I am getting the photo in PA30 transaction how i will get the same photo in PZ30 transaction.

Hi Rajneesh,
in the case if you cannot save the photo with PZ50, you should apply the following note: 803728.
For first time customizing this function i would recommend to check note 213208 as well.
Check this also if the picture is not shown in PZ35: 829018.

If you still have the CD there should be an application for photos. If you do not have the CD there are free Photo viewers you can find though Google.

I found problem about transaction code vl03n because I define authorize for a user that can only display delivery document by transaction code VL03N. But this transaction have display/change button that when user click this button they can change delivery document. Please help me how can I solve this problem?

This should be done authorizations only. Although the button is displayed, is the user able to change and save the Delivery document?

How to display employee photo in pdf through WebDynpro OR ABAP print Progr?

I have uploaded employee photos using TCODE OAOH. Now all the employee photos are stored in Archive link.
Now my requirement is i have get the employee photo and display it in PDF using PDF forms and webdynpro OR using ABAP print program.
I am able to get the employee photo from SAP archive link using ABAP code. After this i have to upload this to MIME reository. From MIME repository i have to display it in PDF forms from WEbDynpro.
I tried with ABAP print program, directly calling the PDF form in program and display the employee data with Employee Photo. With my program i am able to see only employee data. But it's not displaying employee Photo.
Plz any helps to display employee photo in PDF forms using either webdynpro OR ABAP printprogram.
If ur reply is related to WebDynpro, pla tel me how to upload photo to MIME repository From Archive Link.
Since all the employee photos are uploaded into Archive link using Tcode OAOH. From this i have to get the employee photo and upload it to MIME repository and i have to display it in PDF forms.

1)You can use the program BSP_UPDATE_MIMEREPOS to upload the photos in the mime repository.
2)Use the following code to get the content from your mime and set the content to your interactive UI element as Xstring format.
    data:

You can use plugins, custom codes to embed FB gallery in your site pages.

We are working with ITS mobile for the first time.We are not sure how to display the verification feilds in ITS mobile transaction.I see these are displayed in backend. Since these verification fields are dynamic, how do we get them on ITS mobile transactions.Can anyone tell me how to do this.

Hi Vinod,
It does not show up unless with some coding. there must be some Java script or HTML code to write in the ITS transaction to enable these dynamic fields to dsiplay.We have issue with regard to how to display these fields when required.

How to display smartform through transaction code on action of button

Hi All,
Please let me know how can i display smartform through tcode on button action.
For e.g. I have a F.62 tcode where the smartform is attached. Now i want a button in BSP which when clicked should call tcode F.62 and display that smartform.
Also if i cannot use "CALL TRANSACTION" can i use "SUBMIT" and call that transaction.
If not how will i able to acheive that?
Please help as it is very urgent.

Hi,
Use ITS to display the F.62 transaction is worth a try. But I am not sure whether the ITS will be able to display Smartforms...
Another option is trying to launch the Smartforms (I dont know the F.62 transaction enough to tell if it is time-consuming or not) and convert it to PDF (there is plenty of threads about this in SDN) and then, display it through BSP (either inline or for the user to download).

Link photo to personnel number
Transaction code OAAD
Click on the Create Store and Assign button. Enter Business Object PREL and Document Type HRICOLFOTO. Click on create(F8).
Enter the Personnel Number of the employee you want to link the photo to. Choose also the infotype that you wish the photo to be displayed on (not sure how relevant this is. It works if you use 0002 but should also work if left blank. Suspect is only relevant if you wanted to store different photos for different infotypes)
Click on Continue.
Enter the path and filename of the photo. The dropdown will allow you to navigate to the appropriate directory.
SAP will notify you that the Stored document is created successfully and you end up with something like:
If you get an error 401 to do with missing authorisations, then try and redo the above step. It often only happens the first time you try and load the photo.

This iView displays the employees in the managers area of responsibility, that is, employees who report either directly or indirectly to the manager. The display is based on the SAP application component Organizational Management.
You can provide managers with various display options in this iView. To do this, you make the relevant Customizing settings in the back-end system (see the "Prerequisites section) and in the iView properties (see the Settings section). Managers can also filter the data that is displayed.

Managers select an employee in the Employee Search iView. Using Eventing, the Floorplan Manager informs the remaining iViews on the page that a new employee has been selected. The iViews obtain the personnel number of the selected employee and display the relevant information for this employee.
In the standard system, the Employee Search iView is integrated with the following iViews on the pages previously mentioned:
●     Managers can use the following iViews to display further information for the selected employee:
