How to disable PO versioning ?  (SPRO config is off)

Hi guys,
I have a problem.. for some reason, my SRM 4.0 installation has PO versioning enabled.. but I don't know why =(       I enabled this some months ago, but I turned off this configuration several weeks ago.. but it seems that SRM is creating PO versions anyway =(
I checked the versioning config, also I don't have the badi for version control implemented. 
I would like to avoid versioning in my system.  What could I do ?

    Hi,
    using Jdev 11.1.1.1.0 for an ADF fusion web app and generating an EAR, the Deployer automagically adds the following manifest file
    myapp.ear!/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
    Manifest-Version: 1.0
    Weblogic-Application-Version: V2.0
    Does anyone know how to disable this feature? Searching the current fusion web app dev guide there is no occurence on 'Weblogic-Application-Version'....
    Should I provide my own MANIFEST.MF without Weblogic-Application-Version: V2.0 included?

    Good day, I hope your week is going well.  I recently discovered that my IPS sensors are listening for and accepting telnet traffic.  I looked at the configuration in the CLI, and it is disabled; however, when looking at the listening services via the Service account, I see that the sensor is indeed listening for telnet; please see below.
    Does anyone know how to disable telnet?  Do I need to modify the \etc\inetd.conf file in the Service account and then reload inetd to take effect?  Thanks.

    If what you're trying to do is to "improve security", this is a totally misguided attempt.
    EHLO, VRFY and EXPN are not security risks, nor are they truly useful for fishing for users. You must allow "rcpt to" in order to have a functioning mail server, and that's equally usable as VRFY and EXPN.
    Other than misguided security thinking, what other reason can there be to do this?

    In Flex, there is feature that lets developer to put all service-config.xml file configuration information into swf file. with
    -services=path/to/services-config.xml
    IF
    services-config.xml
    have tokens in it and user have not specified additional
    -context-root
    and this swf file is not served from web-app-server (like tomcat for example) than it will not work,
    Flash player have no possible way to replace token values of service-config.xml file durring runtime if that service-config.xml file have been baked into swf file during compilation,
    for example during development you can launch your swf file from your browser with file// protocol and still be able to access blazeDS services if
    -services=path/to/services-config.xml
    have been specified durring compilation.
    I dont know any better way to exmplain this, but in summary there is two places that you can tell swf  about service confogiration,
    1) pass -services=path/to/services-config.xml  parameter to compiler this way you tell swf file up front about all that good stuff,
    or 2) you put that file on the webserver( in this case, yes you should have replacement tokens in that file) and they will be repaced at runtime .

    Hi Aamir,
       This is old software, been a while since I saw one of these.
        Normally when SSL was setup there were two listeners, one with SSL and one without, in a different port, so you could try to find this second port, which may work without any need to change the configuration.
        Else, try to check on the OAS manager (Usually on port 8888), the HTTP listener -> WWW -> Network, if there is a setup only for the SSL port, you will need to add a new line, with the same configuration, but a different port and the security disabled.
        Also, there may be some setting on the application itself for the url path. If so, when you navigate in the application it will try to redirect you back to the SSL port. In that case you will need to figure out where to change that, which depend on the application itself.
       Found this page on google with the process to setup SSL on OAS 4.0, you need to do the inverse of step 5.
