How to download older versions of Photoshop

Hello,
I purchased the Photoshop CS about 5 years ago. My machine became dead and I no longer have the CD with me but I saved the serial number. Could I download this old version again?

I would not expect Adobe to have downloads of older versions of PS available, though could be wrong on this. If you have your S/N and you registered your copy of PS, Adobe will have a record of that - look in your Adobe ID User Account. I do not know how far back Adobe offers replacement discs for their programs, but they might be able to sell you a replacement disc for your version. To do so, they will need your Adobe User ID and your S/N, so have those handy, when contacting them.

PS always guard all installation discs, and never throw any away. I still have mine from ver. 2.5, plus every other Adobe program that I own. This goes back for decades, and is probably over 100 CD/DVD's.

    I've tried to download previous versions but don't know how have followed the steps that adobe has given but my creative cloud doesn't come up with install but try and when i press it, it downloads and i just wanted to fins previous versions of photoshop such as cs6 and trial it thanks.

    You can access previous CC versions of Photoshop from the CC Desktop.
    First under "Find New Software", select "Previous versions"
    Then under Photoshop, click the arrow on the Install button to see and install Previous Photoshop versions.

    Where did you buy your Mac? All new Macs come with iMovie assuming you're buying from Apple or an authorized retailer.
    If you bought from a third party can you contact them and try to get the original DVDs that came with the Mac? They will contain iMovie.
    If that doesn't work you can still buy iLife '11 on sites like Amazon.

    I bought Pages from the App Store to run on my MacBook in 2012 which is limited to Snow Leopard. After reformatiing and updating the MacBook, I went to the App Store to re-download Pages and was greeted with the message that the current version will not run on my MacBook, and requires Mavricks!
    So I thought if I bought and paid for an App through the App Store, that Apple was supposed to make the last version that supports my Mac available always. So how do I fix this? Is there some secret way to download the correct version of Pages from the App Store?

    I bought iPhoto in App Store 03.11.12 for Mountain Lion. When I changet a country in my Apple ID all my previous purchases disappeared from list. Couple of weeks ago I upgraded my OS X to Mavericks and of course I upgraded iPhoto too. But Mavericks works much worse on my Mac, maybe model of my Mac is too old. So I decided to downgraded it back to Mountain Lion. But when I want to install iPhoto again it jump out a sign that I can't install it because my OS X is too old and I need OS X Mavericks.     I inherited this app and signing the third party jars is how it was setup, I was wondering the same thing too, why was it necessary to sign the third party jars?
    The applet runs in either JRE 1.6.0_13 or JRE 1.6.0_27 depending on the other Java apps the user uses. JRE 1.6.0_13 does not have the mixed code security (so it is like is disable), but JRE 1.6.0_27 does have the mixed code security and the applet will not launch with mixed code security enable, so we have to disable it. With all the hacking going on in the last two years, is important to improve security; so this is a must.
    Yes, I always clear up the cache.

    According to Wikipedia, 4 years ago you would most likely have bought Photoshop CS5.
    You can download Photoshop CS5 from Adobe.  Start here:
    Download CS5 products
    You'll need your serial number to activate it.  If you don't have that, you can likely find it on Adobe's main web site after you've logged-in with your Adobe ID.  See the Find your serial number quickly link to pursue that.
