First, you will have to completely uninstall 11g, see steps below:

This should be followed by installing 10g, and then applying 10g patches to reach 10.1.3.4.1 version. I hope you have all the right 10g installation files available. Im not sure if you can download them from Oracle anymore, please check before proceeding.

Sadly, Apple is amazingly good at keeping users from downgrading an iPhone. For some reason, a prior update (5.1.1) bricked my 3GS, and that's how I learned the hard way how firmly Apple had control of the upgrade/downgrad process. I find that annoying, as well as the fact that Apple "pushes" (figureatively and literally) updates on users, many of whom simply update immediately, without realizing there could be a downside. I've been amazed at how many non-techy iPhone using friends have complained to me about maps, and they wish they had never updated to iOS 6.
Anyway, I'm still using iOS 5 on my iPhone 4S, as I just feel too attached to my good old Google-based Map app (and the web version of Google Maps is really very different than the App version -- I tried it, thinking I would finally update my iPhone, but was really dissatisfied with the web version). I do know iOS 6 is superior in many ways, but for now, I am just that attached to my good old Map app.

I am in the process of upgrading 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.3. So far things are going smooth. However, I want to have a rollback procedure ready in case anything goes wrong.
Maybe I am not looking good enough, but I am having tough time finding document on how to downgrade crs in case of human errors during upgrade.
1) Has anyone downgraded the CRS? If yes, does it cause any startup issues after downgrade?
2) Does anyone know a metalink note id which explains the steps to downgrade CRS?

AFAIK, there is no supported way to downgrade the CRS from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.2. You may have restore from the backup (including voting/ocr devices and other config files under /etc).

Could you please walk me through this process? Also, the Elements 8 is now telling me that "new files have been found in my Watched Folders" and wants to know if I want to add them to my Media Browser. This would defintely load my pictures into the new program but unfortunately, it would not include the collections or tags I've already spent years attaching. Should I click "no" before we proceed? I was afraid to do that and then still not be able to load my catalog. Please advise.

Yes, in your current situation I would click NO to adding those new files from the Watched Folders at this time. You want to complete the process of converting your older catalog first.
I suspect that you are referring to one of John Ellis's FAQs, so perhaps John will respond soon. Otherwise someone else can try to help you, if you give a more specific reference to where you are reading these instructions.

If I understand you correctly, I'm afraid you can't transfer an upgrade from one one site to another. The best thing for you to is to perhaps write over the upgraded site files with the correct ones.

You can only do a clean install of Windows 7 to "downgrade" from Windows 8.1. There is no other path.
And you must ensure your hardware has support for Windows 7. Many of the platforms with Windows 8 do not have the necessary drivers to support the installation.

How to copy catalog from external hard drive to computer hard drive to use smart previews when not connected to external hard drive?

I am very new to LR5. I have LR5 set up so that my catalog and photos are on an external hard drive. I found out that when not connected to the hard drive, LR5 cannot find my catalog, therefore, I cannot do any editing in smart previews unless connected to the external hard drive. How can I fix this issue so that I can edit photos without being connected to the external hard drive. Is there a way of copying the catalog off the hard drive on the computer hard drive or do I need to reestablish a new catalog using LR5? Does the catalog always need to be loaded on the hard drive? Yes that is correct. The LR catalog must be on the computers internal drive. Then when you have Smart Previews enabled you can edit image without having the drive they are on connected. Then when you connect that drive the images will be updated.
Just COPY those 4 folders over to your internal drive to a folder called Lightroom Catalog that you create. Then Open LR and go to the File menu item and select Open Catalog. Browse to the folder you created called Lightroom Catalog and select the Lightroom 5 Catalog.lrcat file and click Open. Once Lightroom restarts open the preferences, Edit>Preferences, and on the General Tab in the Default Catalog section make sure "When starting up use this catalog:" area lists where you have copied those folders. Something like Macintosh HD/Wherever you created that folder/That folder name/Lightroom 5 catalog.lrcat.

No need to contact Cisco but you'll need to contact the service provider your client is paying service contract (for maintenance).
You run the command to activate IP Base license and reboot the switch. This is all you need to do.

Ok, let me tell you what I tried to do. Restore through Itunes didnt work, got a lot of errors mainly pointing to hardware issues. I once managed to get it jailbroken through a friend, and then asked him to reset it completely so I could restore it in Itunes again (I had no compulsive intention to remain jailbroken then, I wish I had not reset it and continued using it in jailbroken mode).So I have just one choice left now...jailbreak. In order to use a specific software title, I need to rollback/downgrade the operating system on my iMac G5. When attempting to start up from the OS x 10.3 install cd, the iMac puts up the grey apple picture, and then stalls out, and won't ever go any further. I know that there are no issues with the CD, as I also had to rollback the OS on my PowerBook G4. Could it be something with the iMac itself? Or, am I goofing up somehow?

Install CDs are machine specific, if you are trying to use the one that came with your G4, it will not work. In any case, you cannot install an OS that is earlier than the one the computer came with, so if yours came with 10.4, you cannot install 10.3.

Only if you have the previous version still on your computer. If so, try this.
Remove the latest update from the iTunes/iPod updates folder.
For Vista, I believe it's C:\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Software Updates.
Then prevent iTunes from checking the internet for a new update (preferences/general and remove the check mark from "check for updates automatically), then click restore. Or simply disconnect your modem from the computer.
You should then be asked if you want to use the previous version of the iPod software.

If you're onna Mac, give 1.3.1 a new name by adding the verion number after the word "lightroom", then drop the 1.2 in your Applications folder.
