So my nokia x7 phone works well but my dad doesn't let me use 3g network and my app store doesn't work so i was wondering if theres a way to get apps or how to fix this problem.

Well, If you want then you can download the apps from any other website or source than Ovi store, Scan it for viruses and then put it into your phone through normal installation process or you can copy it to your memory card and then insert it into your phone, since its a smart phone, it can install applications.

I agree that this is silly, I'm with 3UK and get completely unlimited data on my Tariff.
It's a pain having to find a WiFi point just to download an app. Especially when sometimes, my 3G is faster than some public WiFi points
Another silly thing is the fact that when I'm out with a Mate, I can tether to his iPhone and download apps via WiFi over his 3G connection
WiFi/3G dongles also work. But that's beside the point
Maybe if they gave you a warning before downloading.
ie. "This application exceeds 50MB. do you wish to download using your dataplan or later via WiFi"

There are some Apps you can use, but be careful they will only download these videos inside the App, so you won't ba able to play them in your video app or share them.
Most popular is the app called "Video Download" but there are a lot of alternatives for free and even with more quality which you can pay for.

Since the applications were purchased on the older account, you will need to log into that account to update them. The newer account will not recognize the purchases because they are not a part of the purchase history for the specific account.

Did you try to change the location in Settings/iTunes & AppStore/AppleID -> view Apple ID, log in ->Country/Region -> India?

Sign up for what? All you need is airplay enabled on ATV, then when iPad is on the same network you double tap home button, swipe (left to right motion) and you will bring up the volume/brightness controls, along with airplay. Tap on airplay (rectangle with triangle in it) and select ATV, toggle ON mirroring.
The only way to mirror the iPad is wirelessly through ATV or by purchasing the adapter and connecting directly to your TV. Bluetooth via your Blu-Ray player won't help with this.
