How to dowload an older version

Question

I am not technie-oriented. I want to download v.30 (actually I'd really rather go back to 28), but I have no clue how to do it. I tried copying the files from another computer to my new computer last night and got it set up and this morning its gone!
I found these two links

but all the explanations look like Greek (or Geek, lol) to me.
I cannot find step by step download for dummies instructions.
I got to the versions site
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/30.0/
selected a version and found a bunch of files. But there is no 'download' button :-(
I would really appreciate it if someone could provide me w/the how to for dummies instructions.
I do understand that there is some risk involved, but I already downloaded v. 32 and found it awful. The font is so tiny and even tho I tried several different add-ons, including the classic theme restorer, nothing would increase the font or tab size. Plus it isn't compatible w/my favorite theme.
Right now I don't have any version of FF since the one I installed last night has apparently disappeared.

PS, I do understand that making FF secure is critical, but all the other 'aesthetic' changes are not all that welcome and some actually cause inconvenience in that it takes more hand/mouse movements to do what I did before in less.
I know ya can't please everyone, but it might help to offer more than one aesthetic version w/the security updates. (JMHO)

Thank you cory. I did try the zoom & the no squint. I even went into something I found on the menu bar that allowed me to choose a minimum size font. Using one at a time and in combination, I got larger font everywhere but the tabs, which is where I really need it. Plus there was distortion in that the larger font (tried 13, 16 & 18) overlapped whatever it was near. I never could find anything that increased the size of the tabs to what they used to be in v. 30.

edmeister, thank you for your reply. I have been using FF since pre v. 3.6. I REALLY liked FF, (mostly v. 3.6 & 24. 28 was ok w/a bunch of add-ons to make it like the older versions). I would prefer to stay with FF because of its speed. And to be honest, I'm in the middle of setting up a new computer and don't want to have to take the time to familiarize myself w/a new browser.
I also liked FF's simplicity and ease of modification. But they keep changing things and it's not so simple or even recognizable any more. And it's becoming time-consuming to modify. We now need more & more add-ons in order to get it back to the way we liked and were familiar with. BTW, (I have read many, many comments in the FF forums that reflect this.)
The more add-ons we have to use, the slower FF becomes. Plus they don't always do what they say they do and/or don't always instruct how to modify. I detest IE because it's even slower and less customizable than FF has become. And I refuse to use chrome because it is too invasive (I.e. privacy-wise).
I just want the old easy to use, faster, less cumbersome FF back!
Something Mozilla designers/programmers might want to consider is that there are many people with some kind of vision impairment. And with the increasing baby boomer population comes eye and joint related issues.
Soooooooooooooo, having a way to make the menu, tool bars & tabs & their font size (which get tinier and tinier) larger would be a great boon to all.
Plus when programmers design things to be improved and it takes the end user more mouse/hand movements than what they used to be able to do in less, then that is contributing to repetitive motion injuries which affect the fingers, hands, wrists, neck, etc. And this doesn't just affect baby boomers; it affects everyone.
And yes, I have sent my comments in before, but not sure it has hand any affect.
