How to download pictures from the cloud to a new phone

I have a new iPhone 6 plus and want to get my pictures from my iphone 4s. they are backed up to the cloud.

Pictures are not "backed up" to iCloud, with the exception of their inclusion in a full backup of the device. If they are in Photo Stream, then they will be in the Photo Stream tab in the Photos app once you sign into iCloud on the iPhone 6. If they are part of a backup, then you need to choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" during the setup process on the iPhone 6. If you've already set it up, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, to start over.

When you say to open the image in another window, do you mean another Safari window? When I do and right click on the image, I don't get the "Inspect Element" option. I have tried your other suggestion, and that doesn't work either.
So.... I'm still puzzled...
I am also working in the same version of Safari (4.0.4) but this may be because I have the "Develop" menu (between Bookmarks and Window). If you do not, that will not be available to you. I can tell you how to get this, but as a newer user, this may be (for now) more information than you want.
However, if you do open that image in a new window, the toolbar will display the URL of the image.
As to the other solution, I may not have explained this clearly enough. Let me suggest another route to the same idea. With an image in a web page, drag it to the desktop. When it is on the desktop, highlight the image (click once) and then use the Finder > File menu and the item, Get Info. The large panel that opens will give the URL and this works for any file downloaded from the internet, which makes it a useful security check too.

I have already began the process of downloading songs from the cloud onto my itunes library. My internet decided to rest itself so once i reconnected to the internet I had to pause all downloads. I am now trying to finish the process of downloading the songs and itunes has been processing the file of 3 songs for the past hour. Is there anyway I can fix this?

I doubt the first generation ATV supports iCloud.
iCloud was introduced long after the first ATV and there have been no more updates for the first ATV.

Check to see if they appear in the My Photo Stream album on the device that the photos were taken on. If they are, then they were successfully added to your photo stream. If not, ensure that after taking the photo your device is connected to wifi, the camera app is closed and your device has at least 20% battery life remaining. All three conditions must be met for a photo to be added to your photo stream. If they are, and photos are still not being added to photo stream, save any existing photo stream photos on your device to your camera roll (unless already there), then go to Settings>iCloud>Photos, turn My Photo Stream off, then turn it back on. If it appears to not be making any progress even though you have a strong wifi signal, sometimes turning the phone off, then back on will get things going again. Otherwise about all you can do is try restoring the backup again. If you still have the old phone, you could also try creating an iTunes backup, then restoring that backup to your new phone.

And we are assuming your mean all your PURCHASED music from iTunes? Or are you talking about moving an entire iTunes library from an old computer to a new one.....

I just got a new iphone but its the 8gb and my old one was the 32gb. Now all my stuff doesnt fit. At the verizon store they told me since they have the cloud now, u dont need that much memory? I need to get my pics from old phone off cloud to new phone.

A couple of things. iCloud does not stream any content in real time, so while you can store things there and shuffle them back and forth, it is not as if you can instantly and actively access your iCloud material (ie. you cannot store your music on iCloud and play it on your phone - you can download and replace the music on the device peridocially, but you can only actively access what is on the phone).
Second, you only get 5Gb of storage for free, and any storage needs beyond that you will have to pay for annually with iCloud.
So, if you still want everything that you had on your old phone to be readily accessible on the new phone, I'd consider taking it back to verizon and exchange it for a 32 or 64Gb model.
And the previous post is correct - the iPhone 4s is only available in 16, 32 and 64 Gb. The iPhone 4 is available in 8Gb as is the (now free with contract) iPhone 3Gs.

Do those tracks still show on the album in the store ? If not then the rights-holder must have removed them, in which case you won't be able to redownload them, you will have to copy them back from your backup of your downloads/library. What information are you referring to? You may mean restoring an iCloud backup from a previous device. Or you may mean adding iCloud calendars, contacts, etc. to your iPhone.

In the latter case (adding contacts, etc.), simply set up your iPhone as an iCloud device in Settings > iCloud.

"The cloud" just means "her account on a server somewhere." Since you're asking how to get her photos out of the cloud, the next question is, which cloud storage service was she backing up her photos to? Apple iCloud? Google Photos? Dropbox? Flickr?
Once you know which service she was using, all that should be needed is to log into that account on her new phone. For iCloud, she would log in from the Settings app and then turn on the Photos switch; for non-Apple cloud photo backup she probably needs to download that service's app like the Google app or the Dropbox app. Once she is logged in to the service she was using, her photos should be accessible and downloadable.

That's fine. With cloud services, the server is the central location and the device doesn't matter; any compatible device (Mac, PC, phone, tablet etc.) can upload or download files with the cloud server.

This is the first time I've tried to download a picture from the internet with my new computer and the old right click method is not working. I used to right click and get the dropdown menu with options for saving the picture. How do I do this now?

I get nothing when I control click. Is there some new way to do this? I really liked that function. I actually just upgraded to Mavericks so I don't know if this problem is with Mountain Lion or Mavericks because I don't believe I have tried it with the new computer which came with Mountain Lion. I had just Lion before.
Never thought about drag and drop. I will do do that, but I do like that right click thing. With my mouse, I can do nothing except move it around. Aren't there some other functions that a mouse can do....like right click?
