How to deploy weblink shortcuts with specific icons using sccm -

I have about 5 shortcuts (webLinks) that I am deploying via sccm and they get to the desktop but the specific icon does not show up. They all show "IE" Icon.
I am sure it is something fairly simple but I just can not seem to do it.
I used the following method to deploy the shortcuts ..

If the weblink .url file is the one you need, and you want the icon to be packed together perhaps you should include it's .ico file
normally when you visit a website with favicon, the favicon.ico will be stored under the cache dir under Temporary Internet Files in IE
e.g C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\xxxx
Also, favicon will automatically be downloaded to cache directory, and your shortcut icon will be changed once user start launching it

I NEED TO PUBLISH THIS REPORT THROUGH APPLICATION SERVER.
THE QUESTION IS:
1- HOW TO START AN OC4J INSTANCE FROM ORACLE 9I DS FOR THIS REPORT?
2- WHERE (PATH) TO PUBLISH THE REPORT ON THE APPLICATION SERVER?
3- WHAT IS THE DEFAULT URL TO RUN THIS REPORT AND WHERE TO PUT IT?
4- HOW TO MAKE MAPPING FOR DIRECOTRY PATH TO TRANSLATED AS URL FOR THIS REPORT?
5- IF ANY ONE CAN GIVE ME THE FULL CODE TO RUN AND CALL SIMPLE JSP REPORT TO BE VIED IN INTERNET EXPLORER.

I can't answer to all your questions, however I can tell you that:
2) The directory where to put the report file is specifiend in a file named
<serverName>.conf
in the sourceDire property
<property name="sourceDir" value="/directory/dove/mettere/i/report"/>
that you can find under ORACLE_HOME/reports/conf
3) The URL is
http://<server IAS address>:<port number>/<jsp file path>/<repName>.jsp?server=<report server name>&userid=<user>/<pwd>@<DB conn string>[&<param>=<valore>[&...]]
5) In IE you have only to set the previous URL in the address bar.

As a side note, I made an interesting discovery last week: the SNMP Service is deprecated in Windows Server 2012. Why would you want to use SNMP on an actual Windows OS though? There are far better ways available to monitor Windows. I'm sure that lines

How to deploy an app with servlet and background processing

i have a servlet with background processing. it has to run 24 hours a day.
but i have problem with shutdown (after 1-2 hours without user action). [9iAS 9.0.3.0, windows 2000]
i created for application seperate OC4J (in the EM) and i deployed it there. first time as war file, later as ear file (because there is possible to re-deploy only ear file).
but it seems that the servlets are not designated to run as a uninterruptible task.
the question is: how to deploy such (servlet + uninterruptible background processing) application in the 9iAS?
a) everything in the OC4J (then how to disable shutdown?)
b) servlet in the OC4J. where (and how) to install the rest of application?
b1) servlet in the OC4J + rmi/soap/... + standalone server?
what is the standard in the oracle world :) ?

I am designing a J2ME application, a simple "Who wants to be a millionaire game". It stores questions and answers from a rms datastore. I want to to how can I deploy this application with questions and answers in the recordstore. Each time I run the emulator, the data stored previously gets deleted. Is it possible to attach the rms recordstore along with the .jar or .jad files? If so how can I do it. Please help.

Thank you Sypress.. When I install it the code works fine. But I wanted to include data with the application. I think I found a way way. I added the data in a text file and while starting the application I inserted data from the file into the recordstore.

Cannot create shortcut with FF icon from bookmarks - comes up IE icon why

Trying to create a shortcut for yahoo mail login on my desktop but every time I try it puts an icon with an Internet Explorer icon not a Firefox icon. When I click on the icon it opens up to the yahoo login but in Internet explorer not Firefox. Tried going to bookmarks in Firefox and dragging to my desktop but it still comes up with IE icon.

How to deployment WebJob along with website in Azure?

I am trying the deploy the Azure Website with Webjob. Website deployment works well, when I try to deploy the WebJob on the Msbuild, it's failed and throws below error.
Build Error
Child node "4" exited prematurely. Shutting down. Diagnostic information may be found in files in the temporary files directory named MSBuild_*.failure.txt.
The below changes I have made to the application for WebJob deployment.
(I) Added "Service.csproj" as Webjob in web project. (This was created the below 2 files)
webjob.publish.settings.json (under Service.csproj)
webjobs-list.json (Under web project)
(II) Created publish profile for "Service.csproj"
(III) Included below parameters in the msbuild parameter
/p:DeployOnBuild=True;PublishProfile=WebProject_QA_Azure;_DestinationType=AzureWebSite
Please help me if any one have any idea.

Is the issue with deploying the webjobsever resolved ? If yes, could you share the work around so that it can help others who has similar issues.
Most possible causes for the issue could be Problems with Problems with Parallel build using MSBuild or
HeatDirectory failure on TFS with MSBUILD error MSB4166: Child node “3” exited prematurely
However, as you said it works fine in Visual studio , ensure your CI server has all of the latest updates to MS Build. If you're not current, you'll get a build error when .targets file processes at the end of the buildsequence.

The goal is to create an automated uninstall for Office 365 Click-to-Run
Apart from the manual steps, is it possible to automatically deploy the Fixit (O15CTRRemove.diagcab) with SCCM 2012 without user interaction?
The command line I've been using is the following:
MSDT.exe /Cab .\O15CTRRemove.diagcab /moreoptions false
The program runs, but keeps running and nothing is happening..
In the background, the process is probably waiting for user input, but since the notifications are suppressed it will run forever (to fail eventually)
I've read about the possibility to use a XML-file, with the /af -switch, but on the website no example is given.
