Installation Error when Downloading Adobe Illustrator Trial Version: Error -60
I get the following error again and again, also after uninstalling and re-installing creative cloud:
The download appears corrupted. Press Cancel, wait a few minutes and try again (-60)
Have tried LAN connection insted of WLAN, no installation log files are found, don't konw what to do now...check your file sizes to see if you have an incomplete download and/or use a different browser to download.
if all else fails, have someone else download or use a different connection and usb stick to transfer from a computer with a better connection, or use a download manager. -

so CS6 version of Photoshop would be apt for you.

You could use the new 'Trial reset' feature of Ai 17.1.0 to again get back your trial for 30 days.
Maybe the uninstallation was un-clean and hence you are not able to install AI again. You could use the cleaner tool from <http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html?promo id=GYTAU> to clean up remnants of AI CC only. Afterwards, launch Creative Cloud Desktop App to see the option to 'Try' AI again. Click that to install AI 17.1.0.
