    Standard Forms
    SALES ORDER
    Output type : BA00
    ScriptForm Name : RVORDER01
    Driver Program Name : RVADR01
    DELIVERY NOTE
    Output type : LD00
    ScriptForm Name : RVDELNOTE
    Driver Program Name : RVADDN01
    smartform name : LE_SHP_DELNOTE
    Smartform Driver Pgm: RLE_DELNOTE
    INVOICE
    Output type : RD00
    ScriptForm Name : RVINVOICE01
    Driver Program Name : RVADIN01
    smartform name : LB_BIL_INVOICE
    Smartform Driver Pgm: RLB_INVOICE
    PUCHASE ORDER
    Output type : NEU
    ScriptForm Name : MEDRUCK
    Driver Program Name : SAPMF06P
    smartform name : /SMB40/MMPO_L
    To copy Standard Purchase order
    1.Go to SE71 tcode
2.create a ZPOFORM layout with EN language and save.
    3. From the second screen from Menu Layout-> copy from enter the std Layout name MEDRUCK and Lang EN  and copy to ZPOFORM.
4.so now the std layout is copied to your layout.
5.now do the changes for this by changing ther LOGO and other field allignments in the respective windows.
6.now you have to assign this layout in the NACE tcode such that your changes will reflect.
    Go to NACE tcode
Select application Type EF and press on OUTPUT types on the menu
Select the output type NEU in the list and press the PROCESSING ROUTINES on the left side
Now the MEDIUM, OUTPUT TYPE, PRINT PROGRAM (SAPMF06P) and the SCRIPT (MEDRUCK) is displayed.
Now remove the MEDRUCK and add the ZPOFORM there and SAVE.
Now Execute the PO Output from TCODE ME9F.by entering a PO number.see the print preview.
    NACE
NACE is the Tcode used to link the Application type, Output Types and its processing Routines like ( Driver programs and attached Script forms or Smartforms).
You should know the Application of a document first Like:
for PO it is EF, for sales Doc's it is V1, for Delivery docs it is V2, for billing Doc's it is V3 etc.
So first select the Application type (ex: EF) for PO and press Output types then a list will come in that you should know the related output type for PO. in this case it is NEU,select that and click on the processing Routines button on the left sideit will display the Medium, Driver Program and the Script form or smartform related to that document..

  • How to Copy Standard form in Smartforms?

    Hi Experts,
can anyone tell how to copy a standard form in Smartforms.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Abdul,
We have to copy them to '800'. (this is your own company define client no)
All Standard Scripts and their respective print programs are listed in table 'TNAPR'.
Ex: FORM MEDRUCK has the Driver Program SAPFM06P.
NOTE: Never make any changes to the Standard Driver Programs
    STEP 1.
    Goto Transaction Code <SE71> and
select from Menu UTILITIES ->Copy from Client.
Enter the Standard Form Name, It source Client 000 and the target Form Name that you want it to be saved as on your client.
Say you are naming it as zmedruck1.
    Click on EXECUTE.
    STEP 2.
    Converting form to English.
Open zmedruck1 in <SE71> With language DE.
Then goto  UTILITIES -> Convert Original Language from DE to EN.
Then you can modify the layout for example, chaging the logo, or changing the headers, or adding any new code to do some calculation etc.,
    SAVE THE CHANGES AND ACTIVATE.
Then select from the menu  FORM -> CHECK -> TEXT.
SELECT your driver program name from the list adn click on COPY.
If you don't see the program name in the list then click on
'APPEND PRINT PROGRAM' and add your program name and then select it from the list and click on COPY.
STEP 3: Assigning our form to the standard print program.
    Start Tr.Code <NACE>.
In our present case since we are working on 'Purchase order' we have to select EF and click on the button Output Types.
Then on Right hand side, scroll down and select  NEU - New P O Printout.
(This may change for different programs).
Then Double click on  Processing Routines on Left hand side.
Change from Display -> Change Mode.
Give your form name (zmedruck1) for printoutput and SAVE.
    STEP 4:
Start Tr.Code <ME22N> since you are working on Purchase order and click on print Preview to make sure your layout etc., changes are OK. If not again you have to make the changes accordingly.
If every thing looks ok then you can print your form.
    Regards,
    Sathish:)

