How to delete the item from Delivery?? (Handling Unit)

Dear SDNs,
I have a scenario of HU (Handling Unit).
Now here I have a case where the complete cycle is done. But end user now wants to change/delet the item in Delivery. So I have guided them to reverse all documents and it is done.
Now delivery is in Editable Mode. Now here when I try to Delete Delivery Line Item.. It is giving Error like "Item has already been packed and therefore cannot be deleted"
Diagnosis says "It is not possible to delete packed items."
Procedure says "Unpack the item from the shipping unit before you delete it."
Now when I select Line Item and click the PACK Button to go to the screen for "Processing of Handling Units for outbound Delivery XXXXXXX", it goes to the screen but here there is not Existing HUs available to Delete/Empty... whole screen is Blank.. even no Material to be packed...
I think user have proceeded the cycle without HU assignment.
So now I want to Delete the Line Items and want to insert fresh Items again...
Any inputs???

I have checked your equirement frankly speaking i was not exposed to such an scenario. I got alink which will help you
Handling Unit and Packing used across all modules.

Here to your left choose Packing --> Working with Handling units --> Unpacking
Therein you will have Unpacking, Deleting HAndling units
Just Check....

Two Invoices are associated with one delivery delivery ,Now due to a system error, first invoice didnu2019t generate any accounting document, so we cancel it. On the other hand second invoice was ok so we leave it, now we need to cancel the two lines of delivery.

OR you need to find out FI posting period if it is closed trying to for previous monnth then account document will not get genertaed

Make sure you donot have any data in cube. If you have some data in cube, then you will not be able to see Delete option.
Right click on the cube-->Delete data.
Then double click on the cube>Goto Edit mode> select the IO under that Dimension> right click> now you will be able to see the Delete option (provided you have deleted all the date from Cube)
Then right click on Dimension-->Delete

The messages were earlier in System error(Red flag) state so i cancelled it manually.
I want to know how to delete the messages from sxmb_moni which are already cancelled manually using ctrl+f8.
if not possible , then i want to see them in earlier state i.e.., in System error(Red flag).

And i don't have authorizations to sxmb_adm --> configure delete procedure
--> Define interfaces for archiving and retention period.
and to RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES in se38 , i don't have authorizations to run
Is there any way to delete the messages or make them to System error( Red flag) which are manually cancelled.

I think just for deleting the jobs you can do this only

Oracle supports different structures for data and indexes. A table can be a hash table or index organised table. It can have B+tree index. It can have bitmap indexes. It can be partitioned. Etc.
How the table implements its structure is a physical design consideration.
Application code should only deal with the logical data structure. How that data structure is physically implemented has no bearing on application. Can you do this activity once the company code is in to production. I guess you can not do this activity, if the company code is already in to live. Setting or resetting of the recon accounts will hinder the previous actitivity. Infact resetting of the company code is also not a good option.
Any how, thanks for the inputs. Please let me know whether i can do this activity only at the subledger level which will not impact other modules. The one solution i can figured out is , reverse all the transactions for the corresponding asset in the year of takeover and pass the entries again in the same year correctly which will have effect in Subledger and also in general ledger. But the business people will not allow this, since for a big client it will require lot of authorizations and approvals. Infact the vendor also, is cleared. So we have to reverse the cleared documents as well which is again a task and require approvals as well.

The Subsequent Requirment for the Material is not getting cancelled even after deleting the Item from the Purchase Order and we have even deleted the Requirment for the Top level material . If we click on the Pegging requirment for the Subsequent requirment the system is telling that no Pegging Requirment exists but it is not getting deleted. Waiting for the feed backs

You mean when you click on the hyperlink you want that row to disappear from the page, but not delete the row from the database until a commit/submit button is pressed?
Personally, I think I'd prefer that you have a delete checkbox next to every row and NOT remove them from the display if I was a user. You give your users a chance to change their mind about their choice, and when they're done they can see exactly which rows will be deleted before they commit.
You know your problem, of course, so you might have a good reason for designing it this way. But I'd prefer not removing them from the display. JMO - MOD
