How to download again after formatting PSElements 11 AND piracy mail address and Adobe account?

Sorry ! My language is french. So a lot of mistakes...
On March 12, 2013, I bought PS Elements 11 download, under order n° AD003963261BE.
In may 2014, hacking and destruction of my Email address. Therefore, no access to my Adobe Account, and all my historical purchases.
A week later, formating my PC ans loss PS Elements 11.
Since multiple trials to recover this PS Elements 11 software, without success.
Only available to download PS Elements 12 for purchace or trial.
Contact impossible with Adobe "Customer Servive" Belgium. (Please avoid the term "Service" : this not a "Service")
For example, on this day, 06.06.2014, 14.25, call Belgian "Service Clientèle" n° 02-711 99 50...
I receive a music during 65 minutes... and nobody to ear me... "Service"??? Where ???
I want to use again this software I bought and paid for.
But how and where to find this logiciel to download again ?
Thank you for your help and/or informations about it.
Tip : Never buy a software download only... Always buy with a CD...

After many hours setting up OS10.10 from he scratch the last step should be installing m Adobe apps again.
trying this I always get the error message that creative cloud does not accept case sensitive file systems and I shall use another drive.
This means I have to set up the whole machine again after formatting without case sensitive but then having copy problems with my NAS?

how to install leopard again after formating hd and now it just allows me to download yosemite. When i insert the original cd of leopard it doesnt restart from it!!!
I made a mistake formating hd without creating a bootable disk... So i started the process to install yosemite, then i formated the hd and forgot that the installer was no more in applications because no more applications forlder!!! after the format it just allows me to install directly from app store which is taking 18 hours to download.
I tried to restart with original leopard cd but it didnt recognize it and jump back to yosemite install from app store..
What should i do?

How did you even manage to start installing Yosemite? What operating system did you have before you upgraded? It wasn't Leopard, since you need Snow Leopard (10.6) to get to the App Store.

June 16, 2014 8:04 AM kglad replied me "In response to leautus" about my question: "How to download PSE11 Effective formatting again ..."
At that date I succeeded in install PSE11 on my laptop.
Today, I can not reinstall PSE11 on my desktop PC = "The serial number is invalid".
Previously since purchasing 12 March 2013 PSE11 was installed on both devices (mobile and fixed).
Following the instructions online, "The installer does not accept your serial number" I go in "The serial number does not work."
Here the problem: My Adobe account used for this purchase with the email address "benoit.lotus @ gmail.com" was pirated and therefore account inaccessible. Result serial number also inaccessible.
But this serial number I had noted : removed- **** and it was successfully used for installation on the notebook.
How should I do to again use this software PSE11 at the office and while traveling?

PhotoshopElements11...

Go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads and click the Try next to Elements.
Once you have the trial installed, use your newly-purchased serial number to register it.

So, you are saying that you set up a brand new Apple ID and then signed into iCloud with it, correct?
Are you also saying both accounts are disabled for Security reasons? If not, why can't you sign on with the one that is not disabled?

I have just bought an iphone 3GS 8gb and set up my email account which is the same as the one on my pc (POP3 btinternet) when I delete an email or all of them all of the ones that I have already opened and deleted download again? (set to 25 latest) not just any new ones...how do I set it stop this and just get the new ones?
I have my email account set to leave a copy on the server (Outlook)and this doesnt keep reloading deleted emails??

When creating a POP account with a new email client, all new messages that remain at the incoming mail server for the account will be downloaded as new and unread messages regardless if the messages have already been downloaded as new and unread messages with another email client - in the case with Outlook on your PC. This has nothing to do with Apple and the iPhone. The same would occur after creating a POP account with any new email client. This is the nature of a POP account. Although it is possible to access a POP account with more than one email client, a POP account is designed to be accessed with a single email client only. All messages that remain at the incoming mail server with a POP account will be downloaded as new and unread messages - the same would occur if you deleted and recreated the account with Outlook on your PC.
