Refresh every time

Hi Gurus,
we recently upgraded to 11.1.1.6.1 from 10g and in one of my dashboard we have navigation to detail report it worked perfectly in 10g but after upgrade we observed that when opening the page links are coming but when pressing the link navigation not working so I refreshed the page using PAGE OPTIONS-->REFRESH then every thing is working fine...I have to do this refresh every time when opening page first time..why it is behaving like this?any solutions..or if its known issue please share bug/note ID..

Regarding the skip/force pass/force fail options, when I set the ControlExecFlow to True in Teststand 3.1 and 3.5, in the Sequence Editor the menu options for skip/force pass/force fail are not active for Technician but, when I launch the Operator Interface logged with Technician the options are active. The problem is that if the technician sets one step to one of these options, and change the user to Operator, the test step remains skip/force pass.
Is there any possibility without modifying the Operator Interface (at programming level), to reload default values of the steps when changing the user to Operator?

ICal un-publishes every time I write a new event

Every time I write a new event in iCal it un-publishes it, even if I check the box for "publish events automatically." What is wrong? What do I have to do so I don't have to keep publishing it every time?

1. First make an iCal backup: Click on each calendar on the left hand side of iCal 1 at a time highlighting it's name and then going to File Export > Export and saving the resulting calendar file to a logical location for safekeeping.
2. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
---NOTE: Removing these files may remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
Once the computer is back up and running open iCal and test.

Every time I save my work - Dreamweaver puts it straight to the server

I did read a post similar to this on Dreamweaver CS5 however it didn't stop my problem. Every time I save my page Dreamweaver put it straight up to the server. I have gone into Site>Manage Sites>Edit>Remote Info and Automatically upload files to server on save is unticked. Is there anything else I can try.
It worked fine up until a couple of days ago.
Your help would be appreciated.

Font Book disables fonts every time I restart my computer

First, some info on my computer:
- OS X 10.9.3
- Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 version 7.5
- Office 2011 14.4.3
- Suitcase Fusion 5 16.2.0
As a graphic designer, I've accumulated thousands of fonts. In an attempt to clean this up, I recently purchased Suitcase Fusion 5. I transferred the fonts by going into Font Book and selecting "Restore Standard Fonts." I then took the Macintosh HD; Library; "Fonts (Removed)" folder and added those to Suitcase Fusion 5.
Then I went back, and added about five of the removed fonts back into Macintosh HD; Library; Fonts — just because they are fonts I use frequently — as well as the Microsoft folder of fonts.
Now, for some reason, every time I start my computer (I shut down every night before leaving my office) about half of the Microsoft fonts are disabled by font book. The next day I enable them and everything works well and they all show up in both my Adobe and Office programs, but I'd really rather not play that game every morning. Again, almost all of the fonts being disabled are in the Macintosh HD; Library; Fonts; Microsoft folder, but only until the Ms or so, after which point they all show up as enabled and work just fine. And then there are a couple of outliers I've marked with an asterisk, that are just in the typical Macintosh HD; Library; Fonts folder that are also being disabled, the most confusing one being ThirstyRoughTextures.ttf, because the rest of the Thirsty Rough family is working just fine. (This single Thirsty Rough file is the only of the five-or-so fonts that I added back into my library after restoring it to standard fonts that is acting up. The others show up in all programs just fine.)
Anyhow, does anyone know why this might be happening, or how to resolve the issue? Any input would be great, thanks!

I'm fed up with Font Book and ready to remove it.
Just to keep it easily handy, put the Font Book app on an external drive. All other supporting system files for it will still be on the drive, so using it again rather than a third party font manager is as simple as copying FB back into the Applications folder.
It is essential after deleting Font Book to follow the steps in my article to remove the abandoned Font Book database. Even with the main Font Book app removed from the drive, if the database exists, OS X will keep trying to read and use it, and it will interfere with all other font managers.

Those are extension panels Suitcase adds to apps they've written them for so you don't have to go to the main interface in order to turn fonts on or off. It's a convenience thing to speed up access to your font sets.
what will happen to programs like Microsoft Office that aren't compatible with Fusion?
If you use a panel in the Adobe apps to turn any fonts on or off, all apps system wide will see the changes in available fonts since that's how it works with any manager. Or, you can launch the main Suitcase interface to do the same thing.
MS Office has an annoying quirk I haven't seen with any other app. It will not pay attention to any fonts you've activated or deactivated after Word has been launched. That's not a Suitcase issue, it's any font manager. Office simply does not keep tabs on available fonts while in use. To see fonts you've activated after Word is already running, you have to quit Word and relaunch it. Same with turning fonts off. Doesn't matter that they're not available any more. If they were when you launched Word, they'll continue to show in the list. Attempting to use one of course doesn't work. It types in Arial, or something, but not what you chose since it can't.
Is FontBook irrelevant and Office/any other program still just utilizes the actual HD/Library/Fonts folder without it?
When font management is working as it supposed to, all apps (save Office) will change the list of fonts you can use as you turn them on or off. It used to be, way back in Tiger, 10.4 (before 10.4.3) and earlier that any fonts in the System or main Library folder were available all the time with no way to control them, other than physically deleting fonts from those folders. This is still true of the System's Fonts folder.

