How to deploy Web Layout Report which is embedded in a JSP in 10.1.3 ??

Hi there,
we like to create a JSP report with web and paper layout. The paper layout is for pdf and the web layout to fit the page in the whole application. The whole application will be a JSF application running on 10.1.3. The reason why we like to use Reports is the capability of creating pdf and because of a couple of charts we have to build - using chart builder.
Now the question is how the JSP has to be deployed because the Reports engine is running on another 10.1.2 server. So the JSP itself has to run on 10.1.3 but the Report has to run on 10.1.2 - is it possible, a problem or is it just easy?

Well,
Web layout means that in place of (or in addition to) the paper layout, you get the report designed in JSP code. So all the frames, repeating frames etc will be expressed in JSP code using the Oracle Reports custom tags. Since it is code-based, you can insert your HTML or Java code in here to customize the output. You can in fact start with the HTML template, open it in reports builder, and start inserting the data using Reports custom JSP tags. In web layout, there are no "page breaks". So your report will be a JSP file, and can be deployed along with your J2EE application.

How to deploy Forms and Reports from 6i to Web Base

I am using Forms 6i in client/server mode, I want to upgrade my platform to Forms 10g web base. I know that I have to install Application Server, however, I found that there are so many options in the download page, and, I can only find the WebLogic Server.
I only need to deploy Forms and Reports, what is the minimum requirements (I means what Oracle software) I have to purchase.
Can you provide also the download link? any document can teach me how to deploy Forms and Reports? (only Forms and Reports)

Can some one guide me how to deploy SSRS 2008 reports to SharePoint 2013 by giving the exact steps from where to begin. We have all our reports deployed in SharePoint 2010.Need to migrate those reports to Sharepoint 2013 instance. I
also want to know how and where exactly we modify the connection strings to manage the data sources for the reports . Since I am very new to this field I am not able to properly understand other sites i have gone through . I have gone through the prerequisites

If you don't just want to upgrade your database, simply open the report project (which should be on your local file system) and edit the report properties, changing the Report Server URLs appropriately to the new SharePoint server URLs.

I found one error in what I have done. I add the '<context-root>' in '<weblogic-web-app>', which are not required in some other containers, and I can find the application of hello2. However, when I clicked 'submit' I got the following message:

Hi,
It is suggested to loop at the header table and then read the item table. Where in if you have multiple entries in the item table that matches, use the parallel cursors concept (Loop from index) as shown below
Loop at header....
Read table item with key......
If sy-subrc EQ 0.
Loop at item from sy-tabix.
-- Perform your processing.
endloop.
endif.
endloop.
Also make sure if you have duplicate entries in your internal tables, Use SORT and then DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES so that it avoids the performance issues as well

Create PDF output from Web Layout Report

Is there a way I can create a PDF output from a Web Layout Report? (NOT from a Paper Layout). The reason I ask because editing on the .jsp Web Layout is very easy and flexible while editing on the Payer Layout is very difficult. Thanks.

How to deploy OLAP Intelligence reports in Test/Prod?

Hi,
We are on BO XI R2 SP5 integrated with SAP Netweaver BI 7.0,both
machines on solaris servers.
We have created OLAP intelligence reports using OLAP intelligence
connections in development environment.
We deployed these reports in Test environment using import wizard.
Both OLAP intelligence connection and OLAP intelligence reports are
deployed successfully with out any errors.
Now in test environment when I update the IP address,System details and
client number in OLAP intelligence connection,the details are not
getting updated automatically for the OLAP intelligence report which I
can verify from CMC.OLAP Report is still pointing to the development
SAP BW server details.If I manually update the server details of the
OLAP report from CMC and click on Test Button, it says connection
Failed. If I try to refresh that particular OLAP report from Infoview
then it throws an OLAP intelligence Unknown error message.
We have around 100 such reports to be deployed in test environment and
we have a Go-Live date by this Thursday.So I would sincerely request
your help on this issue for a faster resolution.

How to deploy web service as part of console.war

I need to expose the deploy functionality of bpel console as web service. I see that there is a JSP page which pretty much does the same thing in console.war. So I know what my Java class is going to look like the problem is I am very new to OC4J so I don't know how to deploy it as web service on this container. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I tried going through the tutorial on deploying web services on OC4J but the sample stateless class does not compile because it cannot find some proxy classes. Also next I copied ws_example.ear in 'D:\OraBPEL_1\bpel\system\appserver\oc4j\j2ee\home\applications' and restarted server but it is not deployed.

The requirement is that we deploy BPEL suitcase remotely. My impression was that one can get handle to the Locator object only if running on local machine so I was looking at how to create web service on Oracle BPEL PM itself that will accept the stream of jar and deploy it locally.
However now looking at this tutorial and the Java docs, I know it supports RMI calls. So I can use this constructor to get Locator instance -

I tried to deploy .war file through SDM but it complained the following error

I think first you need to wrap it into an EAR file, then you can deploy it.
As far as I know standalone deployment of WAR is deprecated as of 640.

How to deploy SAP BI report to BO

Hello,
I am a BI Consultant and a newbie to BO. I want to know how to deploy the current SAP BI queries to BO.
I have downloaded and installed SAP BOBJ Edge series 3.1(trial version). I have also downloaded the "Integration kit for SAP" but could not install it as the Product ID has expired (valid for 90 days since June 09).
Can someone guide me on the step by step procedure to deploy the BI reports to BO? I have already read about the "Step by step installation guide to integrate BO with SAP" but not sure on how to deploy the reports.
