How to do PGI for non saleable products

Hi friends,
Pls help me in this scenario..
we have to dispose scraps which are non saleable. what is the procedure to create a document so that we will be able to move the scraps out of the company.
Thanks in advance

1) Material type should be FERT with no MRP views but to maintain Sales, Accounting and Costing views.
2) Seperate pricing procedure for scrap sales with a condition type for Tax Deducted at Source
3) Seperate storage location should be created for scrap yard
4) As and when scrap is generated, create a sale order based on the available stock, do delivery and invoice.

How to config JMS queues for non-AQueue products? Only config files?

Assume I have the requirement NOT to use Oracles built-in Aqueue JMS provider but use another (external)product like:
Apache ActiveMQ, JBossMQ, IBM MQseries,... instead.
Can I config these JMS products through OC4Js web browser config web pages as well or am I forced in such cases to use configuration through XML config files?
How do I tell OC4J NOT to use internal JMS Aqueue queues but use other JMS product?

we have the same problem. We are running two non-clustered weblogic servers and
we want to configure only a failover
with the plugin.
We contacte the bea support but we haven't find a solution.

Default setting for non saleable item for sales order

i have one non saleable order type for breakage/damage goods return
in that order type i want by default system has to pickup the NONS(nonsaleable) storage location
it present right now system is pickup saleable storage location
but in master i have difine both the storage location in system
so how can i do dafult setup for this order type to pickup NONS (non saleable) storage location

The picking location is determined based on the shipping point, the delivering plant, and the storage condition for the material as defined in the material master.
Please do the customization as above.

Urgent! how to add Warning for Phase out product

Hi, Can anyone guide soon on how to add a warning message when an Order/Quatation in SAP CRM for phase out product is created so that any sales representive will come to know if total amount/unit defined in the order can be delivered. Reason is to avoid bigger quantity being entered compared to remaining quantity in warehouse.

You can define a status in the product master. If you are downloading the product from ECC, you can mention the reason in the material master as "Phase Out Product" and when you download this product in CRM, the status will be shown in Sales and Distribution tab against the field Status.
If the reason is added, then it will give a error message to the sales representative that the product is blocked or phased out.

If you are considering Reporting Manager as appraiser.
First get pernr, find out position ID from the infotype 0001, check the relationship A002 maintained for the appraisee's position (HRP1001), and finally to find out Appraiser ID check the relationship A008 (HRP1001) of the appraiser's position.

How to setup EWA for non-ABAP system with SM 4.0 ?

Hi, we are running SM 4.0 with the support-stack 06. I have set-up a solution for monitoring which includes a NW04 WebAS 6.40 Java only system. Has anyone set-up EWA reports for this type of non_ABAP system who can advise of the steps necessary for this ?
It seems like you need to define RFC destinations for where the monitored system data should be collected from , but there doesn't appear to be anywhere to do this for non-ABAP systems ?
I have looked at Note 738676 - Service Data Download for Non-ABAP Components but it hasn't helped and it seems to be SDCC specific, rather than SDCCN.

we are just developing it, at the moment you have the following option, your java system has to send by ccms agends its data to an ABAP 640 system or higher, there you can see its alerts in ccms, then you have to make both system available in SMSY. Then important you have to assign the java system as a system component, then we collect also the java data and shows them in the EWA of the ABAP system. There for go to the main instance tab and set a java main instance to relevant and assign your java system.
This is the old, available standard solution. At the moment we develop it also for java stand alone.
I think it will be available with the new ST-SER in autumn

How to Rverse PGI for partial & full qty for a line item

My requirement is to change the scheduled quantity of schedule lines because goods was not deleivered/partial delivered.
This is a STO scenario. But PGI has been done in delivering plant for full qty.
I cant use T code VL09 as it reverse the complete PGI. I want to reverse only one line item, but this PGI document has other line item as well.
Please help me in finding the way to reverse the PGI for partial & full qty when PGI is having multiple line item.

How do you bill for an expired product?

We have an issue where we occasionally need to bill for an expired material. In this case, the material was used prior to the expiration date; however, by the time the billing is taking place the material has expired. SAP won't allow us to create a billing document for the expired material and because of our business we are unable to simply change the expiration date.
Any thoughts on how we can bill for an expired material?

Create a dummy material, set the material determination link with the expired material, create the sales order with the expired material, the dummy material should pickup in the order. Do the billing with the same.

How to correct journals for non inventory items

Hi All,
One of my client by mistake made a non-inventory item as an inventory item and used FIFO valuation.
Now he has created some 30 purchase invoices, goods receipt PO for it in the last month.
While doing month end they reconcillation they realized the inventory numbers are bloated and found this problem.
Now they have cancelled the old item defination and created a new one.
But the problem is how to correct the journal entries for the what has already been done.
Problem is that Cost of this item is wrong because it got created as a inventory item and was using FIFO.
Please suggest a fastest route to correct this problem.

I guess Inventory revaluation is not possible in case of Non Inventory Item. You must take the goods return on GRN basis......

Lightroom help offers help for non-Lightroom products

HI,
When I open Lightromm and either hit F1 or use the menu to access help. A box opens titled Adobe Community Help. I type in a help topic, oh say "Curves", and get a bunch of results on the left. I click on the first one and I get suggestions for Photoshop 6. If I try and limit search to a single product it offers only Lightroom 3. How can I limit Lightroom 4 help to only Lightroom 4? I don't want suggestions for Photoshop or other Adobe products I don't even have those other products installed.

I can view the LR4 help pages, and follow links within there - but I can not use the side search function in the way (presumably) intended. This computer has LR 3.5 and Photoshop CS5 installed as well as LR 4.1

I need to calculate avarage for each restricted key figures. There are some blank values in this restricted key figures. Now I need to sumup and divide by non blank count. Do you know how to do it? How to count non blnak values and find avereage.

In the properties of Key figure used in column/row, Calculations section, you can maintain calculation type for result as well as single value. There is "Average of all values not equal 0" option is available.
