How to display grouped tracks tree-like?

I imported lots of classical CDs and I grouped some works using the 'Grouping' field of the song information dialog. The grouping I added appears in the column 'Grouping' , but however, I'd like to have the groupings displayed in a tree-like structure. I know iTunes can do that, because I have seen it in the music store (on some classical CDs).
Unfortunately, the help files and FAQs don't tell a lot about grouping.
How can I enable the tree-like display of groupings in my library?
FYI: I am using iTunes 6.0.1 on Mac OS X 10.0.3

Ohh! That would be Folder Structure then. A useful feature in other circumstances of running tracks together while in Party Shuffle or Shuffling a list. iTMS can obviously do it, but apparently not iTunes.

Grouping seems another way of making a regular or smart playlist, but would not affect how those songs get displayed in viewing the library. The word "grouping" gives the impression of doing somethiing more I think.

How to " display selected track 's automation" ????

In former versions of logic ( prior to lp8) , there was an option "display selected track's automation " now there is only " display automation " wich means every time i click on this , it will zoom all my tracks automatically wich can be pretty confusing . Id like to be able to see automation only for the selected track in the arrangement .
Is this option still available ??
If yes where did it go ??

If you use auto track zoom and make your arrangement tracks small enough heigtwise, any track chosen will therefore display its automation.

How do I motion track just like the Plugin CameraTracker 1.0?

On the plugin CameraTracker, it automatically detects points that can be motion tracked, and it does it very well. What got me thinking, is that it also carries on tracking when a tracking point goes out of screen.
Here's an example:
I am using CameraTracker. As you see, this is the beginning of the clip, and what happens in this scene, is that the camera just fly towards the jungle.
If you see "Hehe", there's a green cross, and that is where the "Hehe" is tracked to. That red box is the null object.
Okay, so when the camera is flying towards the jungle, it passes that green point. And as it passes, it does not stuff the "Hehe". That "Hehe" stays in place as if it was in this Minecraft world.
It says in place, even though the cross has gone out of place.
BUT, if I use the Adobe After Effects built in motion tracking, and just want to select that point where the "Hehe" is, and I begin tracking, it goes pass then green cross, then that tracking box goes everywhere.
How do I do this so it's like CameraTracker? I want to do this using the default After Effects Motion Tracker.

What's the difference between CS6 Camera Tracker, and CS6 Motion Tracker?
And for the Camera Tracker plugin, I can only seem to track ONE part. If you see the image, the words are like in one part of the scene. If i were to put a word in a tree, it would look stuffed up. The word wouldn't be tracked onto the tree. It would be tracked on the sand instead.

How about you immediately try to figure it out for yuorself? Read the SAP help on screen development and search these forums. Here's a hint, look at things like FIELD and CHAIN in your PAI...

How to display group data only when the particular group is clicked

Hi frnds,
I want to design my report as follows:
Data is grouped by country, and for each country it is showing details for that country. I need to find out a way to display all group names first. E.g.
Argentina
Aruba
Australia
And on click of particular country name it should display its details below it
e.g.
-Argentina
     BBB            Mendoza          123456
+Aruba
+Australia
Has anyone done that before??? Is it possible to achieve it through Crystal Report Designer (2008)?? If yes then how???

My question is - can we show/hide group data by clicking on that particular group (under that group name).

How to show individual track information (like in the old iTunes) of a single artist (or that artist's album) without all the noise of every single other artist close in the alphabet?

The new iTunes has truly added extra visual noise.
I am trying to view a single Artist and the individual track information of that artist. This used to be how itunes was, you could click on a single artist and then the tracks would all have their various categories.
I can still see this but only in the "songs" category and in that I have to see every single song or artist alphabetically.
How do I simply see the artist, and that artist's tracks, as well as the different info about that track I want to see, such as "name, track #, time, year, genre, bit rate, kind, etc."
Please don't counsel me on what information I need to see, or suggest that I stop caring about this, or ask me why I want to see this various info.
It was simple and accessible in the older version and I would probably stop complaining to all of my friends about the latest version of itunes if I can see this old format.
Or... is there a way to re-download the old version? It's okay that you've made mistakes, every company makes mistakes, if I can revert to the old version that would be great.

Select the Songs tab, then under iTunes Menu select View then click Show Column Browser. You will see the familiar GENRES ARTISTS ALBUMS header, click on one artist and you will have only the artist's albums and songs showing in the window below with all the specific info you selected under View options. If this is not what you wanted, simply reply with a nice "no thanks".

I got a requirement where I need to display time zone in the output. If I take sy-zonlo it is taking user's time zone and giving output like CET or CST but I want the system time zone to be displayed like UTC+8.

How can I group or link two audio tracks?

I sometimes have tracks that need to be syncronized and linked for editing, for example, a guitar recorded with mics and a pickup. I want to be able to make edits, crossfades, etc on both tracks as if they were one. If I move one,the other moves with it, and so on. In some other software, I can "group" tracks, much like grouping in a graphics editor (Cmd-G usually). I can't seem to find a way to do this in Logic. Maybe I'm just missing the right word. Is there a way?

It's called the same name 'Group'.
Open the Mixer.
Select both channels (pickup guitar and mic guitar).
Click on one channels dark grey slot (above OFF, below Stereo Out)
Pick the same group number for the two tracks.
Click on Open Group Settings from the same menu. Choose Editing (Selection) and other modes you want to group.

Non calender year
Non Year dependent
Number of Periods 16, Special Periods XX (based on your requirement)
Use -1 or +1 year shift based on your requirement.
However, your requirement is wrong. December month is overlapping in both the years. Please recheck.

Zip a tree like file structure in memory

Hi all guys...
How can I create a tree like file structure in memory (without using the disk at all) and than zip it send it out as an http servlet response?
I think its easier if I break it down to 2 separated problems: file structure in memory and zipping those bytes.

You can use a ByteArrayOutputStream but it will scale very very badly. What will happen if you get 100 concurrent users all wanting to allocate memory for the Zip file?

Tree like report

I have a view which returns holding data in a parent-child hierarchy.
holding
instrument_id
parent_instrument id
level
I looked at creating hierarchy and go through “Connect By” example from the Admin manual, but it seems like I already have parent/child structure returned from my DB View.
How can I create a tree like report? Is it possible?

If you have the tree level in your report you can create a tree like report by using the LPAD function to add spaces in front of your data. eg.
LPAD(' ', ' ', (level-1)*3)||instrument_idHope that helps,
