How to detect it left side Alt or right side Alt key pressed?

Hi,
I want to know if there is a way to detect whether it is the alt key on the left of the keyboard pressed or it is the alt key on the right side of the keyboard pressed. I don't want to use JNI stuff. Is there a 100% Java solution to it?

I've seen bug reports regarding this issue, and it is stated as fixed, but I don't know for which release of the jdk. So far, I think you can't distinguish between left and right alt/shift/ctrl..

we can do it in two ways
1. In web intelligence level on the query panel click the sql query and write the statement what ever u want there by modifying the existing statement.
2. In universe level select the fields in the two tables that you want to make join and create the join between two tables directly by joining field in table 1 to the field in the table 2 by drawing a line and double click on the line to view the join properties,then on join properties if we check the table 1 outer then it is left outer join if we check on table 2 outer then it will be the right outer join.after exporting the universe to the central sever we are now ready to use in web intelligence with out being changed anything in the sql query.

Hi,
Navigate to the Navigation panel of the selected Theme and make the width as 0px 0px 0px and also upload the blank image with the same background color.

How to add a new field on the right side of 'Part function' in Opportunity

HI All
I have a requirement wherein I need to add a new field for 'first name/last name' on the right side of 'Partner function' field in opportunity search criteria..
Ex:(here i'm showing overview how the search criterial screen appears in UI since i can't attach screen shot)
Partner function is sales lead firstname/lastname
It is similar to...when we select the option 'Is between' for date field then automatically one extra field will appear
on the extreme right to enter a range for the date so similary I need to add one field to the extreme right where
the user will select 'first name/lastname' using 'F4' help in addition the abvoe 'Partner function'.
Could you please let me know how can we add it??

Hi,
First try to find out if you already have that field available in your view configuration. If yes, then you just need to add that to visible/displayed fields. Other wise you'd have to extend the context nodes using AET/EEWB. After you add the fields using configuration you can move them where ever you want to place them. I believe for first name/last name F4 comes by default.

How do i permanetly move restart button to right side on 4.1 TenFourFox?

I am running Tiger,OSX,10.4.11,PPC on my G4PB and made the switch from FF 3.6.16 to TenFourFox. Its great but im trying to reset everything,back to normal or close to it,was before switch. The restart button is on the right side now at the end of search window. I've moved it back to the left side where i want it but on restart it returns back on the right end again and i cant find a way to permanetly move it so it will stay where i put it!!

For those who are switching to TenFourFox 7450,4.1 running,Tiger OSX,10.4.11,PPC. Great version for G3,G4,powerbook,PPC users.This problem has been resolved by me upgrading my restart button app addon for 4.1.This app puts a restart button on your toolbar,to restart Firefox,not the reload button,which is something different,for those of you who are confused.The restart button app restarts FF and it worked well with,3.6.16. But after switching to 4.1,it became incompatible. So i had to find another restart app which is the present one im using now. Mozilla hadn't posted their updated version for that app on firefox yet.I had to do a google search and download the new version app from the app designers website. It wasn't posted as a new version yet at ff because of the waiting Mozilla makes you go through before they can test & reviews it! Just bad timing on my part,i guess! Story of my life. Acrobat Reader DC on PC: How to deactivate the sidebar/element on the right side forever? (Question/Feedback)

How can I deactivate the sidebar/element on the right side (export, create, edit PDF, more information, comment...) forever? It keeps coming back when I restart Acrobat Reader DC.
If this is not a feature, I strongly suggest to implement that Acrobat Reader saves the last state whether it is shown or not (aka activated or deactivated).

I can understand your concern, however its a part of core user interface in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC & Adobe Acrobat DC. So its not possible to disable it permanently.
Some of our customers have raised the same issue & like them you too can fill a feature request for at Adobe - Feature Request/Bug Report Form

Sounds that you have opened the Bookmarks sidebar (View > Sidebars; Ctrl+B) and not use the Bookmarks Menu button that opens a drop-down list.
You can find a toolbar button in the toolbar palette that shows as a star with a drop marker when placed on a toolbar that opens the bookmarks in a drop-down list. 
The other toolbar button with a star opens the bookmarks in the sidebar.

Note that you need to hide the Menu Bar and possibly the Bookmarks Toolbar to make this button stay on another toolbar after you close the Customize window.

Iphone 5 White Screen Warm on Left Side, Cooler on Right Side.

I got my iphone 5 almost a week ago. Right away I noticed that the right side looked slightly bluer than the left, with it being coolest at the upper right. When a banner pops up at the top it is real noticeable, when reading text on a background of a white screen the right side looks greyer or bluer. It is slight, but when reading left to right and back to the left it is annoying. My family is not bothered much by it, but I guess they don't have to look at it. Also seems to reflect less light on the right side. I have been trying to ignore it, but I am not sure I will be able to as it always catches my eyes when reading web pages.
I am thinking of going to a genius bar and asking for a new phone. What is the policy for replacements? Do they readily replace phones for issues like this? Do they replace a 1 week phone with another new one or a refurb? Is this a reason for a replacement? Is this a common problem? My son's iphone 5 is fine, and my wife's 4 and my son's and my iphone 4 did not have this slight variance in their screens.

CTRL+B will open or close the Bookmarks sidebar. If the sidebar is open when you exit/close Firefox, the sidebar should be open when your re-start Firefox.

How can I print emails without losing the right side of message Windows Vista 6.0 Photosmart C6830

When I print email messages, right side of message lines do not print (run out of space) on a Photosmart C6830 using Windows Vista Home Version 6.0. Have tried highlighting message to print & choosing (selection) in print window - does not solve problem.

The print spooler is a windows service and is required to print. I would hazard a guess you can not print with any application.
What I am saying is I think your windows instalation has a problem, not Thunderbird.

How to align a String value to the right side inside a table column?

I have a text view inside a table column which is mapped to a string attribute. I need to align the text in the text view to the right hand inside the table column. But its always getting aligned towards the left side. I have tried by setting the hAlign property of Element properties of Text View to right / forced right but still the text is getting aligned to the left side.
How do I align the String values in Text View towards the right hand side inside a Table Column?

if i do get it right, you are adding an TextView element to a Table Cell. Then you should consider setting aligment within the particular cell. By calling:
YourCell.setHorizontalAlignment(CellHAlign.RIGHT)

Move the "X" from the left side to the right side in the Document Name Tab

I just installed CS5 MC for MAC and realized that the "X" to close the file is by default located to the left side of the Document Name in the Tab or Bar rather than to the right when multiple files are open in an application. I haven't checked all the Adobe Apps yet, but found this to be the case so far in AI, PS, ID.
Where do I go in the master or individual app settings to reconfigure the file name/document name tab or bar so the little "X" that closes the file is to the right of the name rather than the left?
I did notice that in many of Deke's Lynda training videos, the "X" was on the left in a few sessions, but most were on the right. Really hope this isn't a MAC/PC centric thing or that it is mandatory to download Deke's custom settings for the fix.

Sure wish some code would fall from the sky and do a fix or workaround on this so users have the option. I may be one of the few hung up on this, but it sure would be nice.
Seems this is yet another "...centric" reason to use a PC in lieu of a MAC when working with Adobe products these days.
