In the Creative Cloud Application go to the preferences, there klick on Apps and select the desired App Language.
Mabe that you have still installed Photoshop in several languages, so look first in Photoshop's preferences in the User Interface pane, there is a menu to change the application language, all installed laguages are listed and can be selected, After a new start of Photoshop the program runs with the selected language.

I played a little bit and could got it work without a PC suite.
I found there is an option "input language" (sorry don't know how Nokia calls it in English). There I can choose 5 languages English, French, German, Italian, Nederlands, Türkish. But it was only possible to translate from English to English. Strange, because I could not define them at languages (source, target).
I simpy copied the SIS-files on the µSD-card and opened them with the filemanager in "office". I could install a lot languages, but then I was forced to delete them again. It looks like it is only possible to install English + 2 other languages.

I need to switch a Creative Cloud license from one computer to another. I deactivated the license via the CC Desktop App and then uninstalled it from the first computer. Now I want to download it on the other computer and activate. The Adobe website does not make it easy to figure out how to do that. Their standard help page only got me as far as deactivation from the first computer. Can someone tell me how to download it? The company I work for already has a license paid for.

One way is to Download the data Directly from the database table using the path SE11->Give table name ->Execute -> system ->List ->Save ->Local File

Did you try to change the location in Settings/iTunes & AppStore/AppleID -> view Apple ID, log in ->Country/Region -> India?