We have integrated Java with BO, here end users will give parameters through java screen. After submitting all the parameters webi reports will opens in separate window.
Here requirement is end users should pass the parameters from java screen and they should able to save the report in to excel/PDF.
Refresh/edit buttons should disable/hide in the webi report.

How to disable process design time attributes WS RM

I recently configured a NW BPM test scenario which works as expected. When I tried to test/call BPM Process using SOAP UI/Webservice client I am unable to send a message to SAP BPM process due to WS RM & WS A are activated at design time. While developing scenario in NWDS how can I disable the properties WS-RM & WS A for start event trigger as this acts provider WSDL for Webservice client . Thank you in advance.

Hi Mailk,
Any/every asynchronous web service developed in the ESR and then imported from ESR into NWDS will have properties added to the WSDL on import by the design time. The attributes are tagged as shown below.
<ifw:properties xmlns:ifw="urn:com-sap:ifr:v2:wsdl">
On deployment, these attributes trigger the SOA infrastructure to generate the service endpoint interface as WS-RM. These properties cannot be changed in the runtime SOA configuration as they are not editable.
If you want to develop the services in the ESR and then deploy them without WS-RM there are two options.
a) copy-paste the wsdl out of the ESR perspective (the raw WSDL text) and create a local document with same name and then import the WSDL from the file system in NWDS
b) import the WSDL from ESR and then manually remove all the <ifw: properties/attributes, then save the WSDL.
My preference is to develop the service in the ESR (as all services should be) and then import and remove the tags. But the copy-paste and create a local WSDL is less error-prone. In any event you'll need to document the WSDL so that down the road anyone who might modify the service would know that it has been further adapted outside the standard tooling. The <ifw: attributes also control other runtime properties such as authentication, so please do some homework on services deployed with and without the tags so you can see for yourself and really understand the service endpoint generation.

Instrument window needs to be refreshed every time

When I double click on an midi instrument (the blue button with the instrument name), the window comes up blank.
Only the instrument header information can be seen. I then have to re-select "view" which appears to refresh the window and then the instrument is displayed in full.
Is this a bug or do I need to change something in the Logic settings to stop this?

I've been happening something similiar happen occassionally. Maybe once a session every couple of days. I'll use the mouse to initiate a new command (open window, new instrument etc). Any virtual instrument windows, go blank, and then reload themselves. Taking a couple of seconds to do this.. It happens irregularly, it has also happen a couple of times when saving a song..

Ediatable ALV Checkbox -Table refreshes every time and shows intial 10 rows

I have an checkbox in editable ALV which displays 10 rows intially .It has vertical toolbar .
Requirement is when I check the box one of the corresponding row cell will become editable.
My problem is when I check intial 10 rows it is fine but when I go to 11th record using scrollbar and select checkbox , imemdiately table is being refreshed because my code is in ON_DATA_CHECK event ..How do i get rid of this issue so that cursor stays in the 11th record position only.

In my component am trying to display the CARRID, CONNID, FLDATE, PRICE fields from SFLIGHT in my ALV. I have another context attribute CHECK of type WDY_BOOLEAN under the same context node. This attribute would appear as the checkbox column in my ALV. And when I toggle with the state of this checkbox I want to toggle between the enabled/disabled states of PRICE in the corresponding row. Have to Disable Syncing Every Time

I had tried syncing my Touch and .mac account (I refuse to call it MobileMe) with my MacBook Pro, but ran into problems because my Windows Mobile 5 phone and enterprise Exchange server were also being synced which turned everything into a jumbled mess. I ended up with 6 to 8 duplicates of contacts, calendar events, etc. Until I can get my IT folks thinking straight I can't use these functionalities on my Touch. (I believe a big step forward in solving this will be to get an iPhone in the next month or two so I can ditch the Windows Mobile 5 phone.)
When I decided to stop trying to make this synchronization work, I went to iTunes preferences and clicked on "Disable automatic syncing for all iPhones and iPods." The problem is that each time I connect my Touch to my MBP I get a dialog box that reads: "iTunes cannot sync information with the iPod because syncing has been disabled on this computer. Do you want to enable syncing?"
What do I have to do to stop getting this dialog box?

Truly I am clueless, but if you uncheck the sync box - in every menu - on your ipod preferences "info" screen, this may help.
