How to download files from iCloud in my iPAD

Hi,
I have set up iCloud in my laptop and uploaded a PDF file successfully.
Now in my iPAD, I have completed the setting up my iCloud account from "Settings" tab but I am not sure where i should go and download this PDF file into my iPAD
please help

If the PDF is in iCloud Drive, you have to use an iCloud Drive compatible app that can open PDF files, such as Documents 5 by Readdle.
