How to display 0CS_GROUP Hierarchy in R/3

I have a very specific question about a hierarchy on the 0CS_GROUP characteristic. I'm able to load and view this hierarchy in BW, but does anyone know a transaction on the R/3 side that would allow me to maintain / view this hierarchy there?
For example, if I wanted to view a hierarch on R/3 on 0MATERIAL I would use MCK1. Thanks!

Try trx GC18.
Hope it's right.

  • How to display the Hierarchy Node Level in BEx

    Hi Folks,
    In my report I have a Hierarchy. I have to display the Node level of the Hierarchy in the output.
    For Eg:
             If I have BB under AA root node then in the output it should display Level 1 for AA and Level 2 for BB.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Regards,

    I don't think it is possble to display the hierarchy level in the report itself.
    However, if you go to properties of the characteristic where you have the hierarchy defined, there you can expand the hierarchy to a pre-defined level...I guess you know that.

  • How to display the Hierarchy of a TestStand architecture similar to using the LabVIEW "show VI Hierarchy"?

    I and my customers have used the Tools -> Sequence File Documentation feature, but having utilized the VI Hierarchy as an architecting tool for large projects, our expectations exceed the present Sequence File Documentation abilities. A more graphical, branching like view would be very helpful.

    You suggestion is appreciated and has been added to the suggestion list for potential features of future TestStand versions.

  • Display of Hierarchy Nodes as Medium Text in Web Report

    Hello everyone,
    Does anybody know how to display the hierarchy nodes as medium text instead of short text (default) in web report?
    I know it is possible to change the display setting directly (by right clicking on hierarchy node > properties) from the web report.
    However, I would love to know if there is any other way to change the settings such as through Query designer or Hierarchy maintenance in SAP GUI so that users do not need to change the display settings every time they view the web report.
    Your help is kindly appreciated.

    Thank you Shabar for you quick reply.
    What if a Hierarchy is created under an InfoObject? How can I change the Text view of each name of the Hierarchy nodes?
    In Query Designer, I tried to change the Text View to Long but it only affects the text of the InfoObject but not the Hierarchy nodes.
    I tried the 2nd suggestion too.  I only can find the BEx description for the InfoObject but not the Hierarchy nodes.
    It would be great if anyone could tell me how to do so.
    Thanks in advance.

  • How to display a char as most detailed node of a hierarchy?

    Hi specialists,
    BEx 7.0 knows a function "Display the Row Hierarchically and Expand Till" (Query-Properties --> Data Formating)
    This function positions a characteristic instead in an own column as further node in the hierarchy - tree.
    I know that similar is possible in BEx 3.5 as well - but I can't find the option.
    Could you gimme a hint please?

    Thanks - found it already.
    In BEx 3.5 ist seems only to be possible in the Query-Designer --> right-click on the Headline of the column-area --> activate "Display as Hierarchy".

  • How to expand the hierarchy column automatically when delivery reports by a

    Hi Experts,
    In OBIEE 11.1.1.6.0,how to expand the hierarchy column automatically when delivery reports by agent?
    For example:
    In SampleLite RPD, when we drag "Time Hierarchy" and Sales column into the report , and sent it by agent ,it will only display "Total" sales, not show all level value,such as Year,Month,Day.So how to expand the hierarchy column automatically when delivery reports by agent?
    If we expand all levels and save them, it will be ok, however, when we add new data, it will be collpased automatically and not show the lowest level data, requiring Users or Developer to modify this report for expanding the hierarchy. We think it is very trouble, is there any good suggestion or method for achieving our requirement?

    Hi Dpka,
    Is it any difference? I look at the result is same.
    Firstly, you said it is 'Add member of ',
    Now, you said it is 'Keep member of'
    Could you please tell me which options I must select ? Thanks very much.Here is some notes from the documentation to make a better sense of how those two options would work:
    •Selection steps — When you create selection steps, you can add a group or a calculated item in a step. Subsequent Keep Only or Remove steps might reference members that were included in the group or calculated item.
    ◦A group list is affected by members that are kept or removed in subsequent steps, but the group outline value remains the same. For example, suppose the MyNewYork group contains Albany and Buffalo and its value is 100. Suppose Albany is removed in a later step. The value of the MyNewYork group remains at 100, but Albany is no longer listed with the group.
    ◦A calculated item is not affected by members that are kept or removed in subsequent steps, because removals can affect the components of the formula.
    •Groups and calculated items — A step can include a group or calculated item. Groups and calculated items can be used only with Add steps; they cannot be used in Keep Only or Remove steps.

  • How to display the result of  excutions(insert/update/delete rows)

    Hello.
    Does anyone know how to display the result of scenario executions just like a scenario executions tab of package (insert/update/delete rows) in other screen (in the intergated operating platform for operators using http)
    In additional, I also like to show the hierarchy of scenario in the same view.
    So, I need the query using the information of the ODI repository.
    If it is possible, I also like to have the decription of the tables in the ODI repository.
    Can anyone tell me how can I get the information of the counts of excution?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
    You can get that information from the API getPrevStepLog. Does it work for you?

  • How to display Prompt values in Narrative

    Using 11.1.1.6.2
    Within a dashboard page I have a table with a dimension hierarchy for organization. If you click a division it runs an action link to call a browser script (javascript in a text section on the dashboard) passing the division. If you expand the division and click a market it calls the same javascript function.
    The Javascript function then uses Go Path to refresh an analysis within an iFrame on the dashboard page and passes either the Division value or the Market value.
    The target analysis has two filters: Division is prompted and Market is prompted.
    So after all that my question is how could I display the two passed values from the Go Path call in a narrative on the target analysis? Or I guess the alternative question is how to display the filter values on the narrative.
    Sorry for the long explanation, but hopefully this makes sense.
    Thanks for any help or suggestions.
    Brad

    Use @n to include the results from the designated column in the narrative. For example, @1 inserts the results from the first column
    Assuming you want to show the selected value for Division from prompt.
    Add Division column in the report criteria and call it @1, where 1 is position of Division column
    You may hide the Division column from report, if you dont have to show in the report

  • How to display a StyledDocument? (not in JTextComponent)

    I have read the following tutorials and relevant API's from the Swing Connection:
    Text overview: http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/tsc/articles/text/overview/index.html
    Text attributes: http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/tsc/articles/text/attributes/index.html
    The Element interface: http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/tsc/articles/text/element_interface/index.html
    .. and still don't get how to display a simple DefaultStyledDocument!
    The Text Overview tutorial has a brief discussion on Views, and the use of them.
    Let's say the doc is my DefaultStyledDocument. If I do a doc.getDefaultRootElement(0) this will give me the secion, which contains the children of all the paragraphs.
    I'd like to get all these paragraphs, put them into ParagraphViews and display them in my paint() method.
    I understand that the children of these paragraphs contain the Attribute information.
    The only way I'm able to dispay something is if I get the child of the first paragraph (eg. root>child>child) - which should be the style run (attribute information)) and then insert it into a LabelView.
    If I were to add all the different text's (each element in a paragraph) and display them, then the only way I can think of is to create a LinkedList or something of LabelView's, keep track of positions etc. myself, and then do a paint() on each one of them in a for-loop. Surely, this isn't the way it should be done.
    If I try to call paint() on eg. a BoxView (which I have given the doc.getDefaultRootElement()), or a ParagraphView (which I have given the first element - the paragraph) - nothing is displayed. I can't find anything in the API on how to add children to a paragraph, or display it's children (I found paintChild() but it is protected)..
    Does anyone know of a tutorial describing how to display a DefaultStyledDocument through one of the javax.swing.text.view's, or have an explanation on how to do it? It would be greatly appreciated!! :)

    You can extract hierarchy of views (tree) from TextUI
    like this
    import java.awt.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    import javax.swing.text.*;
    import javax.swing.plaf.*;
    public class Test
    JFrame frame;
    public static void main(String args[])
    new Test();
    public Test()
    frame = new JFrame();
    frame.setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
    JEditorPane edit=new JEditorPane();
    edit.setEditorKit(new StyledEditorKit());
    edit.setText("test");
    TextUI ui=edit.getUI();
    View v=ui.getRootView(edit);
    Panel p=new Panel();
    p.bv=v;
    JScrollPane scroll=new JScrollPane(p);
    frame.getContentPane().setLayout(new BorderLayout());
    frame.getContentPane().add(scroll,BorderLayout.CENTER);
    frame.setSize(300,200);
    frame.setVisible(true);
    class Panel extends JPanel {
    public View bv;
    public void paint(Graphics g) {
    super.paint(g);
    bv.paint(g,new Rectangle(0,0,100,100));

  • Integrated mode reporting; how to enable drilldown hierarchy parameter prompts instead of messy caption indented prompts...?

    Hello all,
    Currently I am struggiling with the visualization of the SSRS report parameters in SharePoint integrated mode. I have built a SSRS report on a dimensional model (to be exact, a SSAS cube, but that doesn't really matter) and it has a parameter with a hierarchy
    in it (with four levels). Per default, SSRS displays this hierarchy as a caption indented list using three spaces per level. As you can understand, this is a very sloppy, messy lay-out and not really desirable. I think it should be possible to switch to a
    drilldown hierarchy using the "+" to expand a level and show all sibblings, but how can I achieve this?! Do I really need some custom code for this?
    To give an example, take a standard date dimension used as a parameter with the following members, Year, Quarter, Month and Week. The way this is currently visualized in the paremeter box is as follows, using three spaces per level;
    2013
       Q1
          January
             Week 1
             Week 2
             Week 3
             Week 4
          Februari
             Week 5
    ... and so on.
    What I want to use is the standard hierarchial drilldown functionality you see when actually browsing a cube. How can I achieve this?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
    As this is a SSRS question, I suggest you post it to SQL Server Reporting Services, Power View
    Forum, you will get more help and confirm answers from there.

  • Use of the "Display file hierarchy" for docmentation purposes

    In teststand 4.1 the Display file hierarchy was introduced.  I want to use the generated call graph and legend for documentation purposes (preferably in an automated mode).  I have modfied the doc_gen seqence provided with Teststand to suite most of my needs, but I cannot find any methods to access the call graph
    Anyone does this before or have additional information on how to to this

    A method to retrieve the call graph would be great!
    I just discovered that NI Idea Exchange only has a forum for LabVIEW. Maybe it's time to add TestStand the the Idea Exchange. Where do I suggest this idea?!
