Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to redownload it directly on your phone via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone.
If not then you can connect the pne to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of the computer's iTunes (you can enable the seidbarvia option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC) and then use the Music tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync it to your phone.

I have a new powerbook and want to give my girlfriend my old G4 power book, she has a new iphone 5s, and wants to create a new itunes/apple id. When i try to de authorize the G4 and sign in with her new apple ID it says bad password, how can i release the G4 from my cluster of authorized apples and make her the owner so she can download music and more importantly sync her music with her phone, she only has 3 songs on her iphone, and loaded all her CD's into the g4 but cant sync, im no dummy and this shouldnt be hard, but its driving me crazy!!!!!!

How did you get it onto the phone in the first place? You had to have synced it from a computer if it wasn't purchased from the iTunes store. You should still have it in your iTunes library...
Other than for items purchased from the iTunes store, media sync is one way, computer to iPhone. There is no supported method of getting other music off of the phone to a computer. If you google, you may find some useful utilities that will help.
If the media resides on a different computer and you're changing the one you are going to sync with, just back up the iTunes library and transfer it to the new computer.

Let me restate my question, above. I have just joined iTunes and have downloaded the iTunes software onto my Windows 7 laptop. I have now used that iTunes software to find songs in iMusic, that I want to buy. I have found the songs. 40 of them. I put them into the "Wish List". Now I suppose I have to purchase these 40 songs and download each of them onto my laptop, but there are no apparent buttons to make the purchase. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchased content.

I ended up changing the user agent reported by my web browser to fool the website into thinking I was using a different web browser. On Google Chrome, press Ctrl-Shift-I to open the Developer Tools, then click the gear in the lower-right corner of the window. Check "Override User Agent" then select "Internet Explorer 7" from the drop-down.
Once upon a time, you could download the 32-bit version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/affiliates/download/, but the download link hasn't been updated recently and points to an old version of iTunes.
If, like me, you think Apple should provide a link to the 32-bit version from the main download page, I would recommend giving Apple your feedback.
