I am a novice and goofed. We had Version 9.0 installed. We received an email "Upgrade to the latest PDF Reader for Windows". In opening and seeing that it was only a free trial for version for version2012 i closed the site, I then somehow ended up with a free download to version 11 and only after realised that it was not Adobe but Babylon. When finished i found out that our Adobe 9.0 was deleted.

There is no versioin 2012. There is no version 11 (unless you received something from the future). Reader X is the latest and greatest and is recommended in terms of protection from internet based threats. If you wish to download Reader 9 you can find it here:

You will then need to update it to the latest version of 9.4 which I believe is 9.4.7

You don't need a CD to download anything; just download & install the trial from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements, then activate it with your serial number.

Which operating system are you using? The file sizes are different depending on your OS. In general though if you got 10 to 15 gigabytes of disk space you should be more than fine. If you are under 10 gigabytes it might be a good idea to do some spring cleaning on your computer to start freeing up some space.

How do I delete Adobe Photoshop CS6 Trial from my Mac Mini? I was upgrading to Adobe Photoshop CS6 not extended. So now I have Adobe Photoshop CS5, CS6, and CS6 extended. My computer is running very slowly. Are all these programs large? Can I delete all but the CS6 and how do I keep the photos I've done in CS5 in CS6 if I want to delete the CS5?

Your photos won't be affected by uninstalling anything. Neither Photoshop nor Bridge keep, import or store any image files. They are all wherever you installed them. (Unlike the crappy Apple iPhoto application, which hides your images from you inside the application package .)
Two very important caveats:
1.— Never drag any Adobe applications or their folders into the trash! Always use the Adobe Uninstaller installed by default with each application.
2.— The time to uninstall an older application is BEFORE installing newer versions of the application. The reason for that is that the Adobe Uninstaller can and in all likelihood will damage later version installs.
If you want to reclaim HD space, your best bet now is to uninstall all versions, including the most current one, then run the CSCleaner Tool, which you can search from and download for free from the Adobe downloads site, then Repair Permissions with Apple's Disk Utility, then re-install the latest and most current versions. Finally, Repair Permissions with Apple's Disk Utility once again.
Remember that Photoshop 14.x, which would have been "CS7", but now will be "CC", is scheduled to be released on June 17, less than two weeks from today,

Download and save both files to the same folder then double click on the file2 (a .exe file) to start the unpack of the other file. May take a little while to get going.
Or you could copy the contents of the DVD to a memory stick on the PC with the DVD drive and then use that.

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 a few years ago and have been using it on a regular laptop. I just replaced that laptop with a tablet and I want to load the software on this new device. However it does not have a cd drive. I used a portable hard drive to move the contents of the directory from the old laptop to the new laptop, but I don't know how to install.

How can I deactivate Adobe photoshop elements 9 when its un-installed? I told my husband I had to get it off the third computer but he trying to help me did not deactivate it before he un-installed it!!!!
Now what? I am only using this on 2 computers and I'm told I am using it on a 3rd and I'm not.
How can I fix this?
It wont work on the 3rd one anyway because its so old and limited it crashes every time I try. But I need this on my 2 good computers.

One way could be to reinstall it on the third computer and then deactivate it and uninstall it.
If that doesn't work out or if you'd rather try this route it should work... contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone and they should be able to help. Chat is usually 24/7

Thanks for response. I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again. But this time, it's not English version but the other that I cannot recognize. How can I do? I forgot to save the serial number, where can I check it?

The language is tied to the serial number. Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

I have been working with P/S 7.0 for a long time. M y DELL desktop crashed
and I lost everything in my working projects. I want to load the program
onto my laptop (enough space) but all I can find is my serial number. I don't
know if I EVER had a program disc. Can I find the download and use my old
