movie process is a dialog box where one can select which of the audio tracks embedded within the movie are included.
You must actively de-select those tracks that you do NOT want to include in the Export.

Ipod classic skips with songs downloaded from itunes and mp3's.

I have an ipod 120gb classic, I listen to it in my van through my alpine car stereo, i found that it would start to play songs and then skip to the next song in the playlist, i thought it may have been the cable for the stereo that was the problem, 2 month ago i changed the stereo and the cables and with the brand new stereo the ipod is still skipping through songs which leads me to believe that its an ipod issue and not my alpine, is there anyway to correct this, as it is very annoying, i bought the ipod to avoid having cds and damagings them now the ipod is doing what cds do, skipping tracks, and then ive noticed for such an expensive investment, apple has not been able to resolve the problem.

I need to know more specifics about your problem.
Are your songs ending earlier than expected and the play count incrementing? If you push the back button to play the song again, does it end at the same premature time? Can you scrub (push the center select button once and then scroll) to a point 60 seconds after the songs cuts off and hear the remainder of the song play? If you listen to the same song on your computer and it plays fine all the way through and all of the above applies, then the problem is that iTunes is omitting a small amount of data in the midst of the data stream as it transfers files to the iPod.
Uncheck the song(s) ending too early; sync; check the song(s) ending early; sync. iTunes will then send a new copy of each song to the iPod. If any song on the iPod isn't repaired after this (and the point where the song cuts off may change), then repeating the process for any song which didn't get repaired should work.

I haven't figured this out yet. I have an iTunes account, two daughters who buy most of the music on it but we all share the account. We all have Macbooks and iPhone 4 or 4S. I don't want to download their music and they don't want to download mine. How do we blend iTunes, iCloud and our phones and Macs without so much cross-pollination? Sometimes they are indexed wrongly, and can't be found because of that, no work around because also the search function of itunes has gotten totally unusable.