  • Global Variables passing from standard form for use on custom form

    Hi,
I'm trying to grab a value from a standard form, and pass it to a new custom form, which I am opening automatically from the standard form via personalizations. Is anyone aware of a way to send a value from one form to another? I was going to try using a global variable, which it looks like you can set through personalization. I tried doing it by passing the value as a form parameter, which works if I hard code a value, but it doesn't work if I refer to a value from the standard form.

in your E-Business-environment may exist some special codings, which you have to think of, when passing parameters through the application.
Copy the question to your EBS-Forum. They know ways using personalization and passing parameters

Ok, if so, I apologize for jumping to the wrong conclusion. But, to me it sounds like a student hit the "Using Swing" chapter in the text and was given the following assignment:
For this assignment you are working as an administrator in a private college and you need to solve the following problem:
You need to create a student registration form that uses most of the graphical user interfaces(GUI) features. The form should consist of the following features:- Label, Button, Check box, Radio Button, List, Panel and Layout. The GUI features must be functional.
    You have two weeks.
Now, I suppose that I could be wrong, if so, I apologize and go with the previous poster that said ask a comp sci student to do this for you.

  • How to call standard form in custom form

    sir,
please help me .in calling standard form through custom form
    Edited by: user11996389 on May 15, 2012 10:00 PM

    Hi,
As far as I understand, you have a standard form, S and a custom form, C. You want to call S from C.
The API mentioned in my previous reply is the standard way to call one form from another in Oracle Apps. You may invoke this API from a trigger like WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED. The API has a few mandatory parameters which you need to provide in order to successfully call the form. As mentioned, please refer to the Developer's Guide.
If you have any doubts or face any problems/errors, post the details here. Forums members will be reluctant to help if you do not put in some efforts of your own.

  • How to compile a form without using apps in r11?

Is any possible to compile a form without using the apps?
We want to create an account(not use apps) to "compile a form" in our test environment for special developer.
What should I do if it's possible to do?
or If not what can I do?

Thank you guys for kindly reply.
We are merging with the other company now.
Their developer will test in our test/dev environment.
But the policy don't allow them to access the apps account directly.
It looks like I can't create a non apps user which has got same rights/privs as apps user.
The best option for me is to let developer compile the form in NON PROD env with apps user
or create a custom shell script to compile the form like srini said.
    Thanks,
    Nick

  • How to create a form by using an existing Word document.

Just installed Adobe XI Pro.  Now trying to create a form from an existing word file.  After choosing my file I cannot click on the button (Current document).  Error message appears:  An unexpected error occurred.  PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF.

Try starting with the file opened in Word and creating the PDF from there. You can either use PDF Maker (Acrobat toolbar in Word) or print to the PDF printer. If that works, you can open the PDF in Acrobat and ruun the form wizard to automatically add the fields, or add them manually.

  • How to Replicate Standard Alternating Colors using XSL-FO??

    Hi All
I am using Apex_3.1, Apache fop and Standard Report Printing to produce PDF reports. We would like to replicate the theme 12 (Blue) standard alternating colors in our PDF output.
I do realise that this involves modifying the xsl-fo and have tried putting color attributes in the xsl-fo (Generic Columns). I know I can just put the color in the apex print settings but that doesn't give me the alternating colors.

  • Quick Tip: How to create editable form fields | Acrobat X Tips & Tricks | Adobe TV

A short tip that details how to create editable form fields using Acrobat X Std. or Pro.
    http://adobe.ly/wzXkmL

I have created a form which will be filled out by customers and sent back to me via 'submit' button. What I am trying to figure out is when we receive the filled out form, is there any way to have it as a pdf. To clarify, when the form is filled out and sent, the receiver opens the email and attached is a non-editable pdf. This way the customers information is no longer editable.
