How to display the customer VAT TIN number in the PLD

Can anybody tell me how to get the customer's VAT TIN number in the PLD.

Hi Suresh Yerra,
Pls do this.this will surely help you.
Go to concerned PLD. eg: AR Invoice
draw one database field.In table field use alt + click in drop down
this will give u all the tables in the database.
Now u choose the AR Invoice tax extension table - choose tax id 11 for TIN and tax id 1 for CST
like this yu can get any tax information.check the tax info. is filled in the BP master data ( accounting tab-tax information)

How to fetch the VAT registration number of the ship to party from the billing document. Can you proide some information for fetching the VAT registration number of the ship to party.
Normally only the payer VAT registration number will be displayed in the Invoice. But in my case the Ship to party VAT number is displayed.
I have resolved this problem by doing the customizing setting in order to have the payer vat registration number. But for the Old Billing documents it is more than 30,000 documents where it was printed with the ship to party VAT number. So i need to identify those documents.
Can you please help to resolve this problem.

Hi,
To get VAT from the ship to from Billing, You have to first fetch the BILLING NUMBER from the VBRK and then goto the Document flow in VBFA to get the SALES DOCUMENT NUMBER and with sales document you will get the SHIP TO number from the VBPA with the PARVW = SH
Once you got the SHIP TO , then goto the KNA1 and get the VAT ID in the field STCEG
so the logic will be as follows
VBRK---VBELN and then
VBFA--VBELN with the document Category as C
VBPA-VBELN and get the KUNNR with PARVW =SH
Now with KUNNR ( ship to ) get the VAT ID from KNA1-STCEG

How to add a new column (Project Number) in the action items table under NPD Module?

There are two projects with same name and created by same person in NPD.
So when it is displayed in "Action Items" table, It looks similar.
To avoid this, I need one more column (Project Number) to be added in the "Action Items" table and " Strategic briefs and projects" table.
So, How to add a new column (Project Number) in the "Action Items" table and " Strategic briefs and projects" table under NPD Module?
Please do the needful.

There is no out of the box configuration available to add columns to NPD action items. As always we welcome enhancement requests.

For the amount field / quantity field in the field catalog give DO_SUM = 'X' for WHOLE total
For SUBTOTAL
For subtotal you will have to create an internal table sort..Let's say you want to do subtotal for each customer..
DATA: lt_sort type SLIS_T_SORTINFO_ALV,
ls_sort type slis_sortinfo_alv.
CLEAR ls_sort.
ls_sort-spos = 1.
ls_sort-fieldname = 'Give the field name that you do the sum'.
ls_sort-up = 'X'.
ls_sort-subtot = 'X'.
APPEND ls_sort TO lt_sort.
fieldcatalog-do_dum = 'X'.
for subtotals
WA_SORT-FIELDNAME = 'ERSDA'.
WA_SORT-SPOS = '2'.
WA_SORT-UP = 'X'.
WA_SORT-SUBTOTAL = 'X'.
APPEND WA_SORT TO IT_SORT.

Hi Hugo,
try those steps:
1) make a loop with 2 shift registers, initialized with arrays of 5 elements, set to 0.5 each
2) in the loop you append those two arrays containing 5 elements and the new random number (range 0...1)
3) sort the resulting 11 element array
4) take the first 5 for the 5 "smallest values" and the last 5 for "biggest values" and feed them into the corresponding shift register
5) next iteration!

Having issue downloading photoshop on my Mac. I have tried contacting the customer centre case number: 0214257546 They requested me to login to LWS website. But that's telling me I'm not authorized user. Please assist.

I Have been chatting to the customer care (Case number tel:0214257546) i have photoshop cs5 extended wigh serial numbers for windows and mac. There is no doenload appliaction when i try load onto the mac, works perfectly on a windows machine.
the Customer care have suggested I login to the LWS website and try that way. But when I go there it says I'm an unauthorized user and does not give me the option to login at all.

Different Migo posted on the same delivery note number with the same vendor

Hi Experts,
We are facing a peculiar problem while saving migo in the sytem. The system is allowing to post more than one migo with the same delvery note number with the same vendor code in the same financial year. Ideally shystem should give some informative / error messgage during saving one migo. In our company, we capture party invoice number in the delivery note option. Our problem is more promintent if the vendor is non excisable.
How to check this problem.

In Standard SAP, no check is available on "Delivery Note" field for duplicacy. This is only available for "Reference" field in MIRO.

When you are creating customer master system automatically picks the number depending on your asssignment in the account groups for the customer. In xdn1, wheter it is external or internal number range you have to assign what ever you define in xdn1 in particular account group. obd2. or ovt0.
according material. Depending the material you have to create a number ranges mmnr . after that ranges external or internal you have to assign particular material like fert, halb, hawa you can maintain with your wish. in oms2 you will find a filed external number assingment.
