Hello! I set up my t-online.de mailaccount on my C7 using the setup-program. I can receive and send mails, but i can not see the Mails in my self created folders at t-online.de. Is there a possibility to Import these folders on my mobile? Ciao Rainer

Are you using Nokia Messaging or did you set-up the mail account directly?
If using NM go to email.nokia.com, login there and select the folders you want to have synchronized. Next time your phone connects to check the e-mail it will pick-up the new settings and show the folders you selected.
If not using NM, then I suppose you have to go through the e-mail options and hopefully you'll find something there (in short: I can't help you

You first need to set up a new User Name and Password with your Internet Service Provider (ISP); that is, whoever provides you with Internet access, such as Comcast, AT&T, etc in the US. Alternately you can go on the Internet and set up a new email Account with a new User Name and Password with a public company such as Google's "Gmail" or Microsoft's "Hotmail". Once you have set up your new Account with them, THEN you enter that information into Apple's "Mail" for it to send and receive emails for your new outside Account.

There does not appear to be a sign in or out for the app and I never set it up. No one that uses my Ipad set it up. I wasn't aware that you could sync other mail accounts with MobileMe, other than their settings. If you are referring to settings, then they should already be set up on your mobile device, any new accounts would need to be added manually.
POP accounts will continue to receive and send e-mail but will not sync (so for example if you delete an e-mail on one device it won't be deleted on the other), IMAP/exchange accounts will continue to function as they always have.
