How to displlay multiple Invoice Numbers through Form Personalization?

Dear All,
In Ap invoice form if I query one Invoice and click new menu which is created by me, then it shows Invoice Number as a popup. It's done through Form Personalization. But If we Query 5 Invoices and select all by press and hold the control button and select each and every Invoice and then click our menu, that time I need All 5 Invoice Numbers in Popup. So how Can I do this?
Currently It is showing only one Invoice which currently cursor is there.
So I need all Invoice Numbers in Popup. So plz give suggestions....

How to call a particular Customer through form Personalization

Hi,
Environment :- R12
I have a requirement, to search a Customer info based on Sales Order form.
Requirement:
1. Open the Sales Order form, Query any order
Now the user wants to pull the XBC Cusotmer information which was in the Customer Field.
Naturally we can do by form personalization but here the Customer window is web based one. Can anybody have a hands-on on this. Please let me know.

Query for multiple invoice numbers.

Hi,
My question is if I can add multiple invoice numbers in the search field "invice number"?
For example when I receive a balance confirmation request from a supplier and their list contains 10 invoices. Can I do a search for all 10 at the same time or I can olny do a search one by one?

Hi,
there's no direct possibility to query for multiple Invoice number in terms of entering e.g. 5 number for a query.
But you can work with placeholders '_' and '%' to find multiple invoices at one time. Underscore sign stands
for exactly one character which can have multiple value, percentage sign for multiple ones.
Example (assuming you are using letters and numbers for invoice numbering):
When entering 'A12_' as search String, invoices from 'A120' to 'A12z' would be found.
When using 'A12_01_' all invoices from 'A120010' to 'A12z01z' would be found.
When using 'A12%' all invoices starting with 'A12' - no matter about the rest would be found.
These are only a few examples but i think when using a clever combination of wildcards and parts of the
invoices - which often share a common component, if the invoices come from the same vendor - you'll get
at least a small step farther.

In the Control Data of FS00 there is field 'Authorization Group'
Please Create an Authorization Group for those user ID who can post TDS entries.
then Maintain this group for TDS related GL.
Then others will not able to post to this GL.

Addition of one column in LOV through Form Personalization

While approving a purchase order when we click on Forward check box the forward to field becomes enabled and it has the LOV containing employee names and employee numbers. I want to add another column in this LOV for employee positions through form personalization.
Can any one guide me how to do this.

To set another LOV, you should change the property of your combobox, named LOV_NAME with Forms perso, but you need some PL SQL code to create a new LOV.

One pre-requisite is that your new LOV should have the same number of rows and the same datatype, so I'm afraid you won't be able to do this just using Forms perso

Suppress FRM-41050 through Forms Personalization

I have a view only form wherein the user can view information but cant update. This form gives warning messages FRM-41050 (You cannot update this record) for each record fetched. I am looking to suppress / hide these messages through forms personalization...Can anybody help me or through some ideas on this...thanks in advance

How to print multiple pages of same form with one print command

Hi,
I have created a cheque print form in smartform. There is provision to print multiple cheques. I give multiple cheque numbers from my selection screen and for each cheque the smart form is called in loop. Currently I get preview of 1st cheque then I print 1st cheque then click on back, cancel or exit button and then I get preview of second cheque ans so on...
Now I want to print all the cheques with one print command.
Please advice.

Instead of looping at the smartform multiple times, pass an internal table with the data content to the smartform and use loop/ Table youroption in ur smartform in the main window.in this way u can achieve printing multiple cheques at once and avoid previewing the document several times.

How do i insert into table through forms

I have developed a custom form based on custom table.
the only way to insert data into database table is through form.
there are two tables: one table is to store all contract details & second table is to maintain history forthis.
one condition(col1,col2,col3,col4) are unique combination,we are not creating any PK or FK at database level.evrythng is captured at form level.
if all 4 columns combination exist thn e should not insert that record.
if 4 columns combination doesnot exist then insert into table.
I have used just pre insert,pre update triggers.
I think its a basic form functionality ,by itself it inserts ,update record.now it is doing the same thng.
But I have to add the above condition ,how can i do that.
Pl provide me some ex code .

How to use multiple classes for each form

Hi,
I have created two forms using screen painter and now i want to use different classes for these two forms .
I have declared the Sbo Connection in main class i.e. Set Application ,Connection Context() but while connecting to other classes
for executing the code for that form SAP is not connected to that class.How to use multiple classes functionality i don't able to
do that.Please provide some sample codes for that as it will be more helpful for me to understand.

Hi Amit,
In fact, its more advisable to use separate classes for every form that you use. Have one common class, say, for eg., clsMain.cs which has all the connection and connectivity to other classes, wherein, the menu event and item event of this main class, will just be calling the menu / item event of other classes.
The individual functionality of the child classes will be called from the item / menu event of the respective classes.
Item event in clsMain.cs will be as below.
