How to download .sca WAS Java files automatically with MOPZ

Dear experts,
following my title subject, i would like to know how to download .SCA was java files automatically with the Maintenance Optimizer in my solution manager 7.0. (transaction code DSWP or SOLUTION_MANAGER)
Currently, i only can download .SAR & .CAR files automatically.
Any suggesttion is welcome.

thank you for replying very fast
i meant : with transaction code DSWP or SOLUTION_MANAGER, choose the solution, "Change Management" tab, "Maintenance Optimizer" tab, "create new maintenance transaction" button.
In the step 2 (select files) i can choose "Calculate download files automatically" by the button "find download files" or i can choose "Fill Download Basket manually" by the button "select files for SAP Solution Manager 4.0".
After choosing the target stack version, i can only download .SAR and .CAR files.
How can i download .SCA files automatically? Is it possible actually?

It is because the converter works on byte code and it only supports a subset of the Java language (see the JC specifications). It is kind of like compiling you code on Java 6 and trying to run it on Java 5. The JCDK outlines the required compiler version.

If you want to call the main() method of another class, just make sure the class is in your classpath and call the method. I have the same issue. I live in Arizona and we also don't do that stupid daylight savings. When I put it to auto it says Denver. Location should pick up Phoenix. Needs to get fixed because I have to manually set it every time I travel now until DST is over.

Any one help on this , there is a requirement to download the data into XLSX file only.
I am able to to download the data into XLS file using the FM: GUI_DOWNLOAD in SAP ECC 6.0and also opening the file . But when i download the data into XLSX file . I am able to download the data into GUI_DOWNLOAD. But while opening the file i am getting the below mentioned error.
'Excel cannot open the file 'filename.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file'
Ok buttom is coming not able to open the file.
When i use the FM: SAP_CONVERT_TO_XLS_FORMAT to download the XLS it self it is going abap DUMP that file type error.
Any one help any Function Module or how to download data through abap programing into XLSX file.

If you want to download your ALV to an .XLXS format file, with all the formatting intact, please try the following code. I have tried to create a custom Function module Z_EXCEL_DOWNLOAD_TEST wherein I pass all the callback variables, the final ALV internal table and all the ALV details like field catalog, sort, layout, event list and so on, along with the concatenated file path and file name in I_FILE. I have used a custom class ZCL_SALVEXPORT_XML which is a copy of the standard class CL_SALV_EXPORT_XML_DIALOG, with few modifications in Method: EXECUTE and Method: DOWNLOAD. How many classes should a .java file contain?

Are there any general guidelines on how many Java classes should be contained in a single .java file? I've been creating a new .java file for each class I write but see examples in Sun's Java tutorial where there are at least two classes in a single .java file. One such case is the TableDemo example at

The example you point to isn't really more the one class in one java file. It makes use of an inner class. An inner class is something different! As far as I understand it, it is mainly used to implement some behaviour (in this case AbstractTableModel behaviour). If the MyTableModel was in a separate class file, it couldn't access the variable of the main TableDemo class. So they use an inner class.
So unless you need inner classes, this example is no reason to put more than one class in a .java file. In general, just put one class in a .java file. It's easier for everybody.

How to connect OpenLDAP WAS Java, EP?

Hello experts,
did anyone succed to connect an OpenLDAP to WAS Java?
I think a OpenLDAP libary need to be installed/configured in order to use it for the user management in the EP.
I would appreciate to get information how to realize the connection?
Where I can get the libary?
Is there any step-by-step-guide?

I would like to connect an OpenLDAP to our EP7.0 with Web Application Server Java.
However all experts just inform me that it is possible to use LDAP as a datasource. I know this already and I know where to find general information about using LDAP for identity management.
But I need information how to connect especially an OpenLDAP to EP7.0 with WAS Java, Win2k3 64bit; Connection should be writeable and in a Flathierachy.
I think I just have to adjust one of the LDAP-configuration XML-files to the OpenLDAP requirements.
In the standard delivery there are already Configuration-XML-Files for Microsoft AD, Novell, Sun etc.
Is there already an Configuration-XML-File which I can use for OpenLDAP?
If not how I can use and adjust the exisiting files to make the OpenLDAP connection work (Access writeable, Flathierachy)?
