How to delete the objects created for experimenting in XI

Hi,
We have recently taken up XI and have created many objectes in the IR and ID in order to practice the scenarios...
Now there are many such objects existing in the IR which v dont use any more...
But i didnt find any delete option.
plz tell me how to delete them...

Can we delete the views created for a user in workspace?
Usually we are using the filter option within workspace and then saving it as view.
Would like to know if we can delete such views and create again.
These views are user specifc

I usually use this scripts to clean the workspace user custom seetings:
delete from fuego_objclassinst where fuego_objclassname = 'bea.albpm.workspace.layout';
delete from fuego_strprops where (fuego_category = 'fuego-view' OR fuego_category= 'fuego-presentations');
delete from fuego_strprops where (fuego_category = 'WAM' );

How to delete the automatically created receipt in the expense report

Hi experts,
I am getting an error "no expense type for estimated costs has been defined. cannot save" while creating a travel request for an employee.
Base on the reply from Raynard which posted on Re: FM for trip exp
It's because "The estimated cost in plan and request are now included into fund management. So if you have active funds management, the entered estimated cost are used to make availability check and commitment. Therefore you must create an expense type in view V_T706B1. Under 'amounts are' you have to choose 'estimated cost, no reimbursement to employee'."
How ever, because the linkage with funds management, I faced the problem and also ckecked out the reason from SAP Help that "After the trip takes place, the user needs to manually delete the automatically created receipt in the expense report."
Anybody can provide the solution how to automatically delete this receipt before user create the expense report??

Check the BADI "TRIP_WEB_CHECK" method "USER_CHECK_GENERAL_DATA".
Here based on the schema you can modify the "estimated cost" field.

How to delete the region code for country in T005U

Hello,
The region code for XX country are changed, So I have deleted all entries for that country in transaction code "OVK2" and updated the new region code which should be updated in Table T005S and T005U.
But in table T005U there are few region code for language other then EN. Now I need to delete the entries T005U for other language.
Now region code in OVK2 = Table T005S, but not equal to T005U
How language can be selected to delete the region code (TABLE T005U), please advise.

Hi Praveen,
In order to delete the entries from the language table T005U, you will have to maintain in T005S.
It means that, suppose in table T005U, you have a region appearing in two languages danish and german and the corresponding entry does not exist in T005S, then follow the steps below.
1. Maintain Region XX in EN in T005S.
2. Log on in language Danish, and in table T005U, only delete the text and log off.
3. Log on in Language German, and in table T005U, delete the text only and log off.
4. Now your T005U table is clear, log on in language EN and delete from table T005S.
5. Check both tables T005S and T005U for the region XX. they both should be empty.

How to delete the row created by AddAnotherRow Button

We have a seeded page in Oracle Sales Opportunity Update.
Here we have an activities region where we can add activities by clicking on AddAnotherRow Button.
But there are no restriction of the row created in activities
The issue we are facing is the end users are clicking the AddAnotherRow Button but not able to clear the row from the table.
Is there any functionality where the user can delete the row created by AddAnotherRow

How to delete the structure created from Tx: EEWB ?

I have an issue at hand. I have added three components in the structure BUS000___I and the components are ZZ1, ZZ2, ZZ3, I was following the EEWB wizard and from there these three components were made, now I cannot delete these components directly from SE11. Because after adding these components the system is not allowing me to do so and is asking for the access code.
I am getting a syntax error in all the tx where Business Partner is used. No old versions for this structure was found in the system. The only structure that has come into this BP structure is ZBSTC0000000000 followed by three data elements of this structure.
I know the Project and the enhancement that was created and I have tried deleting the enhancement from EEWB but when i try deleting it, it always fall into an intermediate stage where it leaves some entries and due to these left over entries these errors are coming.
Another imp thing is that the structure that i have reported is a newly created one I cannot find this anywhere else. looks like this structure was created after executing the EEWB transaction only.
Now when I try activating the enhancement again the magic wand button used to activate an enhancement and the generate button is also inactive in EEWB and now it is not getting activated, even after rt click enhancement then clicking change or by clicking on the edit-change button on the top tool bar. Do you think if I create another enhancement this button might get activated?
Please let me know how do I delete these components.

How to delete the subsiquent document for a sales order

Hi,
Please tell me the tcode to delete the subsequent document of a sales order and a sales quotation.I want to reject or delete the sales quotation.
Please tell me the procedure.
Currently i am trying to cancel the billing document for sales order by VF02 and try to cancel through menu bar.
After canceling the document its still giving the message that subsequent document exists.
Please help.

How to download the object number for the software package

Hello:
I received the CD for Netweaver 2004s SR2. So trying to install it. But figured that I need to download some patches with object ID like 51032258_1 etc.
It referred to service.sap.com
I have the userid/password but dont know how to download the required patches. Would appreciate if someone can give me some pointers.

      There is an exit developed to include a subscreen in a standard screen. The layout, flow logic and some include files are saved in different requests..i saved everything in one request and tried to release it...but it's not getting released.."Repair so, how to delete the object(s) from all the old requests where it is saved? when i attempt to delete the request, it is not allowing saying that changes can't be made to a released request. any other options available? how to go about with this? thanks all.

1. If the old request is release,
   then we cannot do anything.
(There is no point in changing that old request)
(bcos its already released)
2. what can be done is that
   u save once again the objects,
   and it will once again ask for new request.
3. this time save it in new request

How to create a deletion transport request without deleting the object.

Hi Experts,
I got a very strange requirement in which i want to delete a object from QA envirement. One way to delete it is delete the object in developement and save it in a transport request. And transport that request to QA.
But can't delete the object from Dev environment. So is there any other way by which i can do this.

Hi,
You need not worry about deleting the objects in QA now.
Have the set of objects which you will not be tranporting to PROD.
After your project is live and during support before handholding to the customer, clean your system DEV,QUA.
