Hi,
I uninstalled the F2200 printer driver and now, after reinstallation, the OCR component is missing. How can I install it? It came with the printer when I first bought it.

I was given Epson Stylus NX420 3 in 1 printer with my MacBook Pro and would like to set it up but when I insert the disc it comes out. How do I go about downloading the disc to set up the printer? Wireless.

You can also download the drivers (software) from the Epson site here.
The drivers on the disc may not be up to date, so downloading from Espon assures you have the lastest driver version.
Once the drivers are installed, open System Preferences > Print & Scan then select the Print tab.
Click + to add a new printer and follow the instructions. -

I understand that you have used the same account for many years, but the technology is also changing constantly. Years ago the standard was POP (Post Office Protocol), which was designed at a time when it was inconceivable that anyone would access their email from more than one device. When people started using multiple devices, for the most part they wanted to see changes on one device mirrored on another. A new standard, IMAP (Internet Mail Access Protocol) was developed. With iMAP the master copy of all messages resides on a server, and multiple devices are kept in sync with the server. So if you delete a message from one device it is removed from the server, and then removed from all other devices when they next sync. This is the same way Microsoft Exchange works. Other benefits of IMAP include the ability to have multiple mail folders that are kept in sync across devices. In your case you could use this to create a separate folder for each family member, so they could move messages to their own folder and not clutter up the shared Inbox. Most computer mail readers can even automatically sort incoming mail into folders based on the contents of the message.
IMAP is considered a "higher level" standard than POP. When you create a mail account iOS devices query the server and ask what it supports; if it says it supports IMAP then the account is automatically configured for IMAP. So if you really want POP you must fool it, as described in the link above. In my experience Android devices default to the highest level protocol also, and I suspect newer Blackberries do (although it has been 15 years since I used a BB). -

The season does not download. Individual episodes download when the user selects them. The ATV (2nd and 3rd gen) have no appreciable onboard storage, everything is streaming.
Honestly, content will download faster to iTunes on a computer, for there it can be streamed to the ATV on the same network via the Computers option on the ATV. -

I downloaded the Apple software for my Pixma, IP6210D series printer. There is no 'Color Matching', option or 'print options', pop up menu available. According to the instructional book that came with the printer - the Mac how-to section those options should be available.
In the 'Page Setup', dialog box the 'OK' button is not listed. The two choices are cancel and print.
How on earth do I get to the 'Print Options', box?

If you click the triangle next to the printer name, this will expand the print dialog and from this view you can see all the menu options as mentioned in the guide. -

Does anyone have a report that they would share that shows all open tickets with the last Public Response made on the ticket? A ticket might have several internal notes added to it, but I only need the last Public Response comment to show. Thanks.
