I bought a HP Touchpad to view Bursa Exchange, which require JAVA software to run. I have tried a couple of time trying to download the free java software but still not able. Please help me how to download JAVA into my HP Touchpad.

If you are creating your XML "by hand" then just make sure your hands know that you have to do that. It isn't difficult to write a Java method to do it, if "by hand" means "in Java code". Otherwise your XML is not well-formed. And as far as I know there is no package that takes ill-formed XML and fixes it up.

How to key java software to the machine.

I made a java standalone app.
However, I would like to add security so that people can't easily make a copy of the classes/jar file and email it to friends.
One of my thoughts was to dynamically key the software to the person's computer somehow. And give them a per pc license agreement.
QUESTION #1: Does anyone have any thoughts on how I would key it to the computer the first time it starts up?
QUESTION #2: Another option of mine is to require the user to enter their phone number as a type of serial key at the beginning of each usage. Because the phone number is kinda private and they won't want everyone in the world to have their phone number. So my question is when the user is going to download the software from my web site - is there a way to dynamically add the phone number to the class compile and jar it and send it to them. if so could someone explain how ?

Theres the stnadard, enter your name, phone, address and then you give them a code that will only work with that name phone, address, etc, maybe even have it work with the date. Or if you can take the MAC address from a piece of hardware (assuming that they don't replace it) or some other number that can be aquired from the hardware through code, and base it on that...there are many many ways, and people usually crack most of them if the program is important enough. The only one i have seen work are ones that force you to authenticate over a network...

If you have zip file of the project then unzip it into your project location where all projects are there .then in NWDS go to file->import->multiple existing project into workspace->browse the file where you have saved it and select the comp folder inside the project folder->click finish.Now you are able to see the webdynpro project in the webdynpro explorer.If its not appearing then go to Navigatore and right click on project and click on open project, it will open the project in webDynpro explorer.

The latest Java SE 7 JDK and Java SE 6 JDK do not have 32 bit WIndow version. I see from other forum that installing 86bit will also do the trick but when I install Android development software, it doesn't identify Java SE JDK. Does anyone encounter the same problem too?

It is possible that either a) you were using different scanning software other than HP software for scanning, or b) the HP software is different on Windows 7, than on Windows XP, as they are completely different Operating Systems, and could be a newer version of the software.
Some other methods of scanning can be found within this How to Scan guide, HP Multifunction Printers - How to Scan: Windows 7, you can try scanning without HP software as well.
