How to Display the Percentage (%) Sign in Planning Form..???

Hi All,
How to display the percentage sign in the planning form in an account..?? I've an account that already set as the percentage for the data type.
What I want is, when I type 50 in my cell, then in my form will be show 50%
Now, I can't see the % sign on my form.
Any Idea..??

I know it's an obvious one but has caught me once or twice before when I've changed many properties numerous times in one day: Make sure you've deployed since you last set the properties!

    Try to use the  [Position|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/9f/dba7e235c111d1829f0000e829fbfe/frameset.htm] option of selection screen.
    By using this you can place the text as a comment at a desired position on the selection screen.
    The syntax would be like this :
    SELECTION-SCREEN POSITION <pos>.

    Returned is a numeric value and it is being correctly displayed in calculated member column. As the value should represent percentage, I need to display a % sign after every value.
    How would I achieve this? I have seen a thread here in the discussion where approach with a formula and DisplayString function is mentioned - but there are no details how this could be achieved....
    The crosstab in question looks like this:
    Calculated Member is based on "REV_TOTAL" group column.
    I also attached the .rpt file (renamed to .txt for upload)

    thanks for the quick reply.
    Unfortunately it is not as easy at it seems - calculated member column is not showing in report designer and I can not apply the suggested approach with formatting toolbar...
    The column only shows here (right click on table ->  "Advanced Calculations" -> "Calculated Member...") and there is no possibility to format it directly:
    Any other suggestions?

  • How to hide the negative sign while displayed in ALV

    Hi,
    I am having a field for 'Price' for which i need the negative sign to do the sum (i.e. futher calculation) but i dont want to display the negative sign which is with 'Price' field in the output screen.
    I tried with the attribute no_sign = 'X' in the field catalogue,but still the negative sign was getting displayed in the output.
    Please help me to not to display the sign in the output.

    Hi Darshana,
    Before displaying the ALV , check what is the value of that particulat field (in a loop ) and if it is less than 0 , make it positive.
    CALACULATION part
    LOOP AT itab into wa.
      IF wa-val1 < 0 .
        wa-val1 = wa-val1 * -1 .
        MODIFY itab from wa INDEX sy-tabix .
      ENDIF.
    ENDLOOP.
    Then build the field catalogue and finally display the ALV .

    I am using How to Document "How To Display All Comments for a Planning Package" to display comments for list of "cost center" against different "fiscal/year" for Key Figure "Budget Amount".
    Below is how the Layout looks like where comments are posted against Cost Center- year combination.
    Cost Center                          2007     2008     2009     2010     2011
    3          2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00
    4          2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00
    6          2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00
    7          2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00     2.00
    This case is very similar to the example given in how to document but after following all the steps correctly in the document and also followings various forum links such as below , I am not able to display the comments for list of Cost Centers.
    "How to...BSP display comments"...problem with row comment
    Below are the issues being faced:
    1) When i save the comments , the icon for comments (indicating that some comments have been entered) is not shown against selection of Cost Center-Year although the comment is saved.Comment are  also visible in BPS0.
    2) On execution "Web interface could not be loaded" - is the message that is shown in the area where BPS application should show all the comments.
    Highly Appreciate any help with issues mentioned above.

    Hello Robin,
    1) please check if you set the row/cell selection property correctly for the layout component in the web interface.
    2) the error does not make sense since the comments are displayed in an iframe using a BSP application, not a web interface. Check the URL in the HTML text component.

    Try this.
    1, Set one dynamic parameter,
    2, Drag and drop that parameter into  your report title.
    3, Pass the value(sort value) dynamically from your application,
    4, Cheers..
    Other wise Try with Dataset, create a dataset and fill thev alue into that.. Then  set the data source from CR designer. and darg and drop that data column into the report.

    But in Purchase Order report requirement is different. We need to display the Buyer's signature on XMLP PO Report. So, where is the best place to store the buyers signatures.(For example if we have 10 buyers with 10 signatures respectively then after approving the PO, we should display that particular buyer's signature in PO XML Publisher report).We observed that in byuers & User's form there is no attachment feature enabled.
    This is an urgent requiremnt. Please help/guide/suggest to resolve this issue.
