How to display things in english instead of Chinese?

I am a Chinese and when I install 11gR2, i chose both Chinese and english languages.
and when I operate on oracle, certain things like error code displays in Chinese.
I want it in english, so how can I fix it?
anyone has any idea?

we does have the option to create the char(calday or ...) value variable replacement with char (calday or ...) info object, we can replace with Report r variable value only not with info object.
i hope we can replace the with info object only with formula variable with replacement.

How to display Oracle error in web page

The data is fetched in oracle and i storre it in vector and display the same in the webpage .Whenever an oracle error or exception occurs , i need that ORA message to be displayed on the page , instead i get the error from Weblogic server being displayed on the page .The weblogic exception takes the precedence and it is displayed. I'm not convince that the null pointer exception is coming from the database. Rather, whatever you wrote to package the result might be at fault. I want to display the File Title instead of File name in the search results. For example when i do the search for the HTML Pages i get the File Names i.e. Index.html However i want 'HTML Page Title' to be displayed instead of File Name.
Please help in this.

Hi Vaib,
first, the search result is displayed with some layout set. The standard layout set used is the SearchResultLayoutSet. This uses the StandardSearchResultRenderer as it's collection renderer. And this in fact renders the display name and not the ID: <i>rnd:displayname(contentLink/[1;2-3]/alignTop/space-right=30)</i> within "Displayed Properties". Maybe on your site the default settings have been changed.

Hi,
If you are using BI 7.0 ,goto Query designer and click the properties under the 'Query'. Then select 'Value Display' from the properties and there is a drop-down 'Display Zeroes' . You can choose 'Zero as Space' from that drop-down for the query.

I checked with my colleagues in the office who use the same network and theirs work just fine on iOS7. Any idea how to fix the problem?

I have also called my service provider and my service remains active in the network. I tried removing and reinserting my SIM but to no avail.

What are you trying to achieve here? If you are using checkboxes than you can't have multiple options to it but would rather have to put static values.
Something like:
